With respect to all of the legal atrophy that is constantly being released from New Team there is no need to light the SEC fuse for imminent payments as they (SEC) are always inconsistently "working on legal matters."
Blah, blah, blah, "it had to be this way,"and I am looking into my counseling costs for my "imminent wealth" of the past 3-4 years so that that when it arrives I can better deal with it in a way that will not draw too much attention, due to my excitement, adulation, and freaked out with joyous mentality that I was promised I would have.

Yes so you agree it is possible to subsequently suspended for an entirely different reason, and they had multiple reasons. The main reason they suspended trading for the 10 days was because CMKX filed that they only had 300 shareholders, the next reason could have easily been selling billions of unregistered shares, the list is not too hard to imagine...
However after the first 10 days no further action was taken, why is that ? We know there were many entirely different reasons ... Is it perhaps that they were covering their cushy for that computer glitch but that information was made public on the SECs site, or is there more to this... not sure all I know is that things just don't add up yet...
Usually it is someone on the bottom of the food chain that takes the fall... LOL
So are we have started with some insiders, a Broker and for the finish we will need some big fish to demonstrate the SECs authority any guesses ?

No,IQ, they suspended for all the concerns existing at the time of suspension. Read the notice. Under their too timid interpretation of the court decision limiting their suspension rights, they maintain that then need an entirely new basis for a subsequent suspension.
I personally think they should have the power to indefinitely suspend, as the Canadian guys do.

When you think about what the SEC said in the complaint about the 622 billion shares, it appears to me they will be cancelling so many shares that it will leave under 100 Billion.
At the races in Chicago Urban told my buddy “This will be the biggest paper call Ever” and ‘ “The world will freak out when they hear about 5 and 10 carat diamonds”diamondiferous.wordpress.com/2008/04/21/the-masters-of-the-plan/
