I had Ameritrade and cannot provide my exact dates of purchase and price for shares since they only keep records for seven years. I do not buy that this will exclude me from being compensated. I have 2 cim dividends which are proof I purchased within the time frames that are acceptable. time will tell. Ameritrade (now TD Ameritrade) does in fact allow search history. There’s a show more link to the history of all securities transactions. I was in there earlier today to verify this as I also have/had them as a broker. Even if you no longer have an account? I will look into it. Thanks for the response. |

Not me..... that would be a "better than nothing" situation for me, which does not come close to being equivalent to "very happy". Lord no, don't say things like that. ha. Real damage has been done to our ability to invest honestly and see our money grow and then let us choose when to get out or not, so to me that amount would be unacceptable. , I guess they will distribute what they have collected, a distribution of $0.01/share, will require a fund of about $5 Billion to cover the outstanding shares. |

While in hot pursuit of my certificate from TD Waterhouse. I remember the words of my broker, as we sat in his cubicle. He leaned over his desk and said I'm sure they're going settle with $0.01. My response, I chuckled and said I know it has to be a lot more than that. And to this day I have no idea. I trust the town hall gives us light on this subject.

While I hope to find out how much per share at the virtual town hall, we will probably not be fed that info on that forum, but rather be given instructions on where to go and what to do to find out - if in fact we are at the juncture of getting paid. |

I wonder how long they have been holding funds or adding to it as they were discovered ? Could be 10 years as I reread the indictments again. Interest bearing account?$🤔
Not sure if they will post the link today probably at 4:59 so as not to spoil their 3 day weekend with a bunch of calls ?

From another board! I live in Vegas so I dropped off my paperwork in person today at the Fed building. I was in the elevator with a 'sharp dressed man', he was looking at my CMKM envelope and I asked him: "have you heard of this" and he said " oh ya". Then said to me "90% of restitution is never recovered" and we got off the elevator. As we walked off in different directions on floor 11 he said " make sure Veronica gets the envelope", and that was it.

Ok, the more I think about this,they had better honor the list of registered stock holders at Transfer Online, for that is Definitely proof of ownership! ,And how many shares you have! I can't remember if I got on that victims list,and will be pissed if people that missed that email on a message board ,years after thinking the register on TRANFER ONLINE would be enough.
