You will be limited to 40 million dollars. SEC currently working with Tyler to identify and go after the "real" crooks and people who tried to steal from shareholders.
No time line because there are more criminals coming to the surface as the investigations go forward.

thingy Monette died penniless because of Tyler...
they had money long ago that they could have distributed to the SH, and they didn't. They lied and said they had nothing.
All thingy wanted to do was to hand over the check to his daughters and have them see that he was not wrong about this stock. Instead, the Tyler criminals kept the money and the heartless greedy prikks kept him in the dark about it.
Worthless scum.

"Honest Hard Work?" Are you kidding me?
"Honest hard work" like Tyler already having .02 per share in their possession and not paying the shareholders anything, and what is worse, intending to buy them out for far less by capitalizing on their desperation so they can get control of the bigger DTCC settlement coming later in the year? Do you mean that kind of "honest hard work?"
"Honest hard work" like intentionally not telling the shareholders the real naked short count of 6.3 trillion shares? They had boxes of shares UNCOUNTED that were not entered into the share count, which acts to protect whom? Yes, the criminals, that is who. Do you mean that kind of "honest hard work?"
"Honest hard work" like having over $33M on the books in assets to prove we are a viable company and yet, filing NO lawsuits against the deep pockets and criminals on Wall Street and just to waste time, file meaningless lawsuits against the little players for peanuts? Who does that protect? Yes, the criminals, that's who. Do you mean that kind of "honest hard work?"
"Honest hard work" like pretending that they tried to sue Urban to waste more time, and telling the judge that they could not find him, and when a shareholder who knew exactly where he was immediately approached BF with the information, BF did not even want it? Do you mean that kind of "honest hard work?"
"Honest hard work" like not telling the truth that the naked shorted shares are in reality naked shorted, but instead reclassifying them as "fails to deliver" which takes the strength out of any case against the naked shorters and reduces the huge punitive damages available for fraud and RICO to simple negligence damages, which are likely nothing more than the out of pocket costs (.0001 that was paid for the shares) of the stock and nothing more? Do you mean that kind of "honest hard work?"
"Honest hard work" like never filing the interpleader which could have broken this case wide open for us and forced a short squeeze of Biblical proportions? Do you mean that kind of "honest hard work?"
"Honest hard work" like never bringing us "back to trading" like BF promised and instead, filing lawsuits that are going after peanuts while trillions potentially could be recovered, but statutes of limitations expire leaving the SH with no remedy against the real criminals? Do you mean that kind of "honest hard work?"
"Honest hard work" like the entire Tyler gang moving up in the world financially (new offices, cars, houses, etc..) when they claim to have been financially flat? Do you mean that kind of "honest hard work?"
"Honest hard work" like appointing an enemy of the shareholders and their claims of a naked short in covert government agent Mark Faulk, without one single shareholder vote? Further, to hire at least one shareholder with a criminal pasts as a Board member(s) who has mob ties, AGAIN, without one single vote form the shareholders? Do you mean that kind of "honest hard work?"
"Honest hard work" like the moving of the company from Nevada to Texas, which has definite financial protection for the assets of the Tyler gang (e.g. unlimited Homestead), without any approval from the shareholders? Do you mean that kind of "honest hard work?"
"Honest hard work" like never pursuing the Entourage dividend to distribute it to the rightful owners (the SH - you ARE going to be sued for that little deception) while there was still a massive naked short issue that would have forced a cover in Entourage, and in the end, giving us nothing in return as shareholders for a dividend that could have had very substantial value, ESPECIALLY with a short squeeze? Do you mean that kind of "honest hard work?"
"Honest hard work" like never keeping us informed as to the truth of the real progress with the company? Do you mean that kind of "honest hard work?"
"Honest hard work" like never even telling the shareholders if they even own one share of the Texas Corporation since the Nevada Corporation is a totally separate entity. Do you mean that kind of "honest hard work?"
"Honest hard work" like buying up the online CFRN radio station and terminating the services of the people already working there, who were both popular and truthful, so as to control the information coming from it and to maintain a stream of misinformation to the shareholders, placing Faulk in charge (who wrote the current version of the Warren Commission Report to leave a trail in history of the US Government doing nothing wrongful with CMKX), in charge, when they owe the shareholders a duty of truth? Do you mean that kind of "honest hard work?"
"Honest and hard work" like placing shills both in paltalk and on RB (as well as acting there themselves) and other sites to manipulate shareholders into inaction so they do not organize and never find out the truth. Do you mean that kind of "honest hard work?"
"Honest hard work" like either lying to the shareholders that they know nothing about CIM, Lundin, GEMM, Newmont Mining, Shore Gold, and the rest of the many affiliated companies, or even worse, being so inept and incompetent so as to not even show concern enough to discover what the he11 is going on with these potentially lucrative business contacts. Do you mean that kind of "honest hard work?"
"Honest hard work:" like refusing to comment to the shareholders on the mineral-rich claims that the company had in their possession at one time, leaving shareholders in the total lurch of ignorance when they should know the truth. Do you mean that kind of "honest hard work?"
"Honest and hard work" like their general misdirection, misinformation, deception and what now appears to be unfettered greed, leading people to such states of desperation that we have seen financial ruin, divorces, heart attacks, strokes and even death (one by suicide), which outcomes may have been different if the people had been given truth, and in turn, hope about the future of this company. Do you mean that kind of "honest hard work?"
"Honest hard work" like Tyler being the ones to connect Deli with Steve Brewer so as to sell his shares for him, assuring the shareholders that the shares were good, but then, when some shareholders tried to do transfers of those shares, they tried to get those shareholders to sign "hold harmless agreements" to make sure Tyler was not in any way responsible for those shares that they were responsible for putting on the market in the first place? Do you mean that kind of "honest hard work?"
"Honest hard work" like kind mind game after mind game, deception after deception, hiding information after hiding information. Do you mean that kind of "honest hard work?"
I could go on and on and on and on.. but why bother. I am just curious, is that the kind of "honest hard work" you were referring to? All I can say is "give me a f'king break!" How much are they paying you for that bullshjt post?

Nevada CMKX Assets in the hands of CMKX Texas
.. and since you do not own shares of CMKX Texas, Tyler owes you NO DUTY to tell you the truth or pay you anything.
Some of the banks and market makers initially paid up right away. Tyler got their hands on it. They are not paying us nor revealing the truth about it to us.
Time to kick azz!

your are mistaken. tyler got an empty shell....march 2007\
uc wrapped up cmkm nevada and turned all of the shares into money...to include royalties on claims...and put all of that money in a irrevocable trust in his personal name....NOT CMKM DIAMONDS.....
therefore, tyler cannot touch the trust..it has no connection whatsoever to tyler boyz....they got a name only and nothing else of value...with no authority/jurisdiction over any trading in the NEVADA company...therefore...NO LAWSUITS to benefit the togie folks...
the SEC has sole authority over uc's trust and the nevada trading records.... not tyler.

no they didn't...622 billion was the count may 2006....
tyler didn't come into existence until March 2007... that's AFTER the trust was set up, 622 billlion on the taskforce counter means, certs were issued, means uc got paid for those certs before he issued them...that money is in an irrevocable trust...tyler can't touch it..
tyler has nothing of value...they can't file lawsuits.. they have a 4 million loan note owed to uc...whatever uc has paid kevin...all he has to do is give tyler a receipt and tyler has to pay it...that's the agreement...
tyler has nothing...tyler had one job...kevin had to sign that CMKM Diamonds, Inc. (a shell) waived all right to respond..he ceceded to the complaint the SEC filed.....A NAME, THAT IS ALL KEVIN WAS GIVEN...A NAME AND NO AUTHORITY WHATSOEVER OVER CMKX SHAREHOLDERS.
tyler is done

we were revoked, no longer trading...the cmkx certs were turned into cash....i am certain our cert numbers are separate accounts inside the trust, as a money account earning interest....
the royalties are paid into the trust treasury...more than likely...it's accumulating money on interest daily, .....
you non-shareholders and delidog holders are not getting paid, you need to just move on.

Tyler moved the company to Texas from Nevada..
so that when they got the first round of settlement checks from the banks, which amounts to ,02 per share, they got the money sent to "CMKX Diamonds" - but note, it was to CMKX Diamonds in Texas, not CMKX Diamonds in Nevada.
Do you own one single share of CMKX Diamonds Texas? No fiduciary duty to you if you are not a shareholder, huh? Now you understand why those POS's are denying us information? Now do you see why those POS's are not giving out the dividend to you?
The people behind Tyler are in league with the devil himself. Time to quit this BS bickering and unite to force the truth to come out. No more bullshjt!
