Why did Steven Brewer sell his shares to Deli? Why did Rendal Williams sell his shares to Deli? Why did James Kinney sell his shares to Deli? Oh no, Urban sold his shares to Deli?

Jump to msg. # DELIDOG BLAST FROM THE PAST [the link is dead] Janesville woman reports fraud (Published Monday, November 20, 2006 11:23:53 AM CST) Gazette Staff A Janesville woman told police that a Janesville man she knows forged and cancelled stock certificates worth $11,000 in her name without her permission. According to Janesville police reports: The woman said she was dating the man, even though he was married. In May, she went with him to Las Vegas, where she was convinced to invest in diamond mine stocks. She spent $500 to purchased 5 million shares of stock valued at 0.0001 cent per share and set up a "dynasty trust." Before returning home, the man gifted the woman an additional $10,500 worth of shares. Shortly after returning home, the woman ended the relationship and registered her stocks with a transfer agent in Las Vegas. When the woman called to check on the stocks in October, the transfer agent told her the man had cancelled the stocks and may have reallocated them. The woman said the stocks are in her name, officially allocated to her and she never gave consent for them to be transferred. She said she holds documentation for the shares she invested in and that were gifted to her from the man. The woman believes the man is involved in misappropriation and possibly fraudulent share transfers because he has invested $600,000 worth of shares in the company and has been transferring stock to and from people and taking those stocks back. She said he is doing it without the investors' knowledge and requesting they sign forms indicating they have received a gift for several hundred thousand or million shares. She said he is not a licensed broker, but has been portraying he is. It was recommended the police department not follow up on the case, but forward the information to several other agencies that were monitoring the situation, including the Bureau of Registration Enforcement. gazetteextra.com/jvlfraud112006.asp

All this delidog talk is making me hungry for a hotdog. Too bad I can't buy one of his rotten ones anymore. I wonder if the FDA will bring him up on charges for serving rotten food? I always figured that all his buying and selling would land him in trouble.

Hi .. I'm new to this, however I read in this posting about someone having contacts in Toronto that don't have shared in CMKX ... I live just outside of Toronto and I do own stock. I would love to talk with these people. Could someone get me these names so I can talk with these guys. It would be interesting to hear what they have to say ... TD WATERHOUSE isn't saying anything ....

fcountry DIAMOND JEDI MASTER bought 5 mil (shares)Plus another 5 mil (shares)from Deli = Total of 10 Mil(shares)
This was done during while the "Task Force" was in play...not only did Marco take care of the paperwork thru our Transfer Agent ...it went DIRECTLY to the Task Force (Bill Frizzell and Bob Mahue) for counting shares.
I even have a "Cover letter" that states:
" YOUR TASK FORCE PAPERWORK HAS BEEN DONE FOR YOU"
They were ALL in bed together...AND the SEC was watching over them.
So, this turn of events seems awfully strange to me.

Jim bishop your exactly right. I wished I would have helped Deli-dog ! I would have loved to be able to ask the SEC firsthand where they were in 2003-2004 when all the Bankers and Brokers where Naked shorting CMKX and trading all those trillions of shares.......Where were the SEC ? Oh yeah Annette Nazarith said Naked Shorting doesn't exist , it's just shareholders crying because their shares won't increase in price. Ha ! Just like the 19 biggest Banks and Financials did a few months ago !!!!!!!
Actually , I think there where a few of the current posters on this board that said naked Shorting didn't exist !
Any poster who claimed Naked Shorting didn't exist , please stand up and identify yourself !
JMHO Chas56789
PS: Actually Deli has done a great deed by getting more CMKX shares into shareholders hands who will benefit from being a Bonified Shareholder !!!!
I support you 1000% Deli !!!

My thoughts regarding Deli and the SEC.
The SEC could have stopped Deli from selling shares at any time in the past...in fact, they had 2 or more meetings with Deli to discuss his activities. But he still continued to sell unregistered shares.
Individuals can sell their unregistered shares...such as you or I....and it is not a crime. However, brokers and dealers cannot. As the allegations against deli state..."Glisson repeatedly violated the federal securities laws by acting as an unregistered broker-dealer and engaging in hundreds of purchases and sales of the deregistered securities of CMKM Diamonds, Inc. ("CMKM") with individuals throughout the United States and Canada. CMKM's registration with the Commission ("Commission") had been revoked on October 28,2005. Essentially, Glisson "made a market" in unregistered CMKM securities."
Thus, the shares he sold were not illegal shares, they were legitimate unregistered shares which can be sold by individuals as long as they do not act as an 'unregistered broker-dealer'....therfore, the holders of the shares (in cert form) that purchased shares from deli did nothing improper and are bonafide shareholders, imo. Only deli was accused of improper actions.
I firmly believe that all transactions at 1st Global were monitored both by the SEC and Tyler for the past 3+ years, at a minimum. With that in mind, why did the SEC act now to stop deli from selling anymore shares? He was not creating additional shares. If he was a plant to entice broker/dealers to contact him to buy shares (which would be illegal), then that part of the investigation is over. Also, if something was about to be revealed about CMKM, would they want to prohibit the further transfer of shares...thus, maintaining an "unchanging" or static list of bonafide shareholders? Just food for thought.

roberto, many of those shares sold by deli were NOT legitimate as they were transferred with forged stock powers. A few of which were forged by Marco himself.
The guy is toast.

CHUNKY44, throw in the fact that Frizzell gave Brewer a personal reference in order for him to sell his shares post rev. Needless to say, this is going to get really interesting.

goodolboy, seems to me that the more info that comes to light, the harder it gets to differentiate Frizzell from the old team.
