The case is over and the so-called leverage has vanished. The final update was similar to the initial update 3 years ago. When we started this legal journey, payment was 'imminent'. Three years later, we are told payment is 'very soon'.
Al Hodges is no longer an attorney bound by confidentiality. The lawsuit is over and now Al is one of us...a shareholder. The only difference is, Al is a shareholder that reportedly has the proof of funds set aside for all shareholders.
So now what?? Will we get quarterly updates from the shareholder with proof? Will this shareholder speak to us through BHollenegg? Will Harv speak on his behalf? Maybe LTKK will keep us on the edge of our seats with the latest development. This is unacceptable IMO and downright insulting to shareholders who have been following this nonsense for YEARS with nothing more than broken promises and rumors.
This is what I ask, and I believe it is more than fair!! That the shareholders be able to ask Attorney Al Hodges questions regarding what has transpired over the past three years and that he provide answers to the best of his ability to those questions. I am not talking an unlimited amount of questions, but a set number of questions that he would address with the shareholders.
Bob, or any other person that communicates with Al, I would appreciate you asking this of Al and getting back to us with his response.

Well if this done, finished, over, the end, then why not just say it to the shareholders so we can all move on? Once and for all. What is the point now to try and harbor any justice? If every court level has seen this thing and poo pooed it, then obviously there's not a court in America that cares about our saga....
I would just love to know what the REAL TRUTH to this is....

At this point, why not release the trust agreement? Or for that matter, anything concrete that proves a trust actually exists! We are waiting on the release of a trust fund that we don't even know exists!! HOW ABOUT SOME PROOF, for once.

Briwadd Briwadd, I agree with you, but I would rather get this info right from the source him self and not the people who have strung this along all these years. No disrespect to them in any way. Where is the original agreement that Mr. Mahue and our Government put together with the Brokers? Where are there signatures? What slide show and movie where the brokers so scared of that they all signed there money to us? Some of many questions I would like to have answered..................... ST and Disappointed..............

Repost: Al responds to Briwadd [2/2/12]
From: Brian #$%$#$%$ Sent: Thursday, February 02, 2012 6:51 PM To: Al Subject: CMKX
Mr. Hodges,
I don't know how to go about this email, so I will just be brutally honest. I am pissed!! I am pissed at the entire CMKX saga and those that prolong the misery of the shareholder. Over the past 8 years, we have been introduced to many characters. We were told that Urban Casavant is a man of integrity, Roger Glenn was a sharp securities attorney that would never be involved in a scam, and that Bob Maheu never loses...Well, it would appear that all of that is false and that the shareholders were played for fools.
Then out of nowhere, you appear on the scene bringing with you a resurgence of optimism. Early 2010, payment was imminent...the work to be done could be accomplished in a day. The end of 2010, early 2011 was the betting man comment and the beginning of 2012 was done, truly imminent, hours days comment. What will it be a year from now?
How long can you continue to string this out without providing anything of substance?
Mr. Hodges, everything that I have heard and everything that I have read leads me to believe that you are an intelligent individual. If that is the case, then surely you understand my frustration and don't hold any ill will towards me or others that have grown tired of this never ending nightmare known as CMKX.
I ask/implore you to provide more information on your source of information. Are they government sources? You once told a shareholder that you had contacts within the Federal Reserve that stated 3.87 trillion was earmarked for CMKX shareholders, are you still communicating with the FED? Do you talk with anyone within the DOJ, SEC, FBI, etc? I am not asking for names, I would just like to know there is credible sources and that you are not relying on Bonnie and the white hats.
Surely you can provide more information without divulging sensitive information.
Please...
Brian

If it helps, I talk to all of those and more; everything is checked at least 3 or 4 ways before being discussed. Try just a little more patience -almost done.

Bob, or any other person that communicates with Al, I would appreciate you asking this of Al and getting back to us with his response. Briwadd Bri, I would say that's not unreasonable. Over the years, it didn't matter what any of us did, we always received some sort of negative from the same Koolaiders. First, it was comments like "Hodges is doing this out of the goodness of his heart. If you don't like it, get your own attorney." Then, when several of us got an attorney, we were chastised for potentially interfering with the Bivens case. Regardless, there is a level of tomfoolery here and there is a select few that know the source. I have personally talked to the vast majority of the gurus and after doing some checking found out they were just part of a daisy chain of people feeding on each other's insecurities, not unlike religious fanatics. Frankly, several disappeared after the AG Action. One claimed to have talked to a senator "who knew," one claimed to have called a state AG about our supposed illegal activities, et cetera. Anyone and everyone has the right to believe what they want. Not believing one way does not make someone a naysayer. One of the most denigrated shareholders I know was summarily kicked off this board. Why? Tone, mainly. But, I know of only a few shareholders that actually did more for us. In the end, was the real conspiracy simply about pennies per click? Mike
