Jump to msg. # the letter is current. what is your problem? you guys act like it was from last year. 1 day, 10 days, 30 days. the letter is current and relevant to the problem the SEC and CMKX shareholders face over the government's inability to do ANYTHING.
the humiliation the SEC faces in not being able to bring a tin-horn crook to justice is laughable. can you believe the WASHINGTON DC big fellows were first unable to find URBAN and then once they found him they were unable to serve him and then when they finally served him they couldn't get him to court and then when he didn't show up in court they still haven't been able to issue a summary judgement a year after his failure to appear.
can you REALLY imagine any FEDERAL government agency being so WEAK that they are incapable of going after a small time crook that scammed 50,000 investors? do you really believe the US Government is so incompetent that they can't even locate or serve a guy that stole a quarter of a billion dollars from US citizens?
do you REALLY BELIEVE THAT?
well, i don't. and if i were the boss of the people in an office that incompetent I would fire them all for being so stupid and for being a bunch of wimps!
in other words, right now i feel the SEC and HAKALA in particular deserves all my venom. she is the one that should be humiliated. she is the incompetent. she has a criminal in her gun sites and she is incapable of pulling the trigger. she has said the crook needs to be brought down and yet she can't pull the trigger. what's wrong HAKALA? what is YOUR problem?
the problem doesn't lie with the investors or the crook. it's you, HAKALA, that's the problem. suck it up. get some balls and do what you were charged with doing! charge and arrest the guy, you total incompetent dumb fuccckk!

there will be many people in serious need as we will see blessings of an extraordinary nature. Please remember that there are more Americans now without homes, and hungry, and in need of clothes, and in need of moral and spiritual support, than perhaps any time in our nation's history. When God presents you the opportunity, please remember to be a blessing to others.

Jump to msg. # for all the BAD things that are said about URBAN, like, he robbed the kids and played on peoples emotions, then i say that is even more reason for the SEC to have busted their BIG FAT ASSSSS BUTTTS over the years to put this guy behind bars.
the fact that URBAN is still out enjoying the good life at the Saskatoon casinos is even more d*mning evidence that our SEC, FBI, DOJ, IRS and court system failed in their job.
now, if this case were only two years old you could argue that these things take time and resources and you can't expect the guy to be indicted and arrested after JUST TWO YEARS.
okay, i'll buy that (ever though we know in other cases the guy have been brought to justice faster, but we won't argue with two years. okay, fine, it takes two years.)
BUT!! here we are AFTER SIX f*ckKKINGG YEARS and the SEC is still walking around with their heads crammed up their asssses seeking TYLER's help while asking, "which way to the toilet?"
SIX YEARS! come on TYLER. come on SEC. come on FBI. come on PEOPLE! you are the ones responsible for doing your job. it's NOT OUR JOB to PETITION you to do your job. you are just suppose to do it. right? we have to petition you to go out and arrest the criminals? what time warp did i just enter? maybe it's the TYLER time warp?
well, if you say that's not right then i say, get off your FAT LAZY asssess and go after these people. either indict and arrest them or else admit you are total dumbf*ckks incapable of gathering and interpreting criminal evidence.
furthermore, your universities should demand you return whatever degrees they awarded you. someone should find out where HAKALA and the rest of them went to school and write those universities to tell them they are in danger of losing their accreditation for awarding degrees to total incompetents!
