So then my question is, what happened to all the money, where is it, or was it never? Did we get outplayed, or was there never a collection of funds from the start? The listener

Today at 7:04am, rockman wrote:Portrush, if you're reading in, it would be great to have your take on the latest update by Mr. Hodges. Much appreciated. rockman portrush Administrator Re: Hodges and Associates May 16, 2013 « Reply #157 Today at 11:13am » Thanks for asking rock, but mine is just another personal opinion among a bunch of opinions. I think this update is a gift. I've had the privilege of getting to know Al Hodges a little more closely than many here. To say we're bosom buddies would be going too far, but like many here have done with others, we've struck up a friendship based on our mutual situation and interests. I have found Al to be a man of conviction. He knows what he knows, believes what he believes and stands his ground accordingly. As a shareholder who happens to be an attorney, he carried that conviction all the way to the highest court in our country. He did it without asking for assistance beyond the original 7 who supported him and the 5 that chose to remain. While a few I know bought lunch along the way, he sacrificed his assets, his reputation, his well-being to some extent because of his conviction. He never once said you had to follow him, never once mandated his position was the only one and never ever posted a retaliatory comment to the scores of viciously infantine verbal scud missiles sent his way. And to demonstrate the extent of his conviction, he signed this update--not with a fictitious username on an internet website--but with his name, title, and contact information. Its as if to say...this is who I am, and what I believe to be true based on what I know. Conviction. Character. Commitment. Why is this a gift? Because this presents closure. If you're not inclined to believe the man you have your foundation to walk away. Some might mumble "you got what you paid for" but I would disagree. It was a gift. The ability to compartmentalize this travesty we've been living and either press on, or walk off. It was a gift if you recognize some of what he's saying is indeed being covered in today's headlines as it brings an understanding for those that wish to try to understand. He's not asking us to do anything...rather just presenting, freely and without insult or injury to our ability to think for ourselves and decide accordingly. Its also a gift because now--thanks to the plaintiffs as well as Al and his team--we know that the government has no interest in the plight of the shareholders suing the government over anything CMKX. For those that would consider filing on our own, this saves an untold number of hours and dollars...the SCOTUS said no. The precedent is set. It is a gift because now Steve Kirkpatrick can continue the process of initiating a start-up company without extra distraction and with clarity of purpose. Steve called me the other day...we spoke for about an hour. I find in him some of the very same qualities I find in Al...conviction and a desire to see good come for the benefit of shareholders. Two separate men with different sets of talents, separate callings and separate purpose, yet a similar goal--beneficial results for shareholders. Each with separate challenges...but similar heart. This is the largest active CMKM community on Proboards. I am blessed to be here along with the others I participate on. I have profound appreciation for each board, their founders and many of the members... people of disparate backgrounds. I appreciate the respectful difference of opinion when it causes conversation that helps me grow. I hang around in the selfish hope of being the occasional encourager, and seeing the dreams we've all voiced come to fruition through one opportunity or another. We've had some laughs along the way as well--coined some new words that still bring a smile when I see them--and some others that truly have become the epitome of a 4-letter word to us now. (S_ _ _) LOL! When I bought this stock many years ago my wife and I decided we would tell no one. We haven't. I feel compassion for those that have lost face and friends because they did and this wait has destroyed or impeded those relationships. But those are personal decisions, the responsibility for which lies in just one place. I really appreciate what Dennis Smith said years back (I'm paraphrasing) when he encouraged everyone to live their life as though this wasn't happening and be surprised when it does. Showme voiced the same recently. Its good for me to remember as I have responsibilities for many people other than myself. I wanted to enjoy this with my father...he passed away in 2005. And as my mother edges towards 90, I am hopeful I can one day rejoice with her. Last Friday I sat in a waiting room for 12 hours while my wife was in surgery for 7. Today one of my closest friends is in surgery for 5 while they biopsy the organ transplant he had a while back. And in a couple weeks, (June 8) another "board friend" (and member here) goes into the hospital for an organ transplant of her own. Life is tough. But I'm thankful to know my source isn't CMKX, it isn't the efforts of Al Hodges, the White Knights, Steve Kirkpatrick or my fellow shareholders here. My trust, my hope and my peace all emanate from the same source...the One who created me to begin with. I hope you can find peace there too. This board is NOT closing shop. (just in case someone starts that rumor) I am staying here as always...I believe all Mods feel the same. And we hope you do too. Let me remind us all, for the sake of those who do enjoy this community...please communicate with one another while maintaining the board rules, which Aretha belts out as only she can...R-E-S-P-E-C-T. Al's a tough guy with thick skin, but he's a member too so please remember that. Sorry if this was preachy and too long. I'll try to come back later and edit it down. Thank you rockman for the invitation to respond, I'm in the same boat as all and this was cathartic. pr Port, I find your description of this defeat as a "gift" disturbing. I fully respect your right to feel that way, but Gift? AHs suit closed a legal door, that is not a gift unless you consider a kick in the b*lls a nice surprise. It has been stated here that AH was holding a hammer to be used in court, leverage, if you will. How was not using this hammer in the filing before he got shut down completely wise legal strategy? You claim it saved many from using their own time and money filing their own suits, but who is to say they wouldn't have had a more astute representation that would not hide a hammer thusly not getting shot down? Gifts normally do not take away options. As for it being a gift for SK, how is this a gift for him if AH is still claiming cmkm $$$ is out there and failed to get it released? If anything it made his job harder as he is ceo of a company that now has the distraction of AH insisting trust money for its bonafide shareholders is out there? Listen, I applaud your loyalty to AH and what he attempted to do, calling this failure a gift is akin to pissing on my leg and telling me its raining. imho I respect and understand the rest of your message. The only people who's legal door should be "slammed shut" on are Al and the 7 plaintiffs.

First I want to thank and acknowledge all of the hard work that Al Hodges did in this endeavor. The rest that follows here is my opinion only. It has become clear to me that there never was any real evidence of a meeting where the bad guys came together and paid any money into any trust or fund. I believe that this was a rumour that Al bought into and probably believes with all his heart however. Al never dropped the hammer because there was no "real" hammer to ever drop. Maybe this was a yarn created by Mahue or someone else I don't know. I am convinced that there is no real proof however becasue it would have come to light by now. Also why would all these bad guys step up and pay without a fight especially considering that no one has ever been successfully prosecuted for short selling to date. Yet they all just paid up? And Al's comments that we have won, or if he was a betting man, payment imminent etc. Nothing ever with any substance just hype, right to the end.
The other thing that shook my confidence to the bone were the letters to the President and the Queen etc. that smacked of conspiracy theories that I for one do not believe or support. This to me did serious damage to Al's credibility.
All along I think many of us deep down didn't believe that this was real but hope it was, now it appears that our beliefs have been confirmed. I just wished the charade didn't last so long. I hope people give up on this wild goose chase once and for all for their own sakes. As I said as the beginning thank you Al for you efforts. Efforts that although valient may have been misguided all along.

roberto DIAMOND JEDI Re: Hodges and Associates May 16, 2013 « Reply #175 Today at 12:50pm »
First, I would like to thank Mr. Hodges and the plaintiffs for their unwavering dedication and outstanding contributions to all shareholders. Your professionalism and perseverance are recognized and appreciated by many!
Now the following are my thoughts on Mr. Hodges latest update:
I view the first paragraph (quote from Samuel Adams) as a reminder for us to never tire but to remain vigilant and proactive to ensure our government remembers to restrict its activities to those specified in the Constitution.
Paragraph 1. Mr. Hodges starts out by summarizing the implications of the SC’s denial of the Petition for Certiorari in regards to the Bivens case…and in essence, it means that for all practical purposes it (the Bivens) is dead in the water. But then he gives his opinion as to the reasons for the denial; “…the Supreme Court Justices are fully aware that the World Global Settlements (WGS), the Global Currency Reset (GCR), and all associated/reliant programs are in the final completion process; therefore, there being no need for the Court to grant Certiorari as a means of keeping the pressure on the politicians who have been so aggressive in delaying this.” Now I read this to mean that all major and reliant programs needed to correct the injustices are in the final completion process; thus, there is no need for any more pressure from us (the Bivens case) to bring about needed compliance. I read that to be very good!
Paragraph 2. Mr. Hodges talks briefly about the “outrageous” delays that have occurred and the overall reasons for such delays. He states that “Although we have won, securing the peace has proved to be a herculean task.” And based on everything he has heard from others involved in the battle is that this peace has now been secured. He concludes this paragraph by talking about the life changing effects this transfer of wealth will have on individuals and the world. I like good life changing events that involve lots of monies!
Paragraph 3. I view this as a “FYI” paragraph giving further validity to the WGS and GCR programs and all associated/reliant programs. (He has stated in the past that these were real and now he says they are in the final completion process.) And, he gives examples of the “enemy casualties” as a result of the battle of good over evil. I hope most if not all those indicted (and more) go to jail (as a minimum) for the harm they have done to the American people and the world. Good Paragraph!
Paragraph 4. This paragraph provides us with a brief overview of why we are somewhat tied in to the WGS and GCR’s…Mr. Bob Maheu knew that, because of the corruption in the financial system, the only correct way to compensate us (bona fide shareholders), would require ensuring that we received our payments in asset backed currency and that we would have access to a fair and transparent banking system. For that we should be eternally grateful to Mr. Maheu…otherwise our monies would have been subject to theft and other forms of confiscation by the Federal Reserve and banking systems in collusion with some within our government. Because of our tie in to the WGS and GCR’s and the associated delays in getting needed programs implemented, we have to wait until they are implemented before we get paid. So, I thank all the good guys and gals who have brought us to where we are now (the final completion phase!).
Paragraph 5. Now who cannot like this paragraph? Mr. Hodges states the following: “The bottom line is that you will be paid a great deal more than any have the right to expect [based on the amount of their investment]. In addition, you will receive a payment for the unconscionable length of payment delay. I cannot guarantee when this will happen; what I can tell you is that it will be very soon.” Now personally I don’t read or see any IMO’s in those statements. He concludes by addressing the issue we are waiting for… implementation of the GCR…which will happen as soon as it is possible and which will coincide closely with the release of our first payment.
Now for a couple IMO’s!! Mr. Hodges could have waited until our funds were released to update us…but because of the SC’s recent action on the Bivens and numerous request for an update from Al regarding the SC’s decision, Mr. Hodges provided us with a status update. For that we should be appreciative! And one other…I read “final completion process” to mean “implementation”.
I would like to close with a repeat of my favorite sentence in the whole update: “The bottom line is that you will be paid a great deal more than any have the right to expect [based on the amount of their investment]. In addition, you will receive a payment for the unconscionable length of payment delay. I cannot guarantee when this will happen; what I can tell you is that it will be very soon.”
These are my thoughts…nothing more.
May God Bless us one and all!
Roberto

The fat lady has sung. And the bats remain squarely in the belfry. Insanity! Warren, OMG, where have you been? Is this not the best thing since As The World Turns? All I can say is, there is power in numbers and this man clearly has power over the numbers. Jim Jones was but a mere gnat in terms of the numbers he influenced. Wow, the book that could be written about the book he is writing... Mike

Im wondering if Mahue had set some sort of offshore trust up through some type of entity. Certainly, SK could get with Al and confirm this to the bonafide shareholders. It does seem the Supreme Court ruling stops all further non bonafide lawsiuts especially. Assuming, this update is legit of course... No
