Well said, Georgie. The only thing I would add to that is that it is sheer folly to think that us getting our own lawyer has any merit whatsoever. This thing is so tightly controlled and info is so closely held, that it would break us all, just to bring an atty up to speed, should we find one willing to even try. As I have said so often before, We get lied to at every turn. How is hiring a lawyer going to help that except we would now be paying someone to get lied to? We are still here. I believe we are still here, because there is a plan to keep us here and to keep us informed as well as possible within the context of a tightly controlled covert operation. Just for the record, Al Hodges is not just any lawyer. He is a lawyer who is qualified to practice in the Supreme Court. This is a rarified atmosphere. A lawyer who in his words "had the good fortune to make the acquaintance of Mr Maheu in the 70s." I want this done as much as anyone. We are fast approaching a time when I will once again (fifth time in this 10 yr saga) be out of work. But, at some point one just has to either accept that there are people working on our behalf or walk away from it. Each day that goes by, I get less tolerant of the endless double guessing, the endless sarcasm and the endless attempts to discredit anyone and everyone attached to this. At some point one just comes to the conclusion that people are either stupid or completely ignorant of anything concerning covert operations. I will say it again... NOTHING SAID HERE MATTERS. This is not about us. This is about eradicating an evil from world control. Are the derivatives cleaned up yet? Do we have a Commodities backed currency yet? No? Then Why The Faulk would you think we should have been paid, yet? End Rant. Thank you Brig...I guess we both had a good rant....I agree with not hiring a lawyer...I think the second thing he would do is ask for evidence so he would have some grounds to base his case...The first thing he would do is have a lawyer to lawyer talk with Hodges...both these scenarios would end any hopes of a case. Of course if we wanted to hire an attorney to file a claim against Hodges we could certainly provide enough paper work and statements to build a credible case providing we do not get paid and if that happens Hodges will be every one's hero..Lots of scenarios all of which are fruitless at this juncture.. "He is a lawyer who is qualified to practice in the Supreme Court. This is a rarified atmosphere. A lawyer who in his words "had the good fortune to make the acquaintance of Mr Maheu in the 70s." " The above statement really hits home for me ....what would entice this man to lie and conjure up all these letters for the sake of what.... Yes I to wish this was over yesterday...we all can use the funds that is for certain..but we must wait because this is out of our control and that is the hard part to accept..I can only hope we have not been deceived and finality is just moments away...Hey Brig I think we will replace soon and shortly with moments away..what say you...

Georgie, Chucky used a new one last night "It won't be long" ;D ;D ;D It Won't Be Long Lyrics Artist(Band):The Beatles It won't be long yeah, yeah, yeah It won't be long yeah, yeah, yeah It won't be long yeah 'Til I belong to you. Ev'ry night when ev'rybody has fun, Here am I sitting all on my own, It won't be long yeah, yeah, yeah It won't be long yeah, yeah, yeah It won't be long yeah 'Til I belong to you. Since you left me I'm so alone, Now you're coming, you're coming on home, I'll be good like I know I should, You're coming home, you're coming home. Ev'ry night the tears come down from my eyes, Ev'ry day I've done nothing but cry. It won't be long yeah, yeah, yeah It won't be long yeah, yeah, yeah It won't be long yeah 'Til I belong to you. Since you left me I'm so alone, Now you're coming, you're coming on home, I'll be good like I know I should, You're coming home, you're coming home. So, Ev'ry day we'll be happy, I know, Now I know that you won't leave me no more. It won't be long yeah, yeah, yeah It won't be long yeah, yeah, yeah It won't be long yeah 'Til I belong to you.

I kinda thought the same thing about Bonney and Cottrell, that they may be holding us up to get their trusts funded... here is a recent post from BobH clearing that up: cmkxunofficial.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=mofo&action=display&thread=7455&page=2[beavis:] I think Bob gave us a pretty good reason why all the delays (from the email that was posted)... sounds to me like Cottrell and Bonney (if they are the trustees of the 2 remaining trusts) basically screwed us by getting the decision to remove us from WGS reversed. Those guys really piss me off! Thanks for the updates Bob... keep 'em coming if you can. [Bhollenegg:] No Beavis...you are mistaken. Bonney is a paymaster. Both Bonney and Cottrell have intimate knowledge and experience with the World Global Settlement Funds. They assisted Attorney Hodges in trying to separate the CMKX Funds from the WGS Funds. Attorney Hodges assisted with the legal aspect to meet the release requirements of the WGS Funds. Thank you, BHollenegg ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
beavis...this is from Hodges...someone is not informed or someone is lying....Bonney is just not the paymaster if he has a personal ownership interest ...now if Hodges stated that he had a personal interest that I understand..his personal interest would be his commissions for duties as a paymaster..but when you insert the word ownership that in itself adds a whole new meaning.... Re: World Global Settlements Dear Mr. Holliday: I represent Mr. Lindell H. Bonney, Sr. with respect to collection of certain funds previously being held by Bank of America; Mr. Bonney has both a personal ownership interest and a fiduciary interest in such funds. I also represent certain other payees of the World Global Settlement funds. I have previously corresponded with Brian T. Moynihan, President and CEO of your bank regarding these funds. (Copies are attached for your information).

"They assisted Attorney Hodges in trying to separate the CMKX Funds from the WGS Funds. " The question I have, "in exchange for what?" Davesaint Dave the irony in that is.... Cottrell can't get his funds released but he can help separate ours from the WGS...OH it is a tangled web they weaved....so now what Al in return will help him get his funds released because he has already accomplished that for us..so we wait until he can get Cottrells released and if not...we get our funds released by the years end by decree of the SC directive...I am making myself dizzy from this shi*... I think I will apprentice for the new GURU position that just opened up..I saw it the opening on monster .com ;D ;D ;D
