Bob had stated before year end and if sooner great. I am waiting until year end. I think that was Chucky's quote. I wouldn't call that a high level source but it would be interesting if true. I agree with the thought that they trot out gurus and trusted posters to float a story that calms us down and pushes us out another month. In January we'll see someone else appear or reappear. I don't think it will be Bob as frankly they are so transparently using him to lie to us that they really need new blood. I'd like to see a lawyer acting for shareholders independently of Tyler and Hodges. That lawyer would be charged with confirming the existence of 1or more trusts for shareholders. That lawyer also would serve an oversight role to make sure Hodges is acting expeditiously on our behalf and not holding up our payment in favor of his World Reports clients. I think someone will take action to do that if we don't get positive and confirmed good news by January. It could be a private action though i.e. a lawyer hired by 1 shareholder and reporting back to that shareholder. The reason being that as a group we can't agree on what to have for lunch. The inability to mobilize has worked in the favor of us not getting paid imo. So rather than barking up that tree I think we'll see a private action. Some of Mr Hodges letters to the Queen and notes about his supposed trip t Richmond will be fair game t persuade a judge that Mr Hodges needs oversight. One way or the other we'll get paid if there's money there. Mr Hodges just needs help...whether he wants it or not. Two responses for this post.. 1) If you are still here in January, then you are not a shareholder . 2) If you think I lied to the Shareholders, then you deserve to be here in January, not with the shareholders. 3) Chucky's source is the Listener who has a high-level source who is not connected to Tyler... (that is 3 things.....sound like Johnny Bravo now) BHollenegg « Last Edit: Nov 19, 2010, 16:21 by BHollenegg » Report to Mod - Link to Post - Back to Top Logged

I see that, John. Thanks for clearing that up.
Unfortunately Bob gave himself a permanent "out" with that line about, it was the fact at the time.
