Remember UC/RG raised 600B unrestricted shares and the SEC is saying we are still having 622B unregistered shares...what does it mean? This is translated into a few trillion NS shares again.... Payout will be inevitable.... By: monetaryshift 22 Jan 2009, 05:57 PM EST Msg. 801250 of 801298 (This msg. is a reply to 801247 by aladin99.) Kevin West Quote for the day
...when talking to Saltydog: "Pat, if you feel you can run the company better than we can, then come and do it."
Pat's response? "Excellent idea... and the first thing that I will do is fire you all and kick your guys' butts down the road."
Pat then went to the Grapevine and out of 220 people, Pat got 220 votes to be given the reigns of the company. Add my vote too!
OK Kevin. Pat offered. Why is it after the offer was made and accepted, you are still Chairman and your gang is still there?
BTW, that letter to Obama was a disgrace.

BHOLLENEGG AT WHAT POINT YOU WOULD SAY,
that your/our effort to get official confirmation failed? This is not to insult but stating the fact. NOW WHAT NEXT? I am willing to contribute if we have a core group of say 100 dedicated shareholders who are willing to pursue it to its logical conclusion. THANKS SPORTSMAN

It would be interesting to know - if it's true - whether Deli has switched attorneys now that the civil complaint has been filed. Once he's served, an appearance will be placed on file by Deli's attorney. Any bets it's not Treffry?
Well, Deli claims he blew all the money he made. If true, he may not be able to afford representation. Perhaps the Squid works on the cheap.

IS THIS LITIGATION TIME? READ ON..
In some countries, people can file lawsuits in courts, if REGULATORY AGENCIES/GOVT AGENCIES are not discharging their legal duties. This kind of law suit is called PIL( PUBLIC INTEREST LITIGATIONS) The court ,theen ORDERS the REGULATORY/GOVT AGENCIES to follow the path as per law. The court also give these agencies a time frame in which to conduct investigation/file chargeshhet/to start prosecutions etc. SO,THE QUESTION IS.. DO WE HAVE ANY LAW SIMILAR TO THAT OR IN THIS COUNTRY CROOKS GO SCOTFREE? If we do have similar laws, please provide links
THANKS SPORTSMAN

Janice, ... IMO, one of the few times you are wrong. Edwards was a high class bagman and bill collector for the casino interests. (Jensen is connected to them, too.)
Where do you think they find these broken down lawyers, accountants and corporate grifters who churn money in the LV scams? They all have gambling problems (and most have alcohol and/or drug problems, too). And, they have debts to repay.
These people may not have known or been involved in Edwards' complete involvement in CMKX, but, like Mahue, Edwards discreetly did their dirty work.
Nevada wouldn't touch Edwards because of his connections. But, the feds, working out of LA, will. ... eom

TSX, ... Most have already filed for bankruptcy (sometimes by heading for another state) a year or two before they become corporate scam bigwigs. They get behind and they owe.
And the casinos go along for the ride and extend more credit because Edwards would look out for their interests and make sure they got paid.
My prediction, Edwards will flee to China (Macau) or a Channel Island as soon as he's indicted. He's got friends in both places. ... eom

Second time chrisl was alone. However the admin knew Hybrid and Oggie when they called dtc at the time and knew the details of the call.
