If the shares go back maybe the majority will... ...do the instinctive thing rather than the smart thing, get it?
Why is it that you consistently act as though you just heard about the CMKX story yesterday?

bellingus, no, i don't get it. what is the "majority" (who is the majority in your reference, cmkx shareholders?) suppose to do after the entourage shares go back to that company and the claims are returned to cmkx?
what is the instinctive thing to do versus the smart thing? instinctive thing = sell our cmkx shares following a return to trading?

Joan Lunden Interviews Attorney Steve Oshins on Dynasty TrustsNationally known dynasty trust expert Steve Oshins was recently interviewed by former Good Morning America Co-Host Joan Lunden on dynasty trusts.Publish Date: 2008-11-23Former Good Morning America co-host Joan Lunden recently interviewed nationally known estate planning attorney Steve Oshins on dynasty trusts. The interview will be made into a DVD to be distributed nationally by financial planners as a means of catering to their wealthy clients and prospective clients. The video is currently in pre-production and is targeted for national distribution on January 1, 2009. A dynasty trust can be drafted under Nevada’s special law written by Mr. Oshins to protect the family assets from estate taxes, creditors and divorce for as many as 365 years. For this reason, it is the most valuable piece of an estate plan. Mr. Oshins wrote the law and was able to get it passed in Nevada’s 2005 legislative session. It became effective as of October 1, 2005. Prior to that date, Nevada had a law similar to most other jurisdictions which allowed dynasty trusts to last for only approximately 100 to 120 years. Mr. Oshins has provided a number of free articles about dynasty trusts at his law firm’s web site, www.oshins.com. No password is required to access the articles. About Steve Oshins: Attorney Steve Oshins is a nationally known estate planning and asset protection attorney based in Las Vegas, Nevada with clients all over the United States. He is listed in the Best Lawyers in America in both the Estate Planning & Probate category and the Tax Law category and was named one of the Top 100 Attorneys by Worth magazine. www.bignews.biz/?id=789825&keys=trust-dynasty-dynastytrust-estateplanning

I have said it time and time again:
Bill Frizzell has been less than completely forthcoming in our ordeal.
He has been completely dishonest with our short situation. He has blasted Roger Glenn and has done nothing. He has blasted the SEC and the SEC Inspector General does not know of him. He has blasted Urban and..............we all know the result there. He has decried the communication we all received from the "old team" and how has the communication improved under Billy's watch? He has dedicated years of his practice in collecting data regarding a historic short that was "handed to us on a silver platter" and he has done Nothing with it except collect money per head from CMKM shareholders. Bill Frizzell is either nothing more than a money grubbing, ambulance chasing, hack or up for the 2010 Academy Award winning actor for his role as of late.
The inconsistencies and hypocrisy of Bill et.al has been nothing short of AMAZING.
I have met many a folk in my career; Bill ranks up there in the most surprising disappointments I have come across.
This IMO will ALL come out in the wash.

JFarn,
Agreed.
Just to recapitulate a previous post regarding "A Day at the Races:"
Where I noted my bets for Win, Place, and Show.
You, being "Show."
Not that I think you aren't worthy of First Place (quite the opposite, really); but quite frankly, I know that if my first two fillies fail, you will bring up a ferocious and unexpected WIN up from the rear.
A smart man knows how to parlay for a guaranteed WIN.
Always bet on the underestimated.
I'm no dummy.
On another topic: I found it a bit strange that Pedro agreed with my one post which was basically a rehash of what you've been saying for the last two years... Yet, he chooses to demean and argue with you; yet, as I stated above, agree with me. Certainly I have no charismatic-board qualities, so I find his reactions a bit bizarre and unconventional.
Happy New Year.

Going after bad people will cost more than shareholders can presently handle and afford financially and time wise. Obtaining an "official confirmation" of the compensation funds is feasible financially and time wise.
I spoke with the company's attorney. The shareholder's attorneys spoke with the company's attorney. The company's attorney told me, a shareholder, a different answer than what he told the shareholder's attorneys about the compensation. If the company's attorney is not willing to share the correct information with the shareholders, then he can share the correct information with the attorneys representing the legal shareholders. The attorneys are for getting official answers about the compensation using the legal big stick.
Thank you, BHollenegg

SEEMS too simplistic and dull, but the cause of all our problems appears to be a central bank that can create dollars out of thin air. This Federal Reserve has allowed unfettered expansion of every conceivable human endeavour, without the checks and balances of the Value of these actions. Too much money spent on the wrong things. Got lots of bombs, yet our bridges are falling down. Got lots of stuff in our garages, but little of it is Made In USA anymore. In a sense, all of our money is counterfeit, as well as all publicly held stocks. All of it. No wonder the walls have begun to seriously crumble. There isn't much value in consumption over creation. Creation should come first. Sorry for the quasi-intellectual lecturing! eom.
