Jump to msg. # aladin, if they paid then we should getting paid any day now, right? if it ends with C and they paid then,,, this month. huh?
as for C being good,,, they still have a ton of toxic assets and that means they are still in big trouble, as are the other big banks. we're not out of the woods by a long shot.
this economic/market mess is a total clusterfuuuck. total.
and if dr doom is right then we're looking at disaster coming by the end of this year with unemployment easily going into the double digits and cities, counties and states a complete mess. this is a slow motion train wreck and we're on the train.
why doesn't urban call the game? why not say, enough? if he's got any power then when is he going to apply it?
and more scams are being uncovered each day. there is one involving a bunch of east coast and midwest universities that apparently lost tens of millions, maybe hundreds of millions in shprt term cash. that is, they had their money in very secure/safe cash accounts that everyone thought were bulletproof. well, the guys that ran it were just like MADOFF. they used the cash account like it was their personal checking account! now the schools are going to get maybe pennies on the dollar.
the schools are screwed.

Jump to msg. # Rose - I meant to tell you that C had caused a BIG mess in the market and C could also create a good rally like the 12% last 5 days in the overall market. Oil is at reasonable price, gold price is dropping and the housing data is looking better now than before and these will help all the bad things you have mentioned...Bernanke said recession will end this year based on what he saw...Getting paid and getting rid of the NSS at the same time requires huge efforts and time...UC does what he was told and he can't call the game...

The written request contained the notation "FOR FAILS PHY". The broker confirmed that the request was to cover a fails to deliver in the stock. In a separate incident, one major brokerage firm requested the transfer of a bulk certificate from another major brokerage firm. This request was dated June 29, 2008, over two and a half years after the Company was delisted and no longer trading. The Company also has in its possession a letter where a clearing firm discusses the cost effectiveness of obtaining stock so that they could issue certificates to their clients, saying "Given the price of the stock, it may be more reasonable for us to go out and buy the shares to cover the short." This letter is dated almost two years after the Company was delisted and its shares no longer trading. In a CMKM Diamonds press release dated April 20, 2007, it was confirmed that the Company "halted the transfer of a large bulk certificate to a major brokerage from a third party". The Company is continuing its investigation of this and other questionable brokerage activity. Ricky Weeks anyone?
CMKM Federal Tax ID Search « Thread Started Yesterday at 10:21pm »
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Here's something to throw around while we're waiting for more exciting news.
I've often heard people say that CMKM in Texas has a different Federal Tax ID number (also called an Employer Identification Number) than CMKM in Nevada.
To check this, I used an outfit called feinsearch.com. This is what I found:
CMKM Diamonds Inc at 615 S. Broadway, 2nd Fl, Tyler, TX 75701 has the following Federal Tax ID number: XX-XXX-5199. It only gives you the last four digits. To get the entire number, you have to pay for the service.
It also says the contact person is Kevin West. And it finds no entry for CMKM Diamonds Inc in the IRS990 Database, the Tax Lien Database, or the Bankruptcy Database.
There were no results when I searched for CMKM Diamonds Inc in Nevada. It would seem that either the company in Nevada simply doesn't have a Federal Tax ID number, or that it no longer exists.
Something interesting, though, is that there's a listing for a company called CMKMD Management LLC at 301 Congress Ave. Ste 1910, Austin, TX 78701. The Federal Tax ID number is XX-XXX-1580, the phone number is 8503413285, and the contact person is Ricky A. Weeks, President. Looks like the company has 1 employee and was started in 2004. It also has an SIC number of 762903. Don't know what an SIC number is.
CMKMD Management LLC also has another listing with a Federal Tax ID number of XX-XXX-2158, and the same address of 301 Congress Ave. Ste 1910, Austin, TX 78701.
Any chance that this CMKMD Management LLC has anything to do with us? Anybody ever heard of Ricky A. Weeks?
Not sure if this is helpful or not, but I thought I'd throw it out there because things are slow. If anybody in the vicinity of Austin TX feels like checking this company with a similar name out, the phone number again is 8503413285.

Funado Funado....nice try! the tax id numbers are TOTALLY DIFFERENT...they are two completely separate companies.... you folks can easily do what i did...google cmkm tyler texas tax identifer...you'll get the tax code...simple for cmkm Nevada.....pull up any old SEC filing document...there are plenty floating around...even on this board just do a search....the TAX ID number is on all SEC Filings......no cost to find this number...and it's really simple to compare.... now, you folks who are promoting tyler need to realize TYLER is a fraud, masquerading as the nevada company....TYLER has absolutely NO JURISDICTION over CMKX Shareholders. hope this clears up any confusion funado ...and please tyler pumpers put this TWIST to rest.... ...BTW funado, your post is at least entertaining...for i'd guess 99% of cmkxers know tyler and Nevada have totally different tax id numbers. 2bits
