In regards to your conversation last week - you set Friday
as your deadline day.....( or you said you would give them
until Friday - perhaps a more accurate quote ).
I guess it now being Tuesday pm - were you given a time
frame in which you expected to hear something, therefore
the Friday date? ( eg - did they say Hey, phxgold - give
us 'til Thursday of next week ).
Inquiring minds wanna know................

I was told that a few more days is what was needed as there was something that happened that was beyond everyones control of a personal nature to someone involved.
it was not Moran's brother or dad. It was another issue.
I said OK. I put the Friday date myself. as I know there has been multiple assurances by M<Moran that the interpleader would be filed " no later than Friday" for weeks on end.
I feel that this info I received was a valid reason and I decided that was plenty of time in my mind seeings how long it has been until now.
again I am not trying to foul anything up or trying to flex any muscle or anything of the like I just feel that a large united voice in unison will cary alot more weight than random emails and calls in a sporadic fashion.
I just feel that when they said " It is our belief that CMKX shareholders have been handed, on a silver platter, the opportunity to become the most formidable force the naked short sale perpetrators have ever faced."
we if we all work together can also "become the most formidable force" anyone who derails our quest an Roi has ever faced.
Make no mistake the company the lawyers the sec EVERYONE know what we have the potential of becoming if we get past all the inter board political Bullchit and come together to be heard when needed.
we are "the most formidable force the naked short sale perpetrators have ever faced."
if we can get our chit together.
Now ask yourself why these people Bill spoke about today act as they do.

Friday If there is nothing I will ask people to assist me in reminding Moran that we are "the most formidable he will have ever faced." and we know it.
