We will not trade again until the assets are back in the company. Until the claims against Emerson Koch are settled or otherwise resolved via a judgment of some court, then the company won't be able to trade. How can you qualify to get on any exchange without assets? If Koch still has our assets, we need to get them back first. Focus on that particular necessity before expecting to see us trading again. ragingbull.quote.com/mboard/boards.cgi?board=CMKI&read=639972

Why did UC appoint Kevin CEO and agree to pay him 10K a month when there were no funds? Kevin had been screaming about the NSS so did UC just say take it and see what you can do or was it just a cover to allow UC time to hide the money and flee the country? There must be something there for other people to put up money to keep this going. Hopefully 2008 will end this saga one way or the other. We may get some of our money back but I don't feel there is some big pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. - - - - - ragingbull.quote.com/mboard/boards.cgi?board=CMKI&read=639912
