Here's a couple questions for the Canadian brethren. Can digging/mining/excavating be done on Cree Nation property without the government's environmental survey being completed? Could a mine be in operation on such land that had already previously had an environmental survey completed? My research shows there are two Cree Nations in Saskatchewan. Although I hold very little faith in anything our previous IR employee states, I was somewhat interested to know that three mining dump trucks were heading north of Melfort. Could the Cree Nation area mentioned on our company website be located north of Melfort? Didn't we have mention last year of a security fence being purchase and erected? And didn't we have mention of housing being built for workers? And given our terrorist awareness and alertness, coupled with our strict control, wouldn't we keep secret any uranium being pulled out of the ground? Wouldn't governments be involved in any and all uranium extraction, thus necessitating secrecy? Just food for thought. I'm out for the day? Off to do some research. imo

otto DIAMOND DIGGER Re: A question for the board « Reply #2 Today at 4:24pm » -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- That is one of the things that makes this all so interesting. A company with all that this company does "NOT" have, should have disappeared a long time ago. If it was a scam or someone stole all the assets, how come it does not go away? Instead, people hang around a board to fill their time, and company operations "try" to go forward to let us trade again. I believe that we have something, I just do not know what. We all got into this because we wanted a shot at the good life. We will hopefully get that when this circus is all done. We have been waiting, and we will continue waiting until the fat lady sings, one way or the other. I have a feeling we are going to wait a while longer, although I would prefer a quick end to this nightmare. I have been laughed at by all my friends and family that did not get into this, and scorned by the ones that I got into it. All I hear is: how is that diamond mine company doing? I will continue to hang out here, it seems like the only decent place to get information, all be it not real reliable. The thing that baffles me, is that if we have the goods, how can it be kept such a secret in todays technological world? Someone does anything at all, it is all over the world in minutes. Nobody can keep a secret that well. I believe that if we get paid, it is to cover shorts, not goods in the ground. But who knows, I have been wrong a few times before. Good luck to us all, we need it bad! Otto millionaires.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=main&action=display&thread=26717

I don't think KW even knew what he was doing when he took the position. Buuuuut I think ole BF did. sptrader DIAMOND JEDI WARLORD Re: A question for the board « Reply #5 Today at 5:04pm » -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- CMKX WAS about to disappear forever, until Kevin West stepped in and saved it , just days before UC was going to let it go into bankruptcy.. Previous management stole $250 million from shareholders and if we even recover just 20% of that, it's $50mil, more than enough to mine the claims- that's why CMKX is still alive and worth saving. jmho millionaires.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=main&action=display&thread=26717

It takes six months before any other shares can be voided. After the six months and no one comes forward, their shares are automatically cancelled. I may have gotten that off the message board. However, you don't KNOW the exact number, unless no one responded to the ad. Then your number stands.

The roundtable panelists will consider, among other things, additional means to foster transparency, such as adding a short sale indicator to the tapes to which transactions are reported for exchange-listed securities, and requiring public disclosure of individual large short positions. Panelists will also consider whether it would be appropriate to impose a pre-borrow or enhanced "locate" requirement on short sellers, potentially on a pilot basis. Additionally, panelists will discuss issues related to securities lending such as compensation arrangements, disclosure practices, and methods of collateral and cash-reinvestment.
does the word 'compensation' stand out to ya?
