This is what should happen next:
Now if I were the CEO of CMKM and with the recent events that transpired this is what I would do and this is what the CEO should do.
After this phone call with Morris Richards based on my initial conversation there are obvious holes in his answers. Lets not read between the lines cause the holes are very apparent.
Mark Faulk should walk into Bill Frizzell's office or call him on the phone and say Bill this is what we need to do now not tomorrow not next week but now.
The company needs to contact the superiors of Morris Richards. If we get stone walled by his superiors we need to get a subpenea for records and phone conversations dating back to 2005. We need to find out if there was a stock distribution as Morris Richards said or was there funds collected as shareholders have stated. We need to know why Morris Richards said he could not talk it about with me the CEO of this company.
And Bill if you do not do this you are fired.
I then will go hire another attorney that will do this. What the CEO of this company needs to remember is the attorney works for the company not the other way around.
Footnote: I really respect what Al Hodges is doing even though at times he seems like a loose cannon but anyone that thinks some entity is gonna spill their guts to an attorney that is not part of the company you need to get your head examined.
Hey here is a thought if Bill Frizzell does not want to do what the CEO is demanding of him maybe Al Hodges will?

Frizzell is not the CEO's personal lawyer; he is general counsel to the corporation. As such, he answers to the B of D. So, the way the the real world of business works is that Mark would sit down with him to explore Bill's opinion on the matter. If no legal barrier exists, then he and Bill would discuss it with the board to to see if they concur that your suggested measures should be taken. If so, then the company proceeds. Your procedure would be a prostituting of corporate general counsel. No good lawyer would stand for that, nor should a board of directors. Talk about a loose cannon....

Does ELO still read the boards? Paltalk? Vast majority?? ya gotta be kidding ELO?? Thank God I did not bring in other family and friends into this scam as you unfortunately did. I have every confidence you and present management will bring some value to the company in the coming years.I also have every confidence in the justice system and we will see the scam artists in Federal prison for a long time.I wonder what its like being an ex prison guard on the inside, not very good I'm sure. Kevin, as you know I have lost big time on this scam and like many others I was fed false information for years before I saw the light with the help of John Smith in Las Vegas. A long time back, like a lot of other good people I saw the light have moved on with my life.My advice for the rest of you who have not,START TODAY. I thank you Kevin and the other members of management and I urge to continue the good fight for the majority of the good people in CMKX. Put the crooks in jail. joebud vegas member Re: The New Rumor Mill Thread« Reply #656 Today at 10:18am » heard that Faulk or one of his "researchers" got Richards home number and that was how he got through to him. Richards was out if the office for a while. I'm no fan of Tyler but it's not hard to get home numbers these days. I also think Richards was lying when he denied saying a payment was coming in dollars.

jimmy, ... "I seem to remember Deli saying he checked with a Lawyer and the SEC and they said it was ok what he was doing!!??"
Lots of apologists, promoters and hypesters of CMKX have said things that obviously are not true.
But, can you point me to something people who warned you about CMKX and Casavant said that hasn't turned out to be true? ... eom

Well Jimmy... I know of people in the past who attempted to do just what you suggest.... they brought people into PalTalk to speak out loud about what went on with CMKM Diamonds, like...Gary Walters.
Then they attempted to get the conversations between callers, gov officals, old insiders and various other entities, put out on MP3's for all to hear for themselves. You know, in order to form their own opinions based on what they heard. NO guess work and no way to attack the callers like ChrisL...what you hear, is what the caller heard...good, bad or otherwise. Just shared information.
But you know what? The people that attempted to bring that info to the shareholders got blasted. Called all kinds of evil things. Yet they live and continue to gather the same evidence behind the scenes now in order to protect themselves.
And when the "Collection" of evidence is released to the mass media, and it WILL BE, the whole story will be told.
If you broke the law in regards to CMKM Diamonds... your day is coming. Don't believe me? Ask old Gary Walters or Marco Glisson how it feels...
To be continued...

We have a CEO saying don't believe anything you are hearing.....
We have Mr B saying he has a lawyer telling him, he will have something in the next 10 day.......or so...........

DTC, Mark Faulk, Chris L who is telling the truth?
chrisl Diamond Driller Re: DTC, Mark Faulk, Chris L who is telling the tr The phone call I made is factual. I read somewhere I should of recorded the phone call. Well in my state unless I inform the person on the other end of the call I am recording it is illegal.
Next all I did was ask for him to confirm what he told others. He said yes. I am the person with the least amount of information here.
Finally regardless of what people think of me or not. I told the truth. Mark Faulk is telling the truth. Read what he told Mark.
Is possible for me to misinterpret the word "money" to "stock"? I might be stupid for being a shareholder at times but I think I can tell the difference between those 2 words. A deaf person that reads lips could not make that mistake.
Next he stated that he is not sure about a court order but he is gagged from talking about it. I guess I was close enough on that.
I will offer an opinion on this. I am not surprised and nobody else should be surprised either. If anyone thought this guy was gonna confirm the recent information as true then you need your head examined.
Mark did a great job in calling. It looks to me as he was caught off guard more then once with some of his answers.
There still is a smoking gun here. Whether there is or was funds collected remains to be seen.

Gotta love this....... IMO..... Yeah but the CEO isn't really a CEO at least a CEO of a real company! So he wrote a book that nobody bought and now he can run a company, no thanks! And his little lawyer buddy who, to me, has looked like nothing but a scam himself from the begginning. So who to believe, I'll stick to believing that we may or may not ever see an end to this, good or bad. I believe that if a shareholder wants confirmation and is willing to try and get it on his own time and at his own expense, we would have to be idiots not to at least listen to him. I do not believe anything that comes out of Tyler, I believe they are a scam! I believe in the common sense effort that many posters on all boards have come to a conclusion that makes sense, but will it ever happen?
