So next time you want to have your money STOLEN just invest in the stock market and maybe the SEC or someone will catch it one day, maybe not... or maybe they will enforce some policy or maybe they won't because they don't have to...or maybe they will simply blame it on the easter bunny because someone else has to take the blame... Frizzel provided Steve Brewer with a personal reference in order for Brewer to sell shares of CMKM after CMKM was revoked. Brewer brokered shares (post rev) between UC and Deli as well as between Kinney and Deli. Kinney forged the stock powers in order to get the TA to transfer those certs to post rev buyers.
So, suffice it to say Frizzell knew exactly how the post rev sales were taking place, who was involved, and even participated (by providing the personal reference.)

jabber - I agree. The REAL audit was complete in 2006 and it was at that time that the real team knew EXACTLY who was who. This audit created some real problems for a few people and entities and it remains to be seen how these problems are to be addressed. Just look at who came on board around August 2006 and what they "publicly" did and did not accomplish.
Some wise people have said for several years that we will all be surprised to see who ends up wearing the white and black hats. Fortunately for all of the patient people this appears to be drawing to a close.

I don't give a d*mn what anyone thinks, I do have a friend that is a Federal Judge that told me in 2006 that any CLOSED interpleader could not be seen by him or anyone else. This sitting Judge had, at that time in Aug. of 06, presided over 11 such interpleads. After much discussion about the card mailing and USATODAY Notice, it was his opinion that those actions were the result of a Fed. Judge via an interplead action.
My point? SEALED means just that including Stocklein.
Why bother with an interplead?
