i wonder how that DOJ investigation is going. actually, i don't even think about it anymore except as an afterthought. it's the SEC where i have my eyes glued. it's obvious to me they have "planned ahead".

I am posting more then i have in a ling time as i will be teaching a summer school class next week. So I thought I would get in all I wanted to say before I can say no more.
I hope that when any of these people start chirping about "the plan" people on this board ask them for some tangible, legal proof of their claims. And to hell with IMO!!!

all investors want to win, but if all the company has to offer after all these years is "believe, believe, believe! endlessly believe! the messiah is coming! the messiah is coming! hold on! we know the messiah will arrive before the next millennium. it will only be another 1,000 years before the messiah arrives. true believers will be amply rewarded. wait. wait. wait. be patient. heaven is yours if you only wait."

By: the_regulator 16 Jun 2008, 11:04 PM EDT Msg. 732907 of 732953 Jump to msg. # Edwards Profits From the Sales of CMKM Stock bv Others Using the tactics described above, Edwards also arranged the issuance of purportedly unrestricted CMK stock to nominees who, through intermediaries, returned a portion of the sales proceeds to Edwards. Specifically, Edwards and Bagley apparently coordinated the issuances of about 77.3 billion shares of unrestricted CMK stock to five entities near Boca Raton, Florida. The five entities were owned by the Tomassos. The Tomassos sold some of the CMK stock promptly upon receipt, generating proceeds of at least $6.5 milion. The Tomassos then wired more than $2.2 milion to Edwards, $344,000 to Bagley and her son, and substantial sums to other Edwards associates. The Tomassos kept approximately $648,500 for themselves. Bagley knew about this scheme.
Edwards Spends and Distributes the Proceeds of His Stock Sales. Edwards accumulated more than $53.1 millon from his CMK-related trading. While Edwards invested some of those proceeds in real estate throughout the country, much of his profits went back to Casavant and Casavant's alter-ego, CMK. Casavant directly and indirectly received more than $26.7 milion from Edwards. Of that, $ 10 milion was based on a sham transaction between CMK and St. George Metals, Inc., another public shell controlled by Edwards. Edwards noted on many of his checks to Casavant that the payments were for "stock purchase CMK."

CMKX was set up as a scam from the beginning! What you have posted is true according to my DD! Several of us knew several years ago what was pulled off.
Is what makes me laugh is the insiders SOLD all their stock knowing CMKX was a scam. Nothing unusual there. The laugh comes from the paltalkers like INES , moner, gr8piker, tramp, ucrocks , ralph and ivory to name a few that believe after four years and the available facts that CMKX will pay off and make them rich! The other laugh is some think the SEC will pay them! The SEC..LOL, the SEC thinks these people are a bunch of whackos. The SEC is right!
