Very optimistic, fluid situation, keep your heads up, Al know its been awhile. I wonder why they have Dennis answering phone calls. I would rather him be doing real work instead of reading off his script of formalities. Hmmmm So now we wait for the next public release of misinformation. I will be shocked if its anything verifiable outside WGS and black ninja clans. I've been taking Karate class. I should be a ninja in say...5 years. We'll probably still be here.

PJ - "Part of that "action" needs to be made by you, everyone. Let's help in this effort as requested by Al. If you ask what can we do? You can start by sending Al's letter to every Senator/Congressman--woman(including Obama and Biden). One way to do that is to go to congress.org. Sign up. Then start sending this out.
Please assist me in providing the widest possible distribution of this message, for effect."
Again it looks like "they" want us to look like loons by passing this along. What a joke!

It has been a long, disheartening journey to say the least, and I haven't been at it quite as long as you. The good news about your argument, however, is that it's apparent Gary Weiss is following CMKM Diamonds VERY closely despite the revocation being so long ago, arrest warrants issued some time ago, etc. There's something about CMKM Diamonds very much still pending in his mind. And, as we all know, his mind tends to stay focused on matter pertaining to naked short selling. A large outstanding position of naked short shares (without the scripted bankruptcy filing) is the only logical explanation for his involvement, time and animosity toward all things CMKM Diamonds. Far better than "perverse entertainment", "hobby", amateur "fraudbuster" of long-revoked issues, etc., the open short position explains the efforts of all the venom-spewing, emotionally charged, "non-shareholders" concentrated here. JMHO. BTW, I wonder if the market miscreants have approached the Tyler group with an "offer they can't refuse" (actually I mean a briefcase full of money, etc.) to file bankruptcy? If I were in such shoes, I would have done so by now. I hope the shareholders don't get sold out with money passing under the table or anything like that. I just don't know who to trust, but the fact Tyler has not folded for so long is an indicator they won't easily cave in, so there's hope I would think. Again, JMHO. GLTY & all shareholders!
