Wolf,
Tactfully put. With few exceptions, I believe most have pretty much made it clear that we support whatever Al is doing and I state "whatever" because NONE of us know what he's doing. For folks to whole heartedly state that they believe what he is doing is "heroic" is a little over the top. Question is, what IS he doing? Factually, we don't know.
I still see no evidence that you have directly disrespected Al. In stark contrast, I don't believe I've seen a single post on this board that was a greater direct attack on a person while simultaneously harshly attacking the shareholders for having expectations. Expectations are not condeming. On the contrary, they are complimentary. If Al's credentials and actions are as heroic as some have made them out to be, then of course our expectations are high. So, maybe Al's office is is guilty of poor expectation management; that's what I get out of this.
The other part is the mutual exclusivity of what you and Gus are doing with respect to Al's actions. I don't understand why folks believe it has to be one or the other. We, myself included, have been waiting patiently with blind trust, as someone else put it, for years to no avail.

Chuck,
With all due respect, expectation management is on the shoulders of the independant, not the dependant. Right now, we are the dependant. Anyone who has been in business or consulting knows this. I don't disagree with your idea of self responsibility. But this situation is unlike anything any of us has ever been involved in. Stretches of silence is not good in any situation. Again, nothing against Al. But, when you put things out in front of people, it's only human to interpret. That coupled with some highly respected/ connected folks on this board making additional statements have led people to have expectations to the point of making plans of what they will do with their new-found wealth. Even the most reasonable of people can be caught up in the dream. It's been made very clear by practically every poster on here that tensions are high, patience is low. I believe one of the most reasonable explanations of this condition was posted by Single, who I firmly believe to be a very caring individual.
All the posts and exchanges, updates from Al, acca, et al, and I don't have the slightest clue what is going on. I do appreciate you (and some others) being here as a pretty good voice of reason. Opposing views and differences of opinion are healthy, especially when folks get a chance to clarify. Tone and intent are tough to interpret sometimes in a text box.

I don't know. Is it? And, if I stated "I love you a lot!" would that clear up the psychology 101 question?

Dennis, thanks for your perspective and insight. Mr . Hodges and the plaintiffs DID NOT have to include all of the shareholders as beneficiaries in the Bivens action...but they brought us along for the ride. We have been on a rollercoaster for at least six years and their actions are seemingly in all our best interests, but regardless of the outcome they have taken the fight to the dragon. Those of us who are not Plaintiffs have no rights to any information that affects the outcome of the litigation.
While we have been cajoled, manipulated, fed disinformation and blatantly lied to on a consistant basis, that is no justification to harass those who are at last battling for justice. There have been and will continue to be people who have no patience or have run out of patience to see this stock live up to what we were all told it WOULD become. But regardless of our dreams and personal obstacles, what sense does it make to interfere with ANYONE who truly has our interests in mind. BH, AH and yes, even Tyler are doing SOMETHING! If we can help, let us know....if we can't, let's keep out of the way.
Just my opinion, yet.....

Thank you very much Dennis!! I am aware of many shareholders that have questioned Wolfbela's (Jerry K.) actions!! Thank you for all that you guy's are doing. Sorry ya'll have to deal with some that seem to want to hinder and slow down the work being done.

I don't know. Is it? And, if I stated "I love you a lot!" would that clear up the psychology 101 question? Mike Not really.. it's still a vague spectrum to measure your intent. I don't like being led along any more than anyone else...but in my intermediate knowledge of how lawsuits are approached, they don't have to answer your questions, and being pesky about it will not further anyone's agenda, and simply wastes time. You are certainly free to invest your money on your own attorney, in which you will have to catch them up to speed, (more money), obtain all of the documentation, (more money) and then approach the information you are requesting on your terms. After your investment of anywhere between $150-$250 per hour, a retainer, and time, you will have the right to pester your own attorney for the information you seek. No if's and's or butt's, Al does not owe any of us shareholders anything... unless you are a client of his. IMHO

Mike I believe that in another thread I called Al Hodges' efforts "heroic," but in the same sentence I said that those who aren't happy with them are so on the basis that they believe they are not oriented in reality; I'm one of them, judging, at least, by what we have seen, and assuming it isn't all some kind of misdirection. There's no inconsistency if you bear in mind that Don Quixote was a hero. In fact, the more tenuous the relationship appears between one's efforts and what most people agree is reality, the harder you try, the more heroic you could be said to be. Unfortunately, that kind of heroism is usually its own reward, and the only one it gets. Dyamondhead

Matrix:
you said: "...And then these uneducated fools praise you for a great post."
So, what I get from this is that most of the folks on this board are "uneducated fools"... unlike yourself, is that right?
I, myself, have many questions... many doubts... regarding this whole world reports, letters to POTUS and QE, etc, and ha ve occasionally expressed them on this board or others... but I sure hope I didn't come off so pompous or self-congratulatory as you did.

Delusional,
Excellent post. It is clear that an agenda of protectionism exists on this board, albeit the best one around. I don't know Dennis, and although my first impression wasn't good at all, it's the tolerance for the behavior and language that is most disturbing.

. Today at 6:15am, thematrix wrote: Dennis-Very inappropriate message to Wolfbela. IMO. Name calling from a representative of legal council? Very immature.
Why don't you (AH & CO) let the 50,000 shareholders that you conveniently will use in various letters, let us know your relationship and agenda with World Reports? Instead, you take time to mock a concerned shareholder. We have been in the dark now for months, with no explanation. Yet we get to read CMKX updates from a conspiracy website against the US government. And then these uneducated fools praise you for a great post. Now I find that funny. How about a real update or would that interfere with your relationship with COTTRELL and BONNIE?
I see that it's been a rough morning for you; not much to read within the humor rumor thread or commentaries in progress; WR impossible to digest and no real news. Feeling captive on a train of deluded fools going nowhere? Making your feelings public, with divisive swordplay... to continue is begging for a day you may regret.
Either we see too little of what we want, or too much of what we don't. But tunnelvision works that way.

I don't know Dennis, and although my first impression wasn't good at all, it's the tolerance for the behavior and language that is most disturbing. Mike I knew this was going to begin sooner or later, that we are displaying 'protectionism'. I present my ideas about this apparent contradiction to policy, not as an excuse, but as an invitation to view a broader picture from a more comfortable distance and in a positive light.
We receive a rare post from Particleswaves that goes against the grain of some who believe such things should be filtered. Calling a shareholder a 'twit' and being negative, unprofessional, ect; the flags that may signal an edit or deletion.
Well, think of it like this -- seriously -- but merely as an observer of my opinion:
I believe 'Personal Perspective' must be presented as-is due to its fully disclosed source and the complexity of our awkward situation. Presenting source information of any nature as complete will protect and encourage our pursuit to process what little we have to gain insight as we face a multi-level function of unknowns made difficult to decipher. I prefer to be alert and connected to all that is available for public consumption, from Hodges et al.
Who knows, maybe Dennis seeks to publicly discredit himself and the firm, as has the embarrassing FAX letters and troublesome connectivity with WR. Who can say what is irrelevant as viewed and examined at face value? Perhaps write it all off to a grand meeting with Mr Jack Daniels and a subsequent intoxicated venting of his frustrations...
Don't mind me, I'm just thinking for the sake of posting what can contribute to more sanity. Reaching for conclusions and widening the window of insight; getting somewhere more agreeable where we we can enjoy less conflict and fracturing of group consciousness.

Interesting enough perspectiver, on your part.
However, I'm inclined to take both posts from Dennis at face value.
The first one, mirrored his feelings at the time, which were unconstrained bue to Jack's influence (I certainly have been there...) The second, apologizes for the lack of self-control in the first, and seeks to explain his "perspective" in a non-offensive manner.
As far as I'm concerned, that's end of story... and if the principles (Wolf and Particle) feel a need to continue it any further, it would be best done by phone, PM, are some other person-to-person manner.
just my .02...

Ed,
Mr. Smith and I have PM'ed each other, and as far as I am concerned, this event is over..
The search for the "Truth" and our "payment", however...is not....
I await this Monday, July 12th, with great anticipation and I hope, not great disappointment..
But I am trying to stay positive...
That said, research still goes on...
