Wasn't planning on saying anything else but.......Bill, Kevin, and John found out the truth about Urban soon after the SEC hearing. There was even a small group that was invited down to see the evidence.

Many people tried to get action, many asking for Bill's help which he turned down. Pedro tried to get a receivership and a wall went up. And even when one shareholder finally took matters in his own hands after being promised documents was shunned when it came down to it.

Then after Kevin got a clue after the box of evidence, the box had information about assets that could be gone after. Not until this did anyone finally go after Urban.

Of course I support the lawsuit and I am glad that it is being done. But it had nothing to do with anything in the past including John Martin. Of course you could get any lawyer after you can prove you can pay him with potential gains. Kevin so happened knew Bill. He could have got anyone and in fact they did with Koch who is the Nevada Attorney handling the case.

This worship is no better then the days of Urban. No one is allowed to question Bill without being anti ROI or something and it is sad. Just like it was sad that many where attacked when they whole heartedly believed in Urban. Saying people have a agenda just because they don't see things the same way. Well if everyone was alike it would be a boring world and there would be no meed for message boards. There are many wanting answers and their questions need address. Of course there will be the idiots that ask the same questions over and over just because they don't like the answers but that is another sad story.

But blind faith has led many in this stock into the gutter. Not sure why people keep falling into the same blind faith mode of thinking. There is money here and greed. And Bill isn't doing this for free and matter of fact refused to do it when he thought he could get nothing.

Not that it should matter. All lawyers are greedy for money and will believe anything their clients tell them as long as they are paid.

SEC hearing in 2005??... Kevin, Bill & John knew about Urban since 2005.? ..and then....
the infamous "secret meeting" with the "select few"... pretty sneaky imo.... Word around the boards was that some of these "select few" sold/dumped their shares on this info not privy to all.
and now we are asked for trust & allegiance ?? With underhanded shennanigans as this, is it any wonder why so many shareholders are reluctant ??

The Task Force, Maheu, Stoecklein & Frizzell ?? 2005, 2006 ... thank you, thank you, thank you very much Urban ??

Kevin became Interim in September of 2006.... thank you, thank you, thank you very much Urban ??

Right into March 2007 when Kevin accepted the CEO position..... thank you, thank you, thank you very much Urban ??

April of 2007...... they now tell us ...this is when they discovered the damaging information about Urban?? The delivery of the mysterious boxes?? .....errrrrrrrrrrrrr....... did they know in 2005 or not ?? seems they got that suit filed in record time?? Was Urban forced out If they did have evidence since 2005 ?? Were the new players , playing the old?? or are the old players , playing the new??

Did we not receive updates (during this timeline 05 to 07) from all of them?? the Task Force, Frizzell, Kevin , others and emails from John Martin that painted Urban in a different light ?? Painted CMKX as having the world by the balls?? Ya know silver platters, protected claims ,other assets... etc etc ?? Did any of them have a clue??

Am I completely off base here.??.. If so, please set the timelines, or the story straight for me.....anybody ??
Seems to me ,as usual, nothing adds up !! contradicting messages/ info throughout ?? Will we ever get ONE straight story?? Doesn't this confuse anyone else but me?? .......

I agree with Ric on the "Blind Faith" thing...... but then again ya all already knew that right ?? but here's one of my previous posts, just in case ya missed it..... lol lol

It amazes me how some can so adamantly state, as FACT, that the New CMKM, (aka Frizzell & West) are the "god sends" for ALL CMKX shareholders ?? How one is able to come to this DEFINITE conclusion .considering the lack of transparency from the company, is truly puzzling. How could ANYONE make an INFORMED decision to trust when the lack of transparency is so blatantly obvious?

Have we all not been down this same type of path before?
Shareholders meeting with past & current CEO's...... describing them as being "godly" or "stand up guys" ?? Strictly personal opinions WITHOUT ALL the answers ..imo.
Others just accepting what is told to them blindly? Do they not question the contradictions,,, once again? the lack of Transparency,,, once again? What is their logic for jumping in head first ,,, once again? Why would they not want to make an INFORMED decision? Truly puzzling.......

Have they put blind faith into the "New CMKX" ?? just as others had done with the "Old CMKX ?? What is the difference?? They may THINK their judgment as being right on ....but ......isn't it just as all the others before them with the old?? ........


Which category do they fit in??

IF..... They have all the specifics, to the numerous IMPORTANT unanswered questions , by which they have based their decision, to pledge undying allegiance....... Then I ask, why aren't the other 50,000 shareholders privy to ALL the answers also, so they too may make a definite WELL INFORMED decision?

IF.... They do NOT have the specifics to ALL the IMPORTANT unanswered questions..... then shame... shame.... It would be labeled as "Blind Faith" once again.... thus, running in circles and guilty of repeating past mistakes.

Which is it??


Most people learn from their past mistakes in hopes of NOT repeating them again, which is why this is so puzzling to me.

Am I saying that Frizzell & West are not "stand up guys" or are not "god sends" for ALL shareholders??
My answer is only that I will reserve from making a definte decision/judgment UNTIL I am positive that the decision I make is an INFORMED one.

At this point in time ..imo......one can only hope and pray that they have the best interest of ALL shareholders at heart.

"Blind Faith" is not on my Agenda.,,, not now or in the future. A lesson well learned.
