So Don Stoecklein holds our Entourage cert of 40 million shares.

ETGMF.OB closed at .05 cents on Friday.

40 million shares @ .05 cents = $2,000,000.00 or $2 Mil

The Entourage cert is worth $2 million.

If one were to divide $2 mil evenly amongst 55,000 shareholders, then $2,000,000 /55,000 = $36.36 each.

(However, that $36.36 per shareholder is not happening as all 55,000 shareholders do not each own an equal number of shares, which would be 13,309,000 shares per shareholder: 13,309,000 X 55,000 = 732,000,000,000).

Would someone owning 1 million shares deserve the same Entourage ROI as someone owning 200 million shares? Of course not.

But for the sake of argument, lets say that all 55,000 shareholders each own an equal number of shares: 13,309,000 per shareholder.

We're each looking at a $36.36 ROI from Entourage?

Thanks, but that's not a full tank of gasoline.

(Some with 200 million shares would get a return of about $546.40 - or maybe ten fillups of gasoline).

This cert was never meant to be cashed.

As many already believe, Entourage was just a place to stash CMKX claims.

So if Stoecklein gives the cert back, who does Entourage give the claims back to?

Tyler? I don't think that will happen - at least I hope it won't happen.

My guess is that DS is waiting for UC's hearing default to be completed by the SEC first, before DS returns the cert to Entourage.

That way, the claims will not potentially be a part of UC's default judgement - the claims not being in UC's possession - and possibly ordered to be returned to the company (Tyler).

I wish the SEC would hurry up. They are taking a long time to determine UC's default judgement.

Whatever they decide against Urban, it's most likely that the claims won't be a part of that judgement.

And then - hopefully - we'll be able to move forward from this stalemate.

Read the latest financials from Entourage. The link is on the board somewhere.

When the ETGMF cert is returned to Entourage (as per the agreement), the financials say that the claims will revert back to the '1010" company - owned by Urban.

There are so many implications to that. And the ETGMF shares going back to Entourage is a given, based on the original contract. The claims going back to "1010" is also a given according to Entourage's latest financials.

It fits. UC hid the claims to protect them. The deal with Entourage was the cover to make the cert pull legitimate. The naked short was proved and this I'm sure, based on frizz claiming proof, and Helen Bagley saying ALL requests for certs would be honored.

Helen's response to the availability of certs also plays into the idea that the SEC was involved early on, giving permission to cert "fake" shares from the electronic markers.

Unless I am totally screwed up in my optimism, this all has been a deal long in the making, and now that the bits and pieces are falling together, I believe the end is near.

With penalties already set in precident, I'm convinced we wll get our payout, and it will be enough to make us more than happy.

The only question remaining is WHEN.

Why people exist to still give us grief and hopelessness is beyond me. But they are still here, and that bothers me. We should be getting official good news I should think, but nothing yet. And the latest from DS is disturbing. But the logic fits...the proofs shown are indisputable.

All I can think is we are in the window of opportunity.

Patience and faith. Can all those important people associated with CMKX be all for naught? Can the investment banks who sold BILLIONS of CMKX daily all be lilly white honest? Is the economic debacle REALLY caused by the sub-prime issue?

To me, there would have to be so many things gone wrong to make our investment truly worthless....I just can't accept it.

So I sit and wait...call BS when I see or read it...and believe in our ultimate GREAT outcome.

I believe that Tyler has been trying to get everything owned by UC.

And "everything" would include the '1010' company - owned by Urban.

But 1010 has "nothing" right now - until the Ent cert is given back by DS and the claims are then returned to 1010.

Koch may be upset with KW because Kevin reneged on following the original "plan" - 1010 getting the claims back - while KW and BF have been working on capturing the claims for Tyler/Togi.

And it may be this "betrayal" by Kevin - not following the plan that the claims return to 1010, but intercept the claims for Tyler/Togi - that got Acca so upset with Tyler.

Hopefully, UC has a trust with $ due to us, and that the claims return under his control.

Actually, Stoecklein is misdirecting here.

The cert goes to a judicial authority, okay fine. Then the cert goes back to Entourage, and the claims are transferred back to 1010 - Urban's company.

So when Stoecklein says that it goes to a judicial authority, that we hope are seeking a distribution in the best interest of the shareholders, he is full of mucho crappo.

The shares will be gone - back with Entourage - and there's nothing to distribute (share-wise) to the shareholders.

And Stoecklein knows that.

So why is he lying about it?

I honestly don't know what is going on right now. At a high level, it sure looks like the Old Team has completely disassociated themselves from CMKX.

I like what Dicek and John have to say. However, my concern is that, without Maheu, Stoecklein, or Roger Glenn on our side, we are left to having the SEC and Tyler as our primary advocates... and that makes me very nervous. Neither have demonstrated a commitment to doing the things that would lead to a real ROI. e.g. prove the value of the claims, bring them back to the shareholders of CMKX, and then prove the NSS. Those three things, imo, must happen in order for us to achieve a real ROI.

I like what Oreo and Ines are saying... I sincerely believe we are at a point, and probably have been for some time, where we need to take action ourselves. Nearly two years ago, I asked my Daughter's assessment of this situation (she is a Lawyer and Prosecutor within a State's Attorney Office) From the very beginning she has said that we would probably need to come together and initiate a Class Action Lawsuit... if we really wanted to know what's going on... and truly bring action that was representative of our interests.

Although Kevin West comes off as a very decent and caring guy, still I personally can't trust the Tyler Group. They wrestled control of the company away from UC. They have not pursued the Interplead on their own. They claim they want to trade again, but we have no proven assets. (A judgment against Edwards maybe, but that doesn't mean he'll pay it. Look at OJ) They have appointed Kevin the Chairman of the Board - without a shareholder meeting or vote - which could easily be done on-line on Paltalk for almost no money; and they are bringing other Board members in also without a Shareholder Vote. In my reading of the Texas Corporate law, I don't see how they can do that unless they control the majority of the shares. If they do, that presents us with another real problem.

At some point in time, I believe the Shareholders need to step up and cry foul. We have watched both the DTCC and the SEC wash their hands of CMKX, even as - by their own admission, they allowed CMKX to allowed 622 Billion "Unregistered" shares to be released into the market. We watched CMKX Shares trade with a daily volume that exceeded the entire remaining volume on the New York Stock Exchange... and never saw the price of the Stock fluctuate. That could not happen without serious Naked Shorting being allowed to occur. We have watched the SEC ignore the impact of Naked Short Seliing... until it threatened to take our Nation's largest banks.

So, what can we do? Maybe we can try to force a Shareholder vote to place our own Director(s). It would be interesting to know how many Shares we can muster together if all the members of every board and Paltalk were to get together, reach out to all our friends and family, and vote our shares as a group. Perhaps Patrick Byrne would volunteer as a Director on our behalf? Perhaps Mr. O' Quinn would represent us in a Class Action Lawsuit.

I agree completely.

Who are our advocates? Who represents our interests?

If I'm told that Tyler and the SEC are working on our behalf, I groan in despair. I don't consider either of them allies.

It would be nice to hear from someone that was representing our best interests - someone that we could trust ... someone that we could rely on.

But no one has stepped forward to wear that hat.

I believe that it's time for Urban to do so.

Hopefully after the default judgement is made public, Urban will be able to communicate with us and explain what has been going on, as well as what to expect in the days ahead.

Ultimately, it's Urban's responsibility to give us the story - and to give it to us straight - no matter which way it falls.

It seems that my post earlier was lost on some. My question... was there was an interplead started in early 2006? IF THERE WEREN'T, why a card mailing and a USATODAY notice? To what purpose if this is a scam?

I am convinced that there was an inerplead and that it was a SEALED action. Why? NAKED SHORTING KNOWN TO THE PUBLIC! Yes, JMO but one based on a man that I have known for over 40 years that is still a sitting Fed. Judge and he thinks same. Is that definitive? NOOOOOOO, but he is one bright man.

Refresher for those that don't understand an interpleader. It is an action that is taken via the Federal Court System to FIND the true recipients to any distribution of an asset...usually money. It is an action that is FINAL but requires notification via newspapers usally and is localized..... NOT USATODAY type notification which has a worldwide distribution.

Scam? Why the above?

the Entourage shares CANNOT be distributed to shareholders because their is a legal claim on them from Entourage. Until the court case is settled, nothing will be done. I believe the case is scheduled to go to court in Feb/09. However, I do believe that Kevin has said that he wishes to settle the case out-of-court..........

Nuf..re: reading the Tyler docs and forming an unbiased opinion...

Tyler has been selective in what they post, what they speak to, and who they go after.

Tyler hasn't been too forthcoming (I will refrain from saying less than honest) with regard to how long they have been working with the SEC. LH phoned me from an area code from the great state of TX @ a time when KW was noting that he had not been contacted by any governmental regulatory body.?

Lest not forget that Tyler is in the position they are predominantly due to their prior work related to that short that was once upon a time on a silver platter. Funny how we hear nothing about that these days?

yep, CMKM Diamonds, Inc. and it's CMKX shareholders are "wrapped up" with Urban's trust....we are inside his trust...

we do not belong to tyler texas...tyler has no right to sue...only URBAN can sue...he holds the majority of shares that are held in trust...they did not transfer to tyler..

tyler texas has no shareholders, tyler has never traded publically and cannot convert cmkxers (who are cash in a trust) to tyler...

go figure guys...who are you trying to hoodwink tyler?

the SEC is the only entity that has jurisdiction to sue for "disgorgement"...not tyler.

more and more i'm convinced there is only ONE team operating in favor of the cmkx shareholders...

but those that will have to pay up dearly will not do so without trying everything in their power to disturb and undermine this process...

rumors are spread around about the bad intentions of west and frizell...etc...trying to motivate people into starting new law suits...anything that could delay this process is ok...

the totally absurd and continuously ongoing writings of bashers on rb, investorshub, pb66 and other boards/rooms are more than proof ...

leo, follow along for a minute ok...

703 billion shares were owned by 2032 shareholders in march of 2005. urban and insiders held all the shares. the interplede was done moving all assets to urban and 'good' insiders, from march to revokation, shares where surrendered and sold to other shareholders. a final asset deal with etgmf 'wrapped up' the company and a cert pull was called by the TF.

the cert pull was completed and on march 29, 2007 'all' bona fides were identified and urban resigned, handing over an "empty shell" to KW, who then converted it out to Tyler.

Following this, the SEC announces 622 Billion Unregistered shares in CMKM (remember, the name is in Tyler now)and KW talkes about trimbath, and forensic auditors.

KW says they have no trusts, money or assets- HE IS CORRECT!, those were 'wrapped up' in the final asset deal with etgmf, remember "OTHER ASSETS" was mentiond 9 times in the pr's.

The delay has been the setup of the conglomerate and ceo's required to run it, keep an eye on etgmf/suv/sei/uuc/sgf ok?

Tyler will be announcing something with regard to the forensic shortly, and you will see the courts and lawsuits align with the results.

Those that do not have "for this distribution only" were sold 'real' or existing shares. The ones with that writing were issued certs that had to be re-purchased by the mm's/brokers to fill their 'transparency' obligations or NSS to real people.

The 622 billion unregistered shares now in tyler are the "FAKE" shares and "FAKE" names created by the criminals and do not represent real shareholders.

This was the reason for creating the "unshareholder" site. It was a slap in their face. In other words "here's a site you can go to and request a cert" but they know they cannot do that...

This is going to get real ugly now for the bashers, so sit back and enjoy!
