Info, your BOMB is a dud. If the short wasn't taken care of already it never will be.
What is the statute of limitations on this matter?
Did the lying gurus work for the shorter to get the S.O.L. expired?
Trading again will not force anyone to cover, if there even is anything to cover.
And if the short is still there, I guess Al lied?
The short or the compensation.......
Can't have both.

Seems you want to blame who you call the "gurus" and not the "core, the origin" of the problem. Just who was it that had (per they, themselves) "proof of the largest NNS , handed to the shareholders on a "silver platter"? Who was it that drugged the shareholders for years with updates and PR's telling us how lucky we were to be part of it all & to hang in there?? Who was it that held this supposedly damaging "proof" for years, telling Sh's ...NOYB until the SOL expired ?? Just who was it that really had the obligation, to the shareholders, to address the NSS subject and or any discrepancies ?? Who actually was it that handed out mis-information to many shareholders or "gurus", as you call them, to pass the so called "Truth/ information" around?? The Company who hid information?? The Company who allowed The OG to take control of OUR (the shareholders statements) information?? The Company we invested in & was told to trust?? Seems certain people are stuck on the AH chapter as to be the only one to blame, despite being told numerous times "AH does not represent the Company". ........ Whatever happened to DON'T Believe ANYTHING unless it comes directly from the COMPANY we invested in?? Well for years we were led astray by them...... So how about passing the "blame around" and mostly where it belongs??

Why Blame anyone at all..? Like I said, we are still here and the doors are still open.. If the SOL was up and there is nothing to gain from this then just go away.. As far as Mr.F goes. He still runs the show. It's far from being over yet until all the court action is complete.. JMHO

Like the scammers said, shareholders are their greatest asset. Actually, we're pretty much their only asset.

As Steve would say.. Thank you and God bless you all. Sorry, but I do not see this ending any other way. When you calculate what can only be imagined as a massive legal bill after all these years and all the backpays and loan repayments and possible compensations to God know who for doing God knows what, it is for me the only logical conclussion. Judgements are all fine and good, but judgements are often negotiated down between parties to satisfy them or never collected at all. Now SK can be the nicest most honest man in the world for all I know as some here have reported, but I am not buying he is anything other than a gate keeper till the fat lady sings.

I agree with e.
And I wanted to see a scorched Earth, or as I called it, Operation Scortched Guru.
Frizzell set himself up to make a ton of $$$ here. I think Jerry (RIP friend) threatening the company into receivership scared the frizz. I I think it scared him because I think receivership would mean he wouldn't get his cut of the pie

You need to research receivership better...you obviously don't have a firm grasp how it works for creditors. Including attorneys.

I'm pretty sure Jerry scared them over in Tyler land. I'm also pretty sure this company goes by by once all the collections are over and we will see none of it. meow

Believe it or not, I too hope I am wrong and you are right ( something I do not say often or at all, as my wife will attest,I'm sure). I have nothing else to lose other than my original small investment and the little time I spend on the entertainment. For me, simply watching the cast of charactors at this point and their interactions over the years facinates me on a human level and has been worth the price of admission. But when I consider all the available facts of this debacle, the Occam's razor principle reigns supreme for me. Some here would like us to believe nhhi will rise from the ashes, its a nice romantic thought and gives some the feeling of something to grasp onto, and there is nothing wrong with that, but there is no freakin way this company with 800 billion shares will ever produce any form of meaningful return on a per share basis without a massive RS rendeering the return moot OR discovering and protecting the rights to the fountain of youth that cures all illnesses and aging. I wont even bother discussing the improbable economics of a trust in the trillions that an atty that supposedly has proof of couldn't win a court battle for and hasn't been heard from since. But like I said in the beginning, I would be glad to be wrong.

Yea, and let's chalk this one up to your "Human Level" of fascination: Look at the ton of stuffium Mr Hodges passed on to us over the lifespan of the Bivens and now, after the Bivens got the Bootium, he must keep quite? If that doesn't deserve a scratching of the ole noggin' nuttin' does. >"<
