Ditto my69z!!
You are so right... total contradictions!!
If we are not paid by May 1... we will know for sure that Tyler has no intention of giving us info or money... If we are to get paid hidden in the stimulus money this year ... it will be NOW!!
They certainly seem to be dragging this out for their own gain.
The fact that they pulled the bashers into the company is further proof that something is very wrong!

mark obviously had to lie on the ceo chat so doesn't that say something to you, he said they didn't even bother to ask for the info about who else shorted cmkx, it wasn't that important to see who sold over 300 billion shares short and stole the money from us.
Well we all know now that bill did request that, he did get it, and he did the cert pull and knows.
So why do they have to pretend they can't remember their work, could it be sealed?

who sold the 300 billion plus other shares that were sold besides john edwards. Since that represents more shares than je sold fake then it is obvious you would ask for damages from all that sold you short since the sec has the records of course, and bill had them from the cert pull. They went into the interplead.
but mark says he didn't even bother to ask, that says he has to lie for a reason, it is obvious the case is sealed.

think about a .005 a share payout. that comes to about $3 billion. a $3 billion payout would be pretty big and would make the news,,,, and people would want to know why so much and where the money came from,,, certainly not URBAN or EDWARDS,,,, so where? who paid?
and if the settlement were for a penny or 5 cents or more, well, then you're talking real dollars and BIG NEWS.
BREAKING NEWS CNBC---"PENNY STOCK SCAM PAYS OUT $30 BILLION TO SHAREHOLDERS!"
i don't think they would get away with it. so, something else will have to be done, assuming we get some settlement funds.

chrisl Crossfire Administrator Bill Frizzell will be saying bye bye « Thread Started on Mar 3, 2009, 8:03pm » -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- From all accounts Bill Frizzell is into CMKM for no less that $700,000.00 maybe more. Rumors of a Entourage settlement with CMKM are becoming more and more prevalent. It is obvious Entourage needs to get rid of CMKM and the only way is to buy their cert out. Bill knows this so he has probably been squeezing them for awhile. But if I am Entourage I also know Bill is screwed financially. So I predict the following. Entourage will settle with Bill Frizzell oh sorry I mean CMKM. Yeah right Bill Frizzell is CMKM. Whatever amount of money it is it will allow Bill Frizzell to take all of the money since all the money in the company is owed to him. Now with that typed does anyone here think Bill Frizzell will continue to file lawsuits? After you stop laughing only a true f**king idiot would continue. Expect the company to just disappear. Goodolboy Chief Administrator Re: Bill Frizzell will be saying bye bye « Reply #4 on Mar 4, 2009, 9:33am » -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- You think Frizzell is going to settle for $700,000? I don't. I think he is looking for some real estate too. Ric Executive Administrator Re: Bill Frizzell will be saying bye bye « Reply #7 on Mar 4, 2009, 12:05pm » -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I agree with most being said but I actually think Frizzell and Kevin believe the moose pasture is worth something. It doesn't matter that no one else seems to want the worthless claims and the only time they made money was from a scam. But I agree that they are getting desperate and will probably take the money and run. Using the claims as a carrot for the shareholders as hope while they put out a few more statements while fading into the dark. I think when they refused to go after Urban that it showed their true intentions. . « Last Edit: Mar 4, 2009, 12:06pm by Ric » cmkxclubhouse.proboards76.com/index.cgi?board=general&action=display&thread=2466
