Due to the indisputable evidence of large numbers of failed deliveries in this stock, CMKM elected to distribute the 45,000,000 shares of Entourage stock to all bonafide shareholders in what was described at that time as a windup distribution. CMKM has informed shareholders that only shareholders with valid certificates from the official company transfer agent will receive their pro rata distribution of Entourage stock. In November of 2005 CMKM shareholders began requesting certs from their brokers. CMKM is currently a private Nevada corporation in good standing per Nevada state statutes.

And Monetary;
Bashers owning CMKM Diamond, Inc face a double problem.
First, if a monetary trail (digital slime trail) linking the basher and the CMKX shareholder can be verified, could these shares then somehow be excluded from any distribution? And along the same lines, can the bashers really and truly trust the shareholder? Is trust real common among bashers?
And second, even if the basher and his/her shareholder co-conspirator somehow escape the surveillance web and manage to get rich; how will the bashers’ former employers react to the bashers’ sudden surge in wealth?
After all, the people who employ these bashers are supposedly some pretty scary folks; aren't they?
Please do enjoy your weekend!
See you in the finals ~

A multi-year ongoing investigation by the FBI, DOJ, and IRS has yet to produce criminal charges against anyone involved in the scheme.

You can always still find a few good apples in a mostly rotten basket. I bet they hate the job and like us "Soon" can't come fast enough. Man I hope I'm right.lol.Lets get paid Soon. Glta-Longs!

Sportsman93306,...The opposite. Shareholders are told one thing, while shareholder's attorneys are told the opposite in regards to compensation. There are a select few shareholders who were told the same information as the shareholder's attorneys ...shareholders will be receiving compensation/payments.
Thank you, BHollenegg

And what happens when your broker tells you your shares are held in your name, not in street name and still won't release them as mine has done? Apparently, you are entitled to demand them but now without a transfer agent assigned to CMKM and without an enforcement mechanism, the agent/broker can sit on them without enrolling an expensive lawerly recourse. But who cares anyway, this stuff is wallpaper!

tommyferg...every attorney is going to tell you that, because they want you as a client...
it doesn't mean that this attorney KNOWS anymore than you do about cmkm.....why? because any attorney is not going to be able to call up christopher cox and get the information....the SEC will tell your attorney the same "coined statement" the SEC tells us shareholders about CMKM Diamonds...
..Donald Stoecklien doesn't even know, he is unaware of UC's trust...but then Donald is NOT UC's attorney...neither is Frizzell...UC wrapped up our company, so is your attorney getting any info from UC? i doubt it to tell you the truth, i think UC is under a NDA required by the SEC.

SHIFT...SINCE you seem to be 'in the know', here are questions for you. Is it your belief that the 'NSS', or 'Naked Shorting Phenomenon' was/is an orchestrated plan by many to disable new technology companies and commodity based companies amoungst others,(so they could grab their goods), or was this just one group trying it out to see whether they could get away with it or not, and seeing that they could, then the rest joined in? Here's another question for you. How much protection did these market makers recieve in order to decieve? Do you think foreign governments were in on the NSS plan from the beginning, perhaps to overthrow the US? (Economic overthrow, like we seemingly pulled off with the USSR). If you claim this was never about CMKX, well, then it had to be about something. It had to be about good guys versus bad guys, but which is which? Monetary Shift. Back to Gold or are the Asians taking over with the IOU'S??? Do you approach this from a regulatory point of veiw, economic , criminal, or other? Have you been trained, and /or is your background in international economics, relations, or military? Happy Saturday!!! eom.

aladin: Too bad CMKM was never a real company, just a pinksheet shell used to dump hundreds of billions of worthless paper from some fat, Canadian drunk's home.
There was never any NSS in this stock. It was just a scam. You do realize that don't you?
I mean, Urban used NSS to explain the MASSIVE volume everyday, during a time when the true O/S was unkown.
Once the O/S was revealed, you DID come to the realization that NSS was never a problem...just massive, record-breaking dilution...RIGHT?
Tell me you realized that.

Stone - You're right about 1 thing that CMKX did look & does look like a SCAM. However, you forgot the main reasons why Maheu, FBI, DOJ, IRS & Treasury have been involved here...If you are not a shareholder but fair, logical and reasonable you need to reason with other facts beside reading what SEC wrote and you know SEC wrote garbage, don't you?
Your assumption about no NSS is definitely WRONG due to the fact that why we still have 622B unregistered shares when RG/UC raised 600B legal shares?
Your assumption about no good assets is also proven WRONG because there is no 1 reason for the company to battle NSS after revocation if there is no huge assets. Why Kevin West, Bill Frizzel, Mark Faulk and BOD are still getting paid, who are paying them?
