My question is: there are a few posters (Ex. Acca, etc) who claim to have knowledge of what is going on with CMKX and I believe have disclosed their true identities. By doing so, I assume they do not fear any legal ramifications, etc. Since their identity is known, isn't there a way to find out if they are truly in a position to gain the information they are posting? Or, am I mistaken that posters such as Acca have disclosed their identity? I will admit that I'm hoping the positive "Gurus" are correct and know their stuff because I spent plenty on this stock.
Just to disclose my own background for those who may care, I have been a CMKX investor since 2003 (and I invested heavily, not just a few thousand dollars). Anyone who reads this board knows that I bring no info to the table. That's because I don't know anything other than what I read on these boards. I don't even know anyone personally who has ever heard of CMKX.

Iron man I doubt we will ever know the WHOLE TRUTH about CMKX and I doubt any GURUS or BASHERS know the WHOLE TRUTH...that IMO is because parts of this SAGA were compartmentalized and even some so called INSIDERS like Frizz may not know EVERYTHING...also unless someone tells a LIE to PROFIT from a stock it is not ILLEGAL as far as I know...if it was nearly every CEO would be BUSTED eventually IMO...so ACCA/JAY/CARQUEST/ELO(in his pumping days) can not be PROSECUTED for LYING unless they did so...it can be PROVEN...and they PROFITED...same goes for BASHERS...if they LIED to manipulate the stock DOWN...FOR PROFIT...then they too could be PROSECUTED...I fail to see how LYING would be advisable or profitable NOW...with CMKX not even trading...so I hope the GURUS that have REMAINED LOYAL to the DREAM will some day be VINDICATED...and we can all call it a DECADE...pursuing GURUS or BASHERS is the job of REGULATORS IMO...I will pursue JUSTICE from the SYSTEM since it is THEY that DROPPED THE BALL if we never get a ROI...IMO...Flying Moose(cmkxunofficial)

Everything concerning this saga is scrambled beyond understanding. 2+2 does NOT =4, never has and probably never will. So as 100-1 states "compartmentalization" is a best guess scenario. There are many "gurus" out there who were forthcoming with all personal information. What their "mission" will prove to be or prove not to be, what consequences they will be made to pay or not to pay, remains to be seen. I have stated many times in posts that it is of my opinion that NO ONE has ALL the FACTS. I personally find it hard to understand how some still place "blind faith" in these so called "gurus" after the many years of failed predictions. In my neck of the woods..... It's 3 strikes yerrrrrr out!! BUT of course we all hope and pray that any one of the positive "gurus" info would be correct. . Without the hope.... I doubt most of us would still be here 4-5 years later. We are all in the same boat... none of us know much or have any verifiable information to share. We all have our guesses, theories and our thoughts BUT....It is like having a 1,000 piece puzzle, of which none the pieces seem to fit together. I myself have been a shareholder since March of 2004 & personally know numerous people (appx 40) involved with CMKX. So happens it was Joe and myself who got these individuals involved in "The Stock Play of a Lifetime". Now we sit and wait........... wait to see if our family and friends will consider us as "heroes" or if they will be setting plans in motion for us to be the "main attractions" at the "town lynching"... LoL LoL It has been a wild ride for all shareholders, one that will hopefully come to an end "SOON" (geez I have come to hate that word). Thanks Single and 100...all good information. I guess I'm just curious as to how and why some of the Gurus proclaim to have information about what's happening. I'm always hoping they are right because I made a heavy investment in CMKX.
One last question...of all the Gurus, are there any who seem to have fairly accurate information about what's going on?

MOST GURUS said the FINANCIAL market would TANK including BROKERS/MMs/BANKS like KNIGHT TRADING......they were right on that...makes one WONDER where all those lost $ went...MOST GURUS said there was a HUGE NS problem...and they were right on THAT...most said the market would lose the confidence of investors...and they were right on that...so I think the GURUS actually have a better track record than the BASHERS...BASHERS predicted DOJ indictments on INSIDERS years ago...NEVER HAPPENED...they said there was no such thing as NS...THEY WERE WRONG...so I guess if you look at the % GURUS are leading...the ONLY INFORMATION that REALLY MATTERS to me would be the announcement of a dispersion to our shares and the END of this SAGA and I expect that to come from the REGULATORS or the TEAM not a GURU...till then I will read EVERYTHING and BELIEVE NOTHING and remain PROACTIVE till we get paid...just my opinon...Flying Moose(cmkxubnofficial)

I remain positive too 100-1...However, I don't believe that anyone had to be a Guru to predict what was going to happen to Knight and some other MM's. The issue of NSS was common knowledge long before CMKX existed. Nearly anyone who was following the market could have predicted that action was going to be taken against some MM's. I think it's important to consider the fact that CMKX was not the first penny stock to be heavily shorted. Regardless, I remain hopefull because I personally believe CMKX was the largest short just based upon information I have read and trading volumes that were beyond belief.... If I even thought I knew the answer to that one, then I would be able to sit back , relax and just wait for my windfall to rear it's head into my bank account. And that's not happening in my life at this time. No relaxing, mind always racing and fingers always typing trying to find a tidbit, any tidbit to substantiate the new rumor of the day. We have so called info that states we will receive anywhere from .005 all the way up to $40.00 a share, and many many predictions in between,. Some claim if we get anything back it will only be our initial investment, Then we have the naysayers who claim we will receive nothing, zilch... nada. Mighty big range to ponder about. I personally have disregarded the claims by those that suggest that all is lost and I have also disregarded the claims of just receiving only our initial investment back. JMO though. It is IMO, that The shareholders of CMKX will prevail, regardless of from where or from who. At this point in time, the who, what, when or how much is left to the imagination of each individual shareholder. We have no other alternative but to wait. Wait until the "the greater powers" decide that the time is right and "soon" is finally here. so here we sit.................... Single |

My POINT exactly ironman...everything the GURUS predicted ANYONE COULD PREDICT...and ANYONE could predict that in the END we will get JUSTICE...I have predicted it MYSELF...ANYONE could be a GURU...I know it is not the GURUS or the BASHERS that will determine our FATE...it is POLITICIANS...so the most POSITIVE thing to do is not worry about GURUS or BASHERS but be PROACTIVE and DEMAND JUSTICE from the SYSTEM...that is what I am doing now...at one time I was a GREAT BASHER BASHER...now I make my voice heard in the HALLS OF JUSTICE...waiting for the FLAMING SWORD OF TRUTH to strike down the CROOKS...might have a LONG WAIT...I don't know...only THEMIS KNOWS...Flying Moose(cmkxunofficial)

I certainly hope we get justice in the end, but I don't think anyone can predict if we will. Thus far, we have not as far as I'm concerned. I have not recovered one cent from the thousands I invested in CMKX, and it seems to me that the guys who promoted the company are out on the loose enjoying the good life or involved with new pink sheet companies. For example..where is Urban...no one really seems to know? Where is Dr. D., he made extraordinary claims on multiple boards about the company and its potential... For that matter what happened to KW or OUR LAWYER BF???...they seem to be doing fine on $588 ...HA HA...I quit EXPECTING anything a LONG TIME AGO...so excuse me if I seem calous...the only ones I blame are REGULATORS that are charged with creating a reasonably level playing field...I know the final responsibility is MINE ALONE for HOLDING CMKX when I KNEW it was going to be revoked...Flying Moose(cmkxunofficial)
