Email from Bill
(notice last line from Bill)....taken from PB66...
I sent the following email to Bill this morning after reading mineralsrus's (Class Action Participator Guy) "threat" on 66.
Well here it is with some parts taken out of it. There are several things in it that you might pick up on.
Bill,
The following is on the 66 board.
This is the guy that put out the fake press 2 months ago.
Here is what is up.
Say hi to John.

Concerning Bill Frizzell and Stocklien
I have gathered some good information based on the thread concerning the NDA and Bill Frizzell. I plan on filing a complaint with the Texas Bar to find out if the NDA was a conflict of interest. I am also checking into Stocklien and whether or not he holds a Nevada Licence with that states Bar.
If anyone is interested in helping or following up with this, Let me know via a PM or you can post in this thread.
Thank You!

And Bill’s response:
Mike,
Thanks for the note. Since the first day I began trying to help the shareholders there has been a very small but dedicated group of shareholders that has tried in every way to belittle and disparage the work that has come from this office.
I have never taken any action, including representing the shareholders at the SEC administrative hearing, that was not criticized by a small number. I have had shareholders calling this office and screaming at me and Goldie that we are the reason the stock stopped trading.
This office gets blamed for everything that is going wrong in CMKX. Frankly, I have become hardened to the ridiculous antics of this small group and could care less. The antics of a few would be humorous if there were not so many shareholders that have significant sums invested in this stock. I have had to resort to blocking certain email addresses due to insults and condescending remarks and spam.
I have instructed several shareholders to never call this office again or I would report them to law enforcement for telephone harassment. I have had to install new security measures around this office. I record every conversation that comes to this office. I have actually turned two shareholders over to the FBI for investigation of threats that were made not directly to me but to others.
As for your note this morning, I have already received information that there was some threat of a State Bar complaint against me for my signing of this confidentiality agreement. Am I missing something here?
I get invited to attend meetings with company attorneys and company management in an effort to work against the evil people that diluted this stock and committed criminal acts against the company and all that I am asked to do is sign a confidentiality agreement that basically says I will not try to take over the company with the information I receive at least not for one year.
Should I sign such an agreement? Absolutely…in fact….I would be derelict in my duty if I did not enter into such agreement if it allowed be to gain knowledge for my clients. What is my alternative? Wait until I read something in a press release or in a public filing….Now that is a laugher. I never learned anything from my meetings with company attorneys or management after signing this agreement that I did not learn from other shareholders and their due diligence.
I have implored company management to disclose facts about evaluation and assets with me to no avail. This document was meaningless in terms of obtaining information unfortunately. When I hear that I am going to face a grievance from the State Bar because I signed this confidentiality agreement I can only say I pity those people who think this type of activity is beneficial to the shareholders as a whole.
There would probably be more lawyers trying to help the shareholders if the antics of a small number of shareholders were not so well known.
Frankly, I have met so many good intelligent investors that I feel honored to say I represent the shareholders of this company. I will continue to do so regardless of threats of grievances or lawsuits or whatever.
I think I know what will happen to any inquiry on this matter that might make its way to the State Bar. But feel free to tell those that wish to spend their time in such a ridiculous exercise, to go for it. You are seeing the true mind set of a very small number of people that really just want attention.
They do not care how they get it. They just want to be noticed. It is sad, but Mike this has gone on since day one. These chat boards give some people their only way to be noticed in life. I just took an hour away from my work and from the time I am trying to squeeze in to orchestrate a legal challenge to comment on the “board talk” you were concerned about. I did it because I want you to know this kind of crap will not deter me from my efforts. It has not slowed me down in two years and it won’t stop me now.
If things go as planned, some very significant litigation is about to begin. Lets hope it is helpful to us. Thanks for your concern. If you feel it appropriate, you are free to post this response to your inquiry.
With Kindest Regards,
Bill
