BHollenegg DIAMOND JEDI MASTER CMKX Solid Case for Compensation« Thread Started Today at 10:31pm » All Shareholders Do not for one SEC believe that CMKX Shareholders do not have a legitimate case for compensation due to naked shorting. How bad was CMKX’s NSS/FTD? The DTCC has stated that the Total Number of Fail To Deliver (FTD) Stocks in the ENTIRE STOCK MARKET has never exceeded 500 Million Shares. CMKX, one company, was shorted in the Billions, if not Trillions. One stock, one company with FTD Stocks as high as 2,800 TIMES THE TOTAL FTD STOCKS OF THE ENTIRE STOCK MARKET. This is why the CMKX Shareholders should be compensated, no if, ands, or, buts. This is why CMKX is being down played instead of played. Naked shorting is Counterfeiting. Naked shorting a stock, whether it is a sub-penny stock or a $100 stock, the results are the same; untold billions of billions of dollars are stolen from the World’s Financial Market. Remember…“This is a solid case of CMKX Shareholders have the strong advantage, not a case of take strong advantage of the solid CMKX Shareholders.” All the best, BHollenegg

West and Frizzel expect to recover some of the money by legal means and get compensated. This pie will be small and shareholders will recieve only a ferw crumbs if anything. The current management has buckleys chance (nil) of resurecting CMKX as a sucessful exploration company.

Gee, sounds like IBM and others.
Recently, a crack team of investigators composed of a former CJR journalist, former intelligence agent, computer programmer, and Oxford Rhodes scholar, have uncovered the mechanism of manipulation and counterfeiting facilitated by the DTCC. They found that certain hedge funds, along with the broker/dealers and captured financial journalists, steal money by running a campaign of rumors and illegal trading tactics (e.g. counterfeiting) to destroy companies they are betting against.

Jump to msg. # Klon, I planned on taking a little vacation until a good friend phoned me and read a portion of our current CEO's novel. I made a decision not to purchase the book. However, there is a portion in the back the that was not part of the original manuscript and it details a meeting b/w D. Patch, and the SEC OIG Dave Kotz. The meeting was in March of 07. The meeting also involved an unnamed official with the GAO. The author(our CEO) wrote about very specific info. that was shared by Mr. Patch to the officials re: a myriad of concerns with the Enforcement Div. including some of what transpired with CMKM. I found this information interesting for many reasons, most notably; that the info. aligned with what Mr. Patch shared with Mr. Floyd Norris in May of this year and again in September of this year. Klon, it is real obvious that folks within our company want this quiet. Have you ever heard anyone speak of or comment on this? For Pete's sake, Kevin West went so far as denying that "any regulatory agency had contacted him". Laughable. The SEC wants this quiet, friends of folks within our company want this quiet. Sane people on this very board find no need to speak of it publicly. So I guess we should sit by and stifle ourselves and wait/hope to be paid. Back on holiday. supercim DIAMOND JEDI MASTER Re: CMKX Solid Case for Compensation « Reply #16 Today at 12:57pm »
FROM TASK FORCE FAQ : Has CMKX been naked shorted? Credible information indicates the number of naked short shares is potentially as high as 2 trillion shares. However, these numbers must be legally confirmed and validated before any action can be taken. That said, the time has arrived for all CMKX shareholders to flex our considerable collective power in this united campaign to achieve justice for friends, families and ourselves. It is our belief that CMKX shareholders have been handed, on a silver platter, the opportunity to become the most formidable force the naked short sale perpetrators have ever faced.
