did SK give any hint of when we might be ready to trade again? did he say anything about paperwork he was preparing to send the SEC so we could qualify to trade?
any info related at all about a resumption of trading?

There are most likely many people that are being paid behind the scenes without a income source for the company. Everyone is on contingency or credit ?
What I want to know is how SK can possible buy anything or do it on credit when the backup for a loan is a company that based everything with a case that lost in court.
You would think they would walk away or ravage the company for anything of value
kudos to SK for making it work
Mike
p.s. CMKX has more lives then multiple cats or so it seems.

bingo123 DIAMOND JEDI
wish I could laugh, but there is nothing funny about money being stolen and 10 years later we have a CEO who says 6-8 months for what, we don't know. If this is all "a plan" then why did SK just say 6-8 months? That part of the plan too? How many more will pass away during that time?

©òWhat is SK advising about taking a tax write off? Some years back WEST advised shareholders to NOT take a tax write off on their investment since the shares were worth something and which would be proven before too long. That advice from WEST was given out about FIVE or SIX YEARS AGO! Good guess about how long it would take, KEVIN! Now i wonder what SK would say? I have a pretty good idea since he was advising people a year ago that our shares would be worth something, most likely inside a year. well, that year has come and gone and now we're looking at another 6-8 months, indicating it could easily slip into the end of the third year and then roll into YEAR FOUR. i wonder what SK is telling people now, given our team of cracker jack lawyers who seem incapable of winning any significant case. if SK says, "don't take the tax write off," that will us something. and if he says, "you might as well take the tax write off," that will surely tell us a lot.

By: jlecks 05 Jul 2011, 09:14 PM EDT Rating: Msg. 1026232 of 1026257 We were told we had a naked short on a silver platter. Apparently, Taser had the same thing. Now, how come the guy serving forth our "platter" wound up heaping on an additional nine billion company shares, further making any existing "bonafide" shares even more worthless and diluting our company's value even further... Yet, Taser's "platter" was heaped full of money when it was served forth? I don't know... You know, maybe I'm just one of those impossible-to-please type of people, but I don't think I'm alone in feeling that this totally SUCKS for the "bonafide" shareholders of CMKX. Heck, Taser got this sorted out in three years... Our "team" has been at it more than double that time, with nothing to show for it except further dilution of the company, ringing up God knows how much money in bills for services, and just more promises and intentions that were never kept or delivered. Just imagine if we had had Taser's "team" instead... By: jfarn 05 Jul 2011, 09:42 PM EDT Rating: Msg. 1026237 of 1026258 (Reply to 1026232 by jlecks) Jleck's Because the lawyer that made that statement is nothing more than an ambulance chasing hack. I might give Mr. Tyler-Two-Step a bit more credit than your typical ambulance chasing ##### considering the many, many, millions he is chasing. This guy has been able to put food on his table for years by simply getting his foot in the door with supposedly representing shareholders. I ask you: what the hell has he done for any CMKM shareholder? He has drawn a salary, Kevin drew a salary, and neither of them is/was accountable to anyone regardless of what they say regarding our mysterious BOD. What happened to the silver platter? It went the same way as the shareholder meeting that was supposed to happen in June. W.F. is scum sucking, slow talking leach. Plain and simple; and a arrogant one at that. A.H. might be a loon but he is a honest one at that. And nothing has really changed since this Jfarn's post. I like it how he exactly described the whole premise of Frizzells existence here. Frizzell is the guy, with his foot in any door he can put it in, with reasoning that he represents the shareholders. However, not so far and probably not ever will any shareholder be in the line of the beneficiaries of any kind.. besides Frizzell himself.

STILL WAITING.....
#1953652 nanaimoboy21 hours ago
steve lives up to nothing he promised:
Gentlemen, I have just got off the phone with Mr. Kirkpatrick. He called me while I was on the road, so I was unable to record.. But we spoke at length.
Both he and Frizzell both realize that should a judge see this situation and rule upon it, the judge will likely put this company in receivership.. and that will be that.. the company will be done...
I don't want that to happen.. neither, I believe, does anyone here..
Here is what we came up with at this point to come to an agreement:
1. Mr. Kirkpatrick will host 2 shareholder web meetings a month starting in April. These will be open to the first 1000-2000 people, to be determined, first come, first serve, and the meetings will be recorded for all to hear on the company website. There will be 2 meetings a month in May and then one a month there on out, unless additional meetings are called for by Mr. Kirkpatrick. Mr. Kirkpatrick is willing to pay for these meetings himself at this time. There will be no more private internet board meetings, only those held officially by Mr. Kirkpatrick through his web meetings.
2. There will be a vote for 2 CMKM Diamonds Inc. shareholder representatives to be placed on a board of directors on September 30, 2012. This vote will be open to any shareholder that wants to be considered as a candidate, and a method of voting will be established by July 15, 2012. Candidates will have until August 15, 2012 to register as a candidate. Mr. Kirkpatrick will have several appointees to the board that he chooses himself. The board will consist of a minimum of 5 people, including Mr. Kirkpatrick, to a maximum of seven people. This number will be determined by Mr. Kirkpatrick. There will be no compensation of any type to serve on the board at this time.
3. As per Texas Corporate law, at the time of the board vote, a shareholder list will be made available online to inspect, to verify ownership and validate any shareholder's candidacy.
4. Mr. Kirkpatrick agrees to allow Plaintiffs access to all corporate materials they are allowed by law to examine as per the laws of Texas. This list (Exhibit A) has been agreed on by both parties. Mr. Kirkpatrick asks that he be allowed to organize the files and Plaintiffs can start their examination on June 1, 2012 and will be allowed sufficient time to examine the records to their satisfaction.
5. Mr. Kirkpatrick agrees that if legal representation regarding litigation concerning the naked short selling of CMKM Diamonds, Inc. stock is not retained by the company in six months after the signing of this order, he will allow complete access to the Plaintiffs of all records held by CMKM Diamonds, Inc. relating to the naked short selling of this stock, including and not limited to, those requests as listed in the attached Exhibit B.
6. Mr. Kirkpatrick agrees that if this Honorable Court agrees to issue an order for inspection of the CMKM Diamonds, Inc. corporate records currently housed in the Foley Federal Building in Las Vegas, NV, he would have no objection to that.
A few notes...I was going to call Emerson Koch today.. then I talked to Kirk.. Anyway, seems he has a big excavating business, does millions, , not really in the mining field, but he and his female assistant have a huge knowledge of what is going on up there, mining and claims wise.... Lowden was up there and this woman took him all over to see Shore Gold and the rest of what is happening.
In regards to the naked short, the legal firm that may take this on has already examined the information and says

it's a fair and honest question to ask SK
are you planning on being here in late 2014 early 2015 if the court cases against WELLS FARGO and urban/edwards fail?

Funding for OIL FIELD!
Did SK give up on pursuing funding for the purchase of that TEXAS OIL FIELD? if so, why? had he put all his eggs in the WF basket? what had he planned on using to entice someone to lend CMKX $15m? SK did say something about going after some other source for the money. What was that source and has that now gone by the wayside? The whole point of the oil field was to allow us to return to trading. Has SK now given up on our return to trading?
