-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ERRRR...... HMMMMMMM.... justice Super Sleuth Interesting Post By Houstontex about CMKX « Thread Started on Yesterday at 10:01pm » For those of you that are not familiar with this shareholder, he at one time was very adamant pushing the issue of lawsuits against Urban about the same time tha Dave Harrison was threatining the same , his post here may indicate how many of the one time really dissatisfied shareholders that were complaining so much just happened to dissapear and become silent in this CMKM fiasco. Sadly though this post may implicate him in the same activity Delidogg now faces. I found this on Sterlings classroom board By: hikingtigger 24 Dec 2007, 08:43 AM EST Msg. 345059 of 345066 (This msg. is a reply to 345054 by houstontex1110.) Jump to msg. # You follow fantastic investment rules, houston. Like you say, the writing was on the wall 2 years ago with CMKX. Total loss. So what? Great that you sold before it stopped trading. I was not so fortunate because I wasn't forced to sell. Too bad, eh? Anyway...it's stop loss management and nimbleness that rule the day in the land of the pinks (and to a lesser degree with the "real" stocks). By: houstontex1110 24 Dec 2007, 11:58 AM EST Msg. 345062 of 345065 (This msg. is a reply to 345059 by hikingtigger.) Jump to msg. # hikingtigger Actually I sold out to 2 buyers AFTER it stopped trading. We conducted our sales through: Send me the signed shares, gold endorsed at your bank, and I will transfer funds to your bank account. Wow, that was scary. Never met these two before. Both came through and paid me. Could have taken my shares and laughed. I was sweating through whole process, but figured I will lose everything anyway if I don't try. They took my shares and sold them on the pump boards and doubled their money. I hear that they made at least 30 thousand doing it. They saw an opportunity. Now that was real clever investing on their part. ragingbull.quote.com/mboard/boards.cgi?board=CLB01219&read=345062Now the intersting part of this and should be of some interest to Bill Frizzel is just who were the two buyers mentioned that were profiting by selling on what he deems as the pump boards, I would bet that was not the only deal done by the two he mentions. I think it is terrific that such an admission is made publicly that can so easily be traced by contacting RB to get houstontex Name and personal info, then look at his cert numbers and to whom they were transferred to. Goodolboy a possible recourse action avenue for you, Ya Think ?

My cim certs...strange... « Thread Started on Yesterday at 3:48pm »
I have placed a request with BMO investorline in Canada more than a month ago.
My mom had hers at National Bank, Canada, got hers on my recommendation in two weeks, so i just called few minutes ago the BMO for my 1.3mil cert.
They said "there is a possession change being conducted at the moment and EVEN the restricted cert could not be emitted for the moment." ... told me to call in approx 1 month for new info and he re-assured me that BMO will never remove the cert from my account even if it is at zero value.
thought this was worth sharing,

Trading Direct says: " The transfer agent will not issue a certificate" I requested a cert(s) this reply was on the 21st of Dec 2007
Another reply stated:"The stock is held with the transfer agent in the street name of Ridge Clearing. The transfer agent will not issue a certificate at this time." I sure don't know what the problem is? They are getting $100 each for them so I thought they would be most happy sending all those worthless stock certs. + they get them out of their account as well. LOL BM
