gusjarvis King of Diamonds Re: Last chance at credibility! « Reply #8 on Today at 7:55am » -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ricky I can beat that, last oct a pyschic told me the money would come with the baby and I said no way, that would be mid march. Remember at about the same time portrush was posting march. The fact is if shore moves on we move on, imo, and if shore gets appealed we wait. We are tied to them despite the lies told to us from rick and star and our own company. tramp2.proboards88.com/index.cgi?board=general&action=display&thread=1204089095

Jump to msg. # not against hispanics against you and I guess you don't want to tell the board exactly what the surrendered shares list proved hey, maybe it wouldn't quite fit with your story you tell. Hey and what about rick walker being a partner with ken macneill, don't you find that strange as well. Again I will expect you skip over the surrendered shares list question as usual as you do with anything that doesn't fit in with your agenda posting. And if you are not smart enough to know who I am making fun of that is ok, but it would be a little more of a challenge if you did! ragingbull.quote.com/mboard/boards.cgi?board=CMKI&read=672777By: lilburrito0 27 Feb 2008, 10:39 AM EST Msg. 672791 of 672823 (This msg. is a reply to 672777 by gusjarvis.) LOL So …………… You keep mentioning this question about “surrendered shares.” Now, not trying to hurt your feelings, but I find what you have to say meaningless and I do not make it a habit of reading all your posts. But to be fairr and because I am currently free; Go ahead and ask that “surrendered” question again (or at least provide a link so I know what you’re talking about)! In addition, please tell me about Rick Walker and Ken McNeill. And I’ll tell you if you’re right or wrong! ragingbull.quote.com/mboard/boards.cgi?board=CMKI&read=672791

Jump to msg. # LMAO vanishing here is the proof. Urban and crew raised over $200 million selling over 700 billion shares of stock. Whe Urban left there was $588 in the bank and no assets. CMKX never had operational costs that would have required the use of that kind of money. Since there are no assets and $588 in the bank Urban committed corporate fraud by converting corporate assets for personal use. One of the things Urban did was invest in Crystalix with $2 million advanced from CMKX. After CMKX was revoked Urban converted that CD agreement into free trading stock. Since CMKX forwarded Urban the money, when it was converted to free trading stock, that stock was property of CMKX not Urban Casavant. But Urtban was named personally as the benefactor of those shares. That is also a felony. Now, let's keep going. Using corporate cash to pay for personal gambling debts is a felony. The docs are all available on the CMKM website. All you have to do is read them. Or would you like me to break it down and show you document by document because you refuse to see that over $200 million vanished into thin air while Urban was in charge. When he resigned, anything he refused to turn over to new management would be considered theft. So the 8 GMC trucks that were purchased by Urban for over $300,000 of corporate money would be a corporate asset and nobody seems to know where those vehicles are. And that falls under criminal conspiracy charges. Should we keep going? You want direct links to this information too? go to CMKM diamonds website and look at the docs that show the crimes ragingbull.quote.com/mboard/boards.cgi?board=CMKI&read=672793
