facta yes open market cover is the new pump going around. There have been rumblings that Tyler has no plans to do mining exploration. If by some miracle they get the Entourage claims back it might be smarter for them to sell the leases. Assuming they're recovering other assets they should have some money to run a business. I don't think for a second they'll collect anything from Edwards or Urban.
Now the smartest thing they could do is to get a "clean" CEO. That is a guy with no connections to TOGI or Frizzell or any of the other players in this mess. But any new CEO coming in would do some research and already see a board that's loaded with lightweights. The BOD sets direction, approves strategic business decisions and the CEO implements them. So even with a strong CEO we're stuck with the ship of fools on the BOD. That suggests we'll get another lightweight for CEO. Someone in the pocket of Frizz and Kevin.
I almost think a merger could be good if we could get rid of current management and a board that's being rewarded for helping Frizz and in some cases working for TOGI.

rosen, meng has theory that old cmkm wrapped up, and bona fides have all certs. we gets etgmf shares, say 1000 for each bona fide (notice 40k shareholders x 1000 = close to 45m etgmf?) and then tyler go after 622 unregisturdson wit forensics team. also bona fide get "OTHER ASSETS" that mention 9 times in PR's....meng think other assets will be distributed base on cmkx holding, and 1000 share across board will move bona fide thru tunnel to conglomeration with shane/shore/suv/suv and more!
meng very happy

start with 2003 and work forward with the FALC claims maps. it's stunning what's happened.
what once was all under control of Casavant Mining and its three Amigos (Shane, Star and United) is now almost entirely controlled by Shore. Shore was a small player in the FALC back in 2003 - Shore controlled roughly one-tenth the claims of Casavant Mining and even less than United and Star. Casavant Mining was clearly the big dog in the FALC back in October of 2003.
Today, Shane and Star have big chunks of the FALC which they have largely held since 2003, and probably before that -- [but SHORE has all the rest of the FALC.]
another item that's interesting is that since 2003 Shore, Shane and Star have swapped various (BIG) partials of land. for instance, a big block of former Shane claims up by Candle Lake is now in Shore's hands and nearby former Shore claims are now in Shane's hands. i've asked this before: why would two competitors swap claims, especially if neither side knows exactly what's under the other guy's dirt? wouldn't both companies be worried about getting a pig in a poke?
i'll bet the companies that got together on that fishing trip in the summer of 2004 were CMKX, Shane, Star, United and Shore. There could have been a few others like ForestGate, but simply by looking at the 2008 claims maps you get the clear impression that those five companies (now just three-shore/shane/star) combined now control 90% of the claims in the FALC.
either that or Shore is a very smart trader.
