My thoughts to and about Bill from Dec 4, 08...
b frizzell @ t yler. net Bill hasn't had the decency to refute nor support as of late his extensive work with NSS and our mutual investment. He was allowed to sit in the "cabin" by Bob et. al. and to date has not met up with his end of the bargain to shareholders. Some of the folks that he has shared extensive information with i.e. Pedro have publicly mocked his prior NSS work. How does Bill respond? Bill put his tail between his legs and said nothing. His silence on the NSS and many other fronts have left me less than impressed and led this investor to believe that he is nothing more than ambulance chasing leach. I no longer retain an ounce of respect in and/or for Bill, solely due to his cowardly silence, hypocritical double-speak, and general condescending arrogance.
Bottom line: I don't trust a thing coming out of Tyler. They have demonstrated through their words and actions that they have lost their way and are not worthy of shareholder trust. I am not interested in wasting any more time in itemizing the lies, half-truths, and condescending know it all attitude from those folks. If you have paid a bit of attention you would realize that these chumps are not worth their salt.

Jump to msg. # If Brokers cannot follow the LAWS, they need to be eliminated. Plain and simple. It is time to make them accountable for their illegal acts. They must also be accountable under Rico Acts. Considering that they were not suppose to be shorting stocks under $1.00 in the first place, you would start with a $1.00 and work with the value. Lowest value for Cmkm was .08.
.08 x 3 = .24 + .08 = .32 x 3% interest = .0096 x years shorted = .048 .048 + .32 = .368 + $1.00 = $1.368.
Gee, that is close to the BNY link that you put up. However, we know for a fact that Cmkm was worth far more than that. The brokers would be very lucky to only pay $1.54 per shorted share. And that would not only include CMKM, but every single shorted stock that was shorted and was under $1.00 per share.

but instead, we have silence. it's as though they did their pumping for several years and are now slowly and quietly slinking away in the hopes of being forgotten.
one after another, they have drifted away.
jau, carquest, maverick1166, mquietstorm3, and so many others. "where have all the flowers gone,,,"
it's not a good sign. we've been slowly dying on the vine for sometime now. it's interesting how one after another just goes silent.

IMSO,
I am currently working with David Kotz, Brian Bressman, Jim Himes, Joe Lieberman, Richard Blumenthal, and a few other individuals who have to remain nameless. "Working with" will be defined as sharing information, communicating regularly via email, phone, and on occasion meetings. The purpose: share information about our situation, gather information about our situation, and continue to keep the light shining brightly on ALL of those that were responsible for defrauding so many until wrong is made right AND compensation is provided for the harm caused. Below is a one example of such an effort.
IMSO: Re: Tyler and Bill. We will respectfully disagree. IMO, Bill is a skunk who should no longer be trusted.
"Bressman, Brian" writes: Dear Mr. Farn:
Thank you very much for your correspondence. Please be assured that we are looking into everything we can within our jurisdictional mandate. Please continue sending me any additional documentation as well as names of individuals who you believe might have relevant information.
Sincerely,
Brian Bressman, Special Agent
SEC OIG
IMSO, you haven't been paying attention if you think I simply sit by and take jabs at Tyler. As a matter of fact, when I first spoke with the SEC Inspector General(David Kotz) back in November of 08 he hadn't a d**n clue as to who Bill, Kevin, and Mark were.? Go figure.
And while we are it IMSO, What have you done friend??

Fed loaned out 2 billion, which they will not tell us to whom. You have the bank losses. You have the offshore accounts and trust. You have U.S. bail out money. Most likely alot more. Oh I also forgot to mention the totals in those peoples accounts that shorted. Gee aren't we close to 20 trillion?

UC stated .54 without NSS. We were promised .54 by UC. If this goes by Rico damages, it would be as follows: .54 x 3 = $1.62 + .54 = $2.16 + $1.00 = $3.16 x days FTD = a heck of a lot of $$$$$$$. Here is the other formula for naked shorts by SSSU. SSSU lawyers would not have PRed value times 7.77 plus $1.00 for nothing. Keven stated a very low value of .08 way back. .54 x 7.77 = $4.20 + $1.00 = $5.19 x days FTD If you did it with Kevin's LOWEST value, you would get. .08 x 7.77 = .62 + $1.00 = $1.62 x days FTD Jay mentioned $1.50. I will take $1.50 for EVERY NAKED SHORTED STOCK I OWN. WHY? This is what TD Canada stated in regards to the 80 billion shareholders that were not listed by ADP: "With respect to short selling, in order to beable to short sell the security must trade over $1.00." Their screw up will cost biggggggggggggggggggggg!!!!!
