Jump to msg. # Here is why. The shareholders are not a force any longer and if you think I am wrong just visit the various message boards. There was a time when the shareholders could of made a difference but not today. Various entities had made sure of the disintegration of the shareholders by misinformation.
Every time a shareholder or small group has a idea on how to force communication from certain groups a larger group of people attack them. This larger group is not the enemy but they believe if you rock the boat it will affect something down the line.
For example: Every time someone says hire a lawyer file a derivative lawsuit against Tyler this larger group will say no. They will feed fear into others to sit on the sidelines and continue to wait. They will say things like "I am not going to give an attorney money like I did with Frizzell". See how that works and by all accounts they never paid Frizzell anything but they know that statement can sway people into following them.
Use the RB board for another example. People like ivory who most believe is a sociopath gets her posts pasted all over different proboards which get passed on to other boards. She will state if you are against UC you are a basher. See another emotional attack cause people have been led to believe Urban is on our side so why rile anything up.
The fact is there are less shareholders today paying attention. I know I am one of them. Every day more and more just disappear.
Bhollenegg is not a savior either. Al Hodges can do nothing as long as he is on the sidelines. Recently I read where Bhollenegg is alluding to China Marketing could be CMKM. Nobody will question him and do you know why? Cause they believe he has the answers. He does not.
You want answers hire an attorney file a derivative lawsuit against current management for full disclosure or put them into bankruptcy. That is the way it works.

Jump to msg. # ask yourself, why has the SEC taken 5 years to do essentially nothing in the CMKX case while they have taken less than a year to take real action in the MADOFF and STANFORD case?
it's not simply class warfare, guys. it's something else. you need to stop and think. it's something more.
something else is going on.
also, TYLER needs to come clean. they aren't doing the right things. we need to put more pressure on them demanding they put pressure on the SEC for results.
you can say, "well, gee, i don't want to screw anything up by demanding too much," well, come on guys, these people are going to take as long as they like. they could care less about us. if it take until 2015 they'll be happy. why not? they're getting paid.
BUT WE AREN'T! GET IT?
TYLER needs to push more for our money or whatever it is. they need to work it.

03/16/2008 Q) Mr. West, The last CEO Update seemed to be more negative than any of your previous updates. If it is possible that there is no guaranteed value to be returned to shareholders, why would you continue to fight for something that may all be in vain?
A) It is not my intent for any update to appear negative. My job is to report to the shareholders the facts as they are and that is what I have tried my best to do. This has not been an easy task and not one that I enjoy, but it must be done. Unfortunately, this Company appears to have never had a legitimate business. We are in a situation that is going to require a lot of time and effort to rebuild the Company and have a viable business. I believe we will recover substantial assets and that there is a tremendous opportunity for the future of this Company. Patience will be required as we continue our efforts.
