Who allowed and protected the crooks to dump over 6 trillions NSS/Counterfeited/Unregistered/FTD shares on CMKM ?

Adrienne, I have asked myself that question.... many times....
The answer is complicated, complex, and a bit more complicated... when you figure, that the NSS was happening throughout the markets, on many levels, individual accounts, brokerage houses, banks, and such...... WHOMEVER DID ALLOW IT, KNEW THAT IT WAS GOING ON AND CAUGHT THEM IN A GREAT TRAP....... THE WAY THEY TRAPPED INNOCENT INVESTORS ALL THESE YEARS AND GOT AWAY WITH IT....... as now we are all paying the HIGH PRICE OF CORRUPTION IN THE MARKETS...... But had it gone undenoted any longer and the land I love may be worse off than even now.....
Now.... back to the question...... Who allowed it....
We know the path of which a trade goes through: brokers, TA's, DTCC, DTC, AND SEC....... SO.... along the way, who was suppose to check the deliverance of the STOCKS bought ..... hmmmmmmmm WHO CLEARED THEM? (Clearing House?) WHO SECURED THEM IN OUR ACCOUNTS (Brokers)...... WHO WAS SUPPOSE TO INSURE THAT ALL FTD were actually DELIVERED? (DTCC,DTC)

There in lies the answer..... why did each place not signal an alert to the other, if it was not safe?
Brings us back to US, the shareholders of CMKX.... Until we proved that it existed (cert pull)...... nothing was even known....no terminology was used..... Shorts was Shorts...and naked Shorts were not even understood or defined, because, afterall they didn't exist........ (((((UNTIL IT WAS PROVEN BY A TASK FORCE, of which OUR COMPANY WAS A PART OF, and I DO BELIEVE IT TO HAVE BEEN A STING OPERATION))))))
SO GLAD THAT I "GOT CMKX"
And so glad that "GOT CMKX" was advertised in a broad manner not to be disputed down the road...... PEOPLE KNEW ABOUT CMKX IN MANY AREAS AND COUNTRIES, AS WELL AS A RACE TRACK! SEEN ON TV ADVERTISED ON A SIGN, "Got CMKX" and t-shirts and race car.... and people, the investors too.... Afterall, we invested in Urban Casavant because of the Dynamite Company and Land with Claims owned and great potential and locations of which we knew the surrounding areas to be rich.....
We were revoked, because of the trouble foreseen in the stock trading issues, and until it is resolved we have been punished and not able to continue our asset valuations and other company forward movements... until the issue of Shares is resolved......

So many factors are here that are not spelled out exactly.....

tells me that there is a lot of truth to Bhollenegg saying that he believes that Attorney Hodges knows there are funds ,
Susan Trimbath was the core person involved with trying to gather forensic evidence for our shares compared to the real O/S.
If there was one person in the world who would actually know enough to turn the tables around for us with the secretive DTCC would be Susan Trimbath.

and we still have the silver platter, we have all the evidence of who else naked shorted us, bill had the foia info in his letter to those criminals.
Funny the og and the sec colluded to keep that info out of their suits. Funny they say we lost all that money, that td, etrade, ameritade and others stole the money from their cmkx sales just like je and urban.
But the sec, like in eagletech's case hid wallstreet's crimes. They are responsible for this, and the evidence is clear, they aided and abeited the counterfeiting of the stock market.
Action against these defendants will not be difficult, bill already named some numbers and they are in the hundreds of billions of shares held by these brokers alone, so when the rico suit happens getting a fund for our own lawyer shouldn't be too difficult, given we know who stole our money and forced us to let go of our land because of it.
It shouldn't be too hard to either freeze our land or get fair value for it from these entities and the sec and the dtc as it is clear they committed the largest counterfeit fraud in history right in front of the world against the cmkx shareholders.
wonder what we should sue for, what is a silver platter worth, what is our true value divided by the real o/s, not this fake bloated o/s they let go through.
it should be fun, the largest naked short ever, plus the goods, now that is a real silver platter we will have to ask for.

Urban didn't steal from us..... you had included him with JE....
as for being Froze...we are Revoked...and I believe Wrapped up....

I am waiting..... like many others.... until this month is up before I would get involved with any suit..... but that is just me..

raven understand I am playing dumb, forgetting
that I know this was covered during the cert pull, just looking at the facts as we see them from the sec. I know what bill really did we read the letter to the brokers, we know the brokers sent requests to buy to cover.
But forget you know that forget you know bill wrote the complaint letter to the nasd that included info from the silver state bank, that info also showed urban screwed us but bill pretended to know nothing about that and worked with urban on this and got this covered.
I am just going by what the sec and the og says, we got screwed, so given the fact the sec watched every cert trade and given that not only did je screw us but so did others who have already been identified, but let off with nothing (it appears).
The sec has covered up who the brokers were who did this, it appears, nevwest said they were singled out and other brokers sold hundreds of billions of shares. Bill already told us who those were, so if the sec and or are right then the sec colluded with the og to keep that silent and to screw us. If it was a sting then there was a good reason for hiding things possibly, but it is then time for a complete audit for the shareholders of what happened.
You and I know this was a sting, but the sec and the og say we are stupid to even think that. So given the time we have wasted waiting for a conclusion from this, and given the insulting way we have been treated, it is time to force the issue. To get the word out how we have been treated. How the sec has covered up the massive fraud against us, I mean I can see how je forged certs but how did etrade and ameritrade and td and others sell hundreds of billions of fake shares and where did the money go from their sales. Remember in bill's letters he said the sec was watching this very closely, ya but not close enough to stop this fraud?
The sec and og say we just got screwed, well the money from the brokers alone could have let the shareholders keep our land and explore it, so they have a lot more responsibility than just selling counterfeit shares, which is bad enough.
so in my ramble I am saying of course we know more happened here than they say, we know this was a sting. But lets just take what they are saying now as the truth, lets get some answers to how it was possible then and lets now get to suing the brokers and the sec for their roles in this if things are just what they seem, and force out the answers we know. Lets force out that they actually made the brokers already pay, and what that was.
You are right you got a cert, I got a cert, and those that waited months on end got theirs, we all did. They paid for those, lets just force them to tell us how much, then decide as a group if that was fair with a full audit of what was here.

there wasn't enough real shares to cover with was there, can you cover by buying a unregistered share, 111 billion unregistered shares. And if they really did it on the open market maybe someone can explain how when it was almost all buying and no selling by retail at the time. That makes it impossible to cover, and if possible would have sent the stock through the roof.
They bought roger glenn's opinion letter shares with the ok of the sec

Gus, UC raised more than enough money to maintain the claims. He chose not to. He saw more value stealing it. So you have no one to blame for the loss of the claims but UC.
There is no way to freeze the claims. Those minerasl rights are held by entities that obtained them legally. Your only recouse is to sue UC for deriliction of duty for letting them lapse.
