Well I guess you can tell that I just finished reading the "Motion to Enlarge Time Document."
I feel like I am smack in the middle of a "Soprano's" episode. "CMKM has learned that Williams is aware of this action, as he has called Kevin West and made threats against him and counsel for the company regarding the continuation of the lawsuit." "There is an indication that Urban Casavant has undergone outpatient treatment in Saskatchewan" "DeShawn, Urban & Ron all at the Innisbrook address...." "Urban, Gutierrez, Kinney and DeShawn... unable to serve.." I have always claimed to NOT understand all this Mumbo-Jumbo... So can anyone in the know give me a clue as to why they would file this document? What is the purpose of adding another couple of months on to this saga? The court date is Sept 24..... add on another 30-45 days extension and THEN........ go for publication ? Was that once a week for 4 weeks? Am I understanding this right? Would they not win by default if those not served didn't show up? Why haven't they taken the publication route by now? I would appreciate any input !! Really at a loss....Thanks in advance. Single

My understanding is that the purpose of the extension (enlargement) is to facilitate the publication route.
I think they had to exhaust efforts to physically serve before the judge allows them to publish.
I think...

How many attempts to serve would constitute "exhausting" all avenues to serve? Wonder if there is anything written on it that new management had to observe? ANy thoughts?

I think they just have to satisfy the judge that they made the appropriate effort to physically serve, in order for him to give the go-ahead to publish.

they have to exhaust all channels first , then public notice, this may be to also buy more time to gather more facts , locate funds that have been stashed , etc .
