Not sure if any of us Bonafides have a real good grasp of exactly what the US dollar re-funding project might entail. My interpretation is fairly straight-forward. It appears the re-funding project is tied directly to the US dollar's need to once again become " an asset- based currency," rather than the existing fractional banking currency of the Federal Reserve system. The US dollar's links to hard assets (gold, etc.) were dropped back in the days of the Nixon administration. Many global economists were concerned for the dollar's strength at that point in time. But, the dollar weathered the storm quite well with the exception of a steady de-valuation over the years. (Anybody bought any .10 cent Cokes at the movie theater lately?) Also, many other (debtor) nations did not agree with the Feds ability to increase the money supply almost at will.
So now with the advent of the BRICS arrival by other countries, it is time to make the US dollar more stable and attractive for world trade in light of the new competition from all areas of the globe. This can be done by returning to an asset-based dollar (gold plus some market basket combination of precious metals, etc.) which necessarily restricts the Fed's fractional banking games and the fiat currency rules of money creation.
Does the Dinar still play a role in all this ? Probably not, but on the other hand? Also, our government is heavily invested in Iraq and is rumored to be the largest holder of Dinar. The recent loss of the Northern territory (and Banks) in Iraq may not be the deterrent one thinks at first glance. A new high- tech Dinar note which could not be counterfeited could solve some problems of the bank notes falling into the wrong hands. The redemption of older, existing bank notes would fall under strict rules and explanations requiring proof of where the owners came in possession of large sums.
The US dollar re-funding project could be a quite simple event. In summary, the US dollar re-funding project could be linked to an asset-based currency which is issued by the US Treasury instead of the fiat money system from the Federal reserve. This does not necessarily mean the Fed would cease to exist.
This asset-backed dollar plan seems more plausible and logical than the conspiracy theories associated with far-out Nesara web sites.
These events could occur suddenly and without any warnings or previous announcements. There quite possibility would be no major media broadcasts until it actually happened. In their view, the un-washed masses would not have a need to know. It would not be a long process, but would seem to happen almost overnight. It could be closer than you might think.

This is from the victim notice email dated April 15, 2014 from the U.S. Department of Justice in Las Vegas for the criminal case against insiders. I just reviewed the email and found this date -- "The sentencing hearing for defendant(s), Jeffrey Mitchell , has been set for July 10, 2014." Jeffrey Mitchell plead guilty last year. I believe it will be interesting to see how the judge treats him -- after all he did plead guilty to "Conspiracy to Commit Securities Fraud" in the case of CMKX. He had to conspire with someone(s).

diamondguru, Remember, as I've always said, this is event driven. I suppose the timeframe will be dependent on the length of time of the legal play, which must occur first. I believe it'll be over before you know it; time will pass fast for we will have much to read and comprehend and explore and discuss. I believe things are happening behind the scenes that we will never see; that we will never know; but in the end we will be happy and all will be surprised at who is left standing. imo

It seems crazy to say this, but it sure doesn't seem like 10 years have past since I got involved with this adventure having made my purchase. There are times it does...but by and large, it doesn't. So Adobe's "it will be over before you know it"...seems to be accurate, but I would still vote for it to be over now.
As for the movie about Casavant et al., ...obviously it's not come "soon." But I was told a couple years ago by another that this whole thing was a lot like a morality play and THAT statement seems to have borne out over time correctly. It just would be nice for the good guys to get the girl and ride off into the sunset about now. LOL!

YES He had control, but not entire float. Everything over registration(23.3b) is short.
It is important to separate public from the S-8 shares.
I can't speak to UC trading accounts, but much of the authorized & issued may have been S-8 held close in the Company. Remember the DTCC said on 4/14/2006 23.3b. Also 1.2b ( UC S-8)were locked up as well. Separately Edwards and Casavant may have printed shares and converted. We know Edwards did thru Nevwest/WF. Not sure how UC did it.
There had to be a legal play as well as an illegal one. Bonafide is based on the Legal.

Yesterday I saw the movie "The Wolf of Wall Street" directed by Martin Scorsese and starring Leonardo DiCaprio.
In that movie I could not help but see myself in it as a shareholder of CMKM, Penny action, and as they say in the movie "sell garbage to landfills and over ambitious stayed with their money."
The excesses of the brokers with drugs and prostitutes, resembling excess fat of Urban Casavant, Melvin, Edwards, Rendall Williams, and the rest of the band of evildoers, that our money is spent on racing cars , Casino games, buying a home more than two million from UC ... etc.
All very similar, except the end of the movie, they all go to jail and the money to compensate victims recover.
In the film the SEC resolves the small fines and continue the suspension of its activities. But the FBI complained of various serious crimes, money laundering, financial fraud and other crimes ...
The curious and ours is similar to the agreement with the head of the FBI to betray the rest of the wicked, in exchange for a reduction of sentence.
One might think that happened with Bob Maheu meeting, he agreed to:
"Agreement to compensate victims in exchange for ratting out all the bad and not go to jail"
All very similar to the movie, just that it is solved in less than a year, and we took over 10 years waiting for our compensation and worse, still waiting for a trial is held a year, all are delays, and more extensions, and is slowly becoming less people to pay for what they did and fewer victims to receive their reward. Death seizes each of us without seeing the outcome of anything.
What hurts me is "we sell garbage dumps ambitious and stayed with their money"
We are treated as "ambitious dumps" when all we did was invest in a stock that many honorable men had done, after corresponding DD.
Someone may say if someday we can know the truth.
Where is Tom Gates? .
OPERATION TRUTH.
Or just get a report when all is resolved in court?
We are not garbage and therefore continue to fight to see them all in jail and get our reward.
