This has become one of the biggest scams in a long, long time and it seems no one will get it squared away. Some people lost thousands upon thousands and have no recourse, there is something drastically wrong with our financial systems.

The Answer is to continue to put pressure on the SEC to right their wrongs to CMKX shareholders.

Goodolboy Chief Administrator Since CMKM Was the Primary Defendant « Thread Started Today at 1:39pm »
in the Rutherford case, and now that the judge granted the default judgement, do you think Tyler will have the decency to give us an update as to how that impacts us?
How about someone give ol' Bill a call see what he has to say, cus if we have to depend on the info to be posted on the website, we might just as well wait for Acca to post something useful on his site.
Ric Executive Administrator Re: Since CMKM Was the Primary Defendant « Reply #1 Today at 1:43pm »
I wish they would also give an update on the Entourage lawsuit but I know that will not happen. They tried to steal those shares and it came back to bite them. the only thing is , If Entourage wins we lose, If we win they will still keep the shares to pay the bills and we lose. So I doubt they will say anything about any talks going on in that matter.
Goodolboy Chief Administrator Re: Since CMKM Was the Primary Defendant « Reply #2 Today at 1:48pm »
At least with the Rutherford case they can't use the excuse that "due to ongoing litigation in the matter..." The case is over with the default granted. I agree with you about Entourage though. We are screwed either way there.

Ric Executive Administrator Did Mark take the Job to promote his career? « Thread Started Today at 1:49am »
Is Mark using CMKM only to promote his book, and his new documentary? Is this a ploy to make more money off shareholders wanting to here NS is blame in a movie? Even though he suppose to be the CMKM new CEO, he is still going to NY to try and make himself out to be some financial reporter and still doing TOGI radio shows.
So is this a way for him to make himself out to be some pinksheet financial guru that listen to his show and to sell his TOGI projects?
Mathias1 Maggot Moderator Re: Did Mark take the Job to promote his career? « Reply #2 Today at 9:37am »
Everyone involved in TOGI was using the CMKX disaster to make a profit. That's a fact.
Mark and TOGI will continue to do so until it is no longer possible.
I believe he took the job in order to collect $10,000 for every month he held the position, once (or should I say IF) and money is recovered.
TOGI has essentially brought all their friends into the fold since the default judgments were awarded...they are paying it forward, so to speak.
PORTRUSH Executive Administrator Re: Did Mark take the Job to promote his career? « Reply #3 Today at 10:34am »
I suspect Mark has the job because he is "safe" from the company's perspective. I think the advertisement for the job wasn't completely forthcoming but having done so they needed to announce "someone" as the selected choice. I know of a couple people with REAL executive experience who applied who never even received a cursory follow-up. That told me this had little to do with finding someone qualified, just someone to hold the title. IMO, of course.
Goodolboy Chief Administrator Re: Did Mark take the Job to promote his career? « Reply #4 Today at 12:15pm »
Any company with no revenues, no business (or business plan for that matter) choosing to pay a non qualified CEO $10,000 per month only shows how rediculous this scam has gotten. There is absolutely no legitimate reason for such an absurd decision, thus showing the level of legitimacy Tyler itself has. They did nothing more than pull another play out of the UC scambook, and it wasn't even one of the better plays

I find it quite encouraging to see and hear the nimbleness of mind and clarity of purpose given on that day in July 2006 at the Las Vegas Hilton. Hmmm... was CMKX the biggest mistake of his life... seems pretty bright to have been duped by UC... Time Will Tell. By: jlecks 11 Nov 2008, 06:49 PM EST Msg. 778410 of 778422 (This msg. is a reply to 778290 by aloha_joe2.) Jump to msg. # Aloha, Thanks for sharing that. "Who the Hell is Maheu...?" -- "But not when it counted." LOL! Coherent, on-the-ball, lucid, intelligent, not to mention quite charming... Not enough adjectives exist to define this man, and his very-intact mental capacity, during this interview... Maheu: "He [Hughes] had the audacity to, at one point, to stop Senator Brewster, and to remind Brewster, that he, Senator Brewster, was working for him; not the other way around. It caused Brewster to start perspiring." Gotta love that OLD SCHOOL anecdotal parable from Maheu about Hughes; clearly still on the mind of Maheu, after 60 years. I'm sure Hughes reminded Maheu of that little tale; and the "Master" never forgot. That's the MAIN problem with our country now, is that, the people who are employed by tax-payer money -- to represent the people who pay their salaries (politicians, government agencies, etc,) -- do not consider that they have to do their job for the same people who employ them! They feel that they are "above and better" than the taxpayers and do not have to answer to, or even represent us, as they should! That, my friends, is corruption in its highest possible form. At least the mob earns an honest wage; our politicians/government can't even do that! So... We know Maheu was working with the SEC and with CMKM-Diamonds... Question is, did Maheu remember WHO is working for WHO? I really am afraid that Maheu was "brought" in to clean up the SECs mess... Let's hope he was "brought" in for the shareholders, instead. JMO

Thanks Snifferpup & Seagull New Link~ www.zshare.net/audio/511607737d68db22/ Richy in the Grape Vine 11/10/08Short Recap ....... more added... should be complete now... although the last mp3 stopped after Richie and did not include Des' comments Richie: The contacts in Toronto are not bankers... They are stock people ...played the market for years now. They made quite a bit of money doing so and they talked to my contact here in Timmons... a friend of mine. They were waiting for something huge to happened ...which did. They said Clark had it right down to the letter than they did but it still happened . They were suppose to call Saturday, but didn't get confirmation that this thing happened until Sunday. On Sunday he got in contact with my contact in Timmons... Apparently it was suppose to be more than $14trillion so he feels that some of it went out another way... You don't need to worry about the money any more... it went out all at once. It is the packets that you need to worry about. He doesn't know for sure if it is directly related to cmkm diamonds but still investigating it... He is very happy. He is very excited ... He talked to my contact here Timmins for quite a number of hours about cmkm diamonds. He feels that we are part of this. He is hearing that the first part ...damages and will be tax free... damages are usually 17cents per share but he doesn't know... valuation is not in this first package of money... it is something else. I think the 14trillion was what went out what Clark was talking about. I cannot go to what Clark says... that is his private business. He is expecting it to happen very quickly now. He has some questions... Shore Gold is strange... nor sure what is going on with them... at $.54 per share (laugh) and he doesn't know who we are involved in ... when the valuation comes out, where is is coming from ...who are we ... when we get bought out... They are still trying to confirm the payout... basically saying congrats! They are very happy for stock holders in cmkm ...they are not (shareholders) He said what we've been telling him about Clark all along ... He said Clark is the man so listen to him... what they are hearing confirms what Clark is saying. He will be back in touch with us. He was suppose to be in touch with us on Sat. but his higher up did not get hold of him who knows quiet a bit what is going on. It is not just one person saying this... It is quite factual.... so I'll leave it at that... I just hope this week turns into great for us guys... I think it is... You don't have to worry about money. Money has gone out (to where it is suppose to go to)... What you want to see now is your package... You want to see what is happening. Like we are being told the money is gone... It is happening... so don't worry about that.. My contact from Toronto was expecting something huge to happen and he was saying at that time ... a few weeks ago ... that he didn't know if cmkm was involve with this thing that was going to happen... He knew it was a payout that tells me I think we are closer than we have ever been to this thing being cleaned up. Please stay grounded... don't get carried away. You have heard some good things... Believe some of what you are hearing... Comment: Don't be shy about getting legal help if you don't understand the packet. Des: I agree...... I am sure there would be people giving advice on the boards. Des: Don't worry about getting the packet... that isn't what Richie meant ... but there is a timing issue .... Richie: I agree. I would be surprised if it goes past a week. Des: (paraphrased) These guys have been searching for info... so excited because of the magnitude of it all... but they are not shareholders... Addition: He was saying we don't know who we are... what company we will be getting money from ... who bought us out (or something like that).

Re: the buzz 11/12 « Reply #1 Today at 9:56am » ty BHollenegg & pennypauly Hello Buska, CMKX was not a SCAM. CMKX was involved in a Major Sting Operation. This is a brief explanation why legal shareholders should be compensated. The Sting was in place before CMKX became a part of it. The Patriot Act provided the legal avenue to drive this operation. The main objective was to identify and stop Money Laundering Activities (MLA). This major challenge involved the GAO (General Accounting Office), the Treasury Department, the Congress, the DOJ, the DOE (Department of Enforcement), the SEC, and more. This challenge also involved Homeland Security, the FBI, the Nevada Strike Force, and the IRS. Cleaning dirty money is not new; however when a connection was made to terrorist using the MLA to fund their operations, the cessation of MLA became a top priority. Terrorist use the drug money to support their activities. This is why the United States is in Afghanistan assisting the current government in destroying poppy fields used to help fund the terrorists' activities. The money laundering activities involved an enormous amount of dirty money. According to the “Virginia Law Business Review “Spring 2008, one example given, “Between 1995 and 1999, the Bank of New York allegedly earned fees of up to $240 MILLION A MONTH” just to turn a blind eye to suspicious transactions. That is $14.4 Billion Dollars for one institution. Now multiply this by several institutions. This is a titanic problem! CMKX came into the picture in 2003 when Urban Casavant set up the company to protect the shareholders' and company's assets from the naked shorting stock activities. The NSS was not the only problem. MLA was an inherent part of the NSS activities. “Between January 2003 and January 2007, the NASD brought more than 150 enforcement actions for money laundering.” NevWest was caught laundering dirty money. NevWest allegedly earned a considerable amount of its income from MLA, which included funds from 36.7% of CMKM Diamonds’ stock activities through John Edwards. Silver State Bank was a participant too. Both were charged for not reporting suspicious activities. These two facilities became part of the Sting operation and helped identify those who were funneling the dirty money. Urban Casavant had the goods before CMKI/CMKX when he had Petro Plus. Urban struck gold while drilling in 1996. Urban dropped hints to the shareholders by stating “It is all in the Press Releases”. This link is one of the Press Releases which states, “Visible gold was noted in ten of the twenty-four holes drilled on the property to date." findarticles.com/p/articles/mi_m0....ag=content;col1This find helped fund the purchases of vast amount of claims. The claims have diamonds, uranium, gold, zinc, potash, oil, and more. The Diamond find is supposedly huge. Urban Casavant, though resourceful, was not an expert in running a company. Robert Mahue was quick to point this out. Mistakes were made. The following disclosure on the diamond discovery Press Release is an example of the protective measures implemented to protect the company and their officials while the Sting was in progress… “CMKX's actual results could differ materially from such forward-looking statements because of factors such as: actual or perceived benefits of the Jarvis report; any findings or recommendations contained in the report; uncertain regulatory scrutiny; the current state of CMKX's operations; unavailability of documentation and corporate records; benefits of the to be commenced summer drilling program; the ability to rebuild financial records; timing necessary to comply with reporting requirements; lack of adequate internal controls; unforeseen capital deficiencies; changes in the mining and metals environment, including actions of competitors; the effectiveness of CMKX's development and drilling programs; regulatory and legal changes; and other risks associated with companies in similar industries. CMKX undertakes no obligation to publicly update or revise any forward-looking statements to reflect current events or circumstances after the date hereof or to reflect the occurrence of unanticipated events.” findarticles.com/p/articles/mi_m0....ag=content;col1Don’t sell yourself short the importance and value the shareholders, the claims, and the compensations hold. Shareholders are part of this monumental operation and their compensation should reflect this. CMKM Diamonds is presently being studied and analyzed by law organizations for their part in something that was not only a major challenge to the USA PATRIOT ACT, but also to the World's financial community. Shareholders participating in the certifiate pull helped contribute to the reduction of funds used to support terrorists' activities, both financial and political. This is a link about MLA and CMKM Diamonds... www.virginialawbusrev.org/VLBR3-1pdfs/Boyer.pdfAll the best on the rest, BHollenegg
