I quote, "As for Urban, we still believe that there are federal agencies that are going to bring him up on charges. The Company is pursuing the quickest route to recovering assets and right now that is through the case with John Edwards. I believe you will see a couple of more documents filed with the state courts concerning that case within the next few days as we have been working hard on it. The Entourage deal will have to be resolved in the courts as it looks at this time. As for Emerson (Koch), I would hope that he would come forward to do what is right for these shareholders."

While Koch is saying Tyler is only focusing on sue sue sue, Koch just wants to start working the claims, KW doesn't. Does KW think Koch should just hand it all over on a silver platter when it's all in his name and has also kept up the claims. It doesn't look like Tyler has any grounds on getting it back and the etgmf will go back to Koch also. Remember that ole comment from UC.....shareholders will follow the claims. Why does Tyler have to fight so hard to recoup something that UC was to suppose to have left them?

1) Urban did not leave them to us as he was "suppose" to do. 2) Koch is not being truthful (where does Koch say the opposite of Kevin?). 3) Kevin is not being truthful. 4) There are legal issues involved that make this much more complicated than what we realize.
My take on it is # 4.

Koch doesn't seem interested in joining the lych mob and sitting for years in court while the claims sit there.....he apparently is not successful in getting KW to see the light either.

"Let it be known that there have not been any law enforcement agencies nor any regulatory bodies (SEC and others) that have contacted me to request my help or my assistance in any of their investigations. However, I did make personal contact with many of them and have since provided numerous files and documents which contained information that I believe may be of some help to government investigators. It should come as no surprise that there are criminal investigations and SEC enforcement investigations that have been ongoing in CMKM for several years now."
Contact was made, and apparently, some assistance has been provided by Kevin.

There is grounds for Kevin's belief. Also, the recent new law suits filed in Canada against Urban and others should prove that the legal battles over CMKX and Urban are far from over. In my opinion we will see more court room battles in the near future.

HA! give me a break! an investigation that long qualifies it for one of the longest in department of justicve history. good lord, the prosecutors are going to pass away before they gather all the info. and they still haven't called tyler to testify, or maheu or ron or stocklein or,,,,,, come on! it doesn't add up.
furthermore, if you want to keep a guy off balance you go after him the same time someone is coming at him from another direction. make him scurry about defending himself against the feds AND YOU.
make him spend money, hire more lawyers and tie him up. do this at the EXACT SAME TIME you know someone else is after him.
are they doing this? no. so, i don't believe for a moment that the real reason they are not laying a glove on urban is because of the feds. that's poppythingy

CMKX wasn't even under investigation until early 2005 and that was concluded at the revocation in late 2005.
Any investigation of Urban personally would not have been undertaken until after that, so you can pretty much assume that the SEC was not heavily investigating Urban until at least the first of 2006. As such, it has only been 2 years that they have been investigating him.
What's 2 years in the investigation of "the stock play of a life time", "the largest penny stock shareholder base ever", "the mineral superstore", "the largest cert pull in history", "the most naked shorted stock in history, with trillions in naked shorted shares"?
I put quotes around those parts of the last sentence to emphasize that they are the most thrown about supposed "truths" concerning CMKX. With something so grand and huge as CMKX's "conglomerate", what is a meager 2 years of investigation?
