By: sparkysantos 28 Apr 2008, 09:33 AM EDT Msg. 31500 of 31500 Jump to msg. # Good Morning CMKX Longs - In Sparky's opinion we should be watching the "financials" real closely in the week ahead.
In case you haven't noticed, the shares of these repulsive "financials" have staged a significant industry-wide rally over the past two sessions. IMHO, what makes this move very suspect is that terrible economic news was released on each of the days.
Specifically, on Thursday we saw the worst New Homes Sales data we've seen in years; not to mention a bigger slide in related home prices than we've seen in decades. And similarly, on Friday it was announced that Consumer Sentiment is at the lowest level in 26 years.
Do you believe that the shares of all the "financials" rallied on this news?! And what’s more, based on pre-open Bid & Ask data it appears that they’re about to rally even more.
In Sparky's humble opinion, this is beyond fishy!!
Perhaps the real reason the shares of these slippery, scum-sucking, bottom-dwelling, greed-driven companies are rallying is because CMKX shareholders are about to get paid!! After all, the sad reality is that these scumbags would benefit handsomely, and unavoidably, from such a development.
In fact, that's about the only thing we can all bank on- the pigs will benefit too!!

Bob Maheu has already admitted his involvement was based on information that wasn't true and after multiple broken promises from Urban he left and his exact quote was that he "just wanted the he11 out". That's a direct quote from Maheu himself. He said he should have looked into this one better before agreeing to help out.
Bill Frizzell is unimportant and he has accomplished nothing. He was connected to this scam as an investor to begin with. Nobody brought him here, he fell for this scam just like you did. Doesn't make him special at all. Makes him foolish like the rest of you but he was able to recoup his investment by selling a naked short fantasy to the OG for a couple hundred thousnad dollars.
Don Stoecklein runs a company that works closely with many questionable pink sheet trash stocks. It's the nature of his business. His name is associated with many penny stocks.
John? John who? Edwards? Martin? Bon Jovi?
Edwards is a known scammer. Martin is a nobody and Bon Jovi is way past their prime. - - - - -

After the internet bubble and burst & During 2002-2006 we all witness that the system and the SEC allowed many pinks to trade at NOBIDx0.0001 and 0.0001x0002. This SCAM was set up to mainly sell counterfeit shares by brokers, bankers and hedge funds. However, somehow many insiders from bad penny stock companies took advantage of this scam to dump shares as well. Now shareholders are the NSS victims and many penny stock companies could not fight because they have no assets and part of it is their internal problem.
CMKX survived because we have huge assets!!!!!!

It is time to demand the cert pull depositions and to demand the foia information bill got for us that he hid from us before he did the cert pull. This information should be on the website along with the crap they put on there, why can they hide this from us. We need to demand from the sec they release our information now!

WE THE SHAREHOLDERS SHOULD GO TO O'QUINN and get some justice. Either the system makes good on our shares, those same 640 B that were sold on the market and cleared the 3-day settlement period, or we bring the fight to them. When are the shareholders going to quit sleeping and awaken into the power we were intended to be. Everytime a person of insight wants to organize the shareholders into a viable action group, the paid shills arise and kick them out of the rooms and attack them. It is the average shareholder who holds tyhe cards. Will you permit yourselves to be sheep and led to slaughter, will you listen to the paid shills who tell you "do nothing and everything will be OK" (when it has only gotten worse) or will you side with the few, or the one in the group that wants to help you really win? Be a fighter for what is right, or live in a world where evil rules and you have no rights. You decide. But before you do, dig deep into your soul and look for what is right. Do not accept evil. Evil is a force of wimps and losers and when exposed, usually runs for the shadows. Do you people realize what would happen if just one in ten of Americans had the guts to make the government behave? I do not mean with the rigged election processes, but by showing a willingness to present their strength of character, as is necessary. Glorious it would be to see 30 million Americans surrounding the White House and the congress, carrying plackards demanding the lying deadbeats get out, demanding meaningful reforms, demanding the truth. The little wimpy politicians would wet their drawers! Oh I dream for grander days!!! By: gusjarvis 28 Apr 2008, 03:50 PM EDT Msg. 712940 of 712948 (This msg. is a reply to 712932 by ibaft_2021.) Eventually all situations come to rest on their own merit. I have no clue who ACCA works for, but I will say this with confidence in my humble opinion. There has been more than enough time given for any conclusion to identify the recipients of any damages." THEY " HAVE BEEN IDENTIFIED. We have gone round and round with the excuses/reasons of why we have not received to date. Hearing about those reasons.
There are only 2 reasons why we have not received left as far as I am concerned; Time and money. The more time that we wait the more money the prevailing / Holding entities garner as money grows. This is a sad situation, and IMHO it is an even sadder situation that one man comes as messenger (for his own compensation) just days before his promoted time lines..to continually inform of the delays.
The reasons given do not fit the circumstances any longer. If paying us forfeits leverage to do good things for others then this group of shareholders have proven themselves leveraged beyond used themselves...way beyond their means. Has anyone listened to the stories of their lives lately? The shareholders? Does anyone care to from company? Old CMKM? SEC?
Regarding Payment; We've heard; "It's not on their time line".. Well that's a given, and it hasn't been for years now. Shareholders have done paid their dues. They did it with great dignity. They represented a huge success.
**** AN HISTORICAL CERTIFICATE PULL***
We've heard about apprehension about being paid also;
"Apprehensive about pushing the button" which had a couple of meanings. The Media, and now leverage to satisfy remaining shareholders. What's tomorrow? Floating the Fed?

I firmly believe that acca has been given a task that troubles him dearly to perform. I know for a fact that he would really prefer being more reliable but for the fact that the forces we are up against cannot be tipped of as to the TEAM's strategy. Sources and methods must be protected at all cost lest we hand over the playbook to the opposition. Many of you know full well that agents of evil cleverly drop in to his paltalk sessions and it is for their benefit or detriment, if you will, that he plays games with dates and timelines. I would describe it as his effort to create a false sense of security in the minds of the short interest. Unfortunately many innocent and unaware shareholders get their hopes up not realizing that what he is doing is simple misdirection. When he says up, it's down and vise versa.
I have learned this little code and you would be well served to understand it. Do not rely on his dates as they are purposely wrong and now you know why.
When it happens, it will come without a word from him. But thank him profusely when it does.
