Jump to msg. # Bigger than a boiler room
This was bigger than any boiler room that has been discovered to date and those that were found and prosecuted. They not only had hypsters and promoters all over the internet but were promoting themselves at race tracks. Spending millions on themselves on homes, cars, casinos, travel and jewelery as well. They were shut down at the Vegas party and the feds knew then this was a scam. Since that time there has been no charges filed, one has to ask why there has been no charges after all these years and why was and is this such a secret to the rest of the world. One conclusion is the sec and the dtcc is more to blame and do not want those headlines. That has to be the only reason because all the scam facts are there for anyone to see.
What is the end game, who knows. I don't believe this is over. I don't believe that we will see a dime. I can only be "hopeful" that the shell is bought and this trades at some point. All the rest of the posted junk here is pretty much meaningless. For some reason those that post want to keep this thread alive for entertainment. The jargon shows most just like the show and find it a way to spend the day. Whatever

Why would the SEC take the heat for Madoff and not this little pink stock, CMKX?
And why would the DTCC have more too blame in this?
You seem very confused. What's wrong?

how did that happen? why weren't there other companies in there bidding on those claims once cmkx/entourage let them lapse? how was that possible? good luck, maybe.
and then once you get past the idea that SHORE somehow just lucked out and got them all you have to ask yourself, if those claims weren't worth shiiiittt, why did SHORE even bother wasting their valuable time and a lot money locking up that 1+ million acres that urban once owned?

I get nauciated when I see old checks from 2002, 2004, 2005...... especially, now...... but all is good......
I think I have read all I need toooo and I don't need to specualte on what is happening..... ..... specualating negatively about our company, and or about CEO Urban is just plain silly......
Afterall, I bought this investment because of the PR's.... and I have read and reread them many times..... If we were to know more, we wouldn't be here discussing this.... but because we are here, just means there is more.....
The time is of most importance right now for the economy to be given what it needs to stimulate itself..... Our Pres and Sec Tim will be handling this with care......
The wait has been long..... I still worry about you.... You seem to only back what you can read and see.....and it is what you can't see in total that makes this UNIQUE! The steps that it took to get to where we are today. The step process is where all the questions are unanswered. One day we will or may be able to see them. Afterall, the work is never done in front of the public... Although, some are going to be exposed. I think you know that too...
This is all in my opinion..... I will wait until the end to discuss the details with you..... I do want to meet face to face with you and discuss where you have been over the last 4 - 5 years.....
Complicated for sure.... but definitely sure of its future, IMO

Enjoy...

I am waiting on ROI...... Until it is stated, pr'd, received then I have nothing to talk about...... except..... I believe in URBAN and MAHEU's TASK FORCE EFFORTS and the WORK THEY DID WITH THE SEC OR WHOMEVER ELSE TO CONFORM TO THE NEEDS OF OUR COUNTRY.....
I can't wait until a movie is made..... course, it may not tell the whole story, but who does anymore... Books are more telling, and there are a few to write some..... The ones that know all the years of details will write good ones...... Afterall, it is the details that the story will be made interesting, and none of the details are known to most of us.... including me..... Can't wait... Aren't you excited that it is almost over... ??
Little or Big.... It is all in what you see..... I guess....
Meet you at the end, to compare notes...... not worth the trouble now, because you can not document what is going on and has gone on in the last few years...... except by using the other entities in which NSS was documented..... Now isn't that a hoot!

FOX Business Network Sues the United States Securities and Exchange Commission over Failure to Respond with Freedom of Information Act Requests Posted : Mon, 23 Mar 2009 17:42:29 GMT Author : FOX Business Network Category : Press Release News Alerts by Email ( click here ) Create your own RSS Press Release News | Home NEW YORK - (Business Wire) FOX Business Network (FBN) filed a lawsuit against the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) over failure to respond to FBN’s expedited request for information under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA). The initial request to the SEC, filed on February 26, 2009, sought all records relating to information that the SEC received regarding the potential violations of the securities laws or any other potential wrongdoing by R. Allen Stanford, or Stanford Financials Group and/or its affiliates. This request included, but was not limited to the SEC’s response to complaints, tips or information and any resulting audits, inquiries and/or investigations. Kevin Magee, Executive Vice President of FOX News commented, “It is unacceptable that titans like R. Allen Stanford or Bernard Madoff were able to operate such massive financial frauds under the nose of institutions like the SEC. As a news organization, we believe it is the public’s right to know how these economic atrocities were committed as part of our continued quest to demand government accountability on behalf of the American taxpayers.” The FOIA complaint was filed by FOX News Network, LLC, as owner of FBN. FBN has also filed lawsuits against the United States Treasury and United States Federal Reserve over their failure to respond to FOIA requests regarding use of the bailout funds and the Federal Reserve’s extended loan facilities. In February, the Federal Court in New York sided with FBN and ordered the Treasury to comply with the network’s requests. Additionally, FBN recently moved to have a protective order vacated in the matter, NYU v. Ariel Fund Ltd., et al., because the order kept the deposition testimony of Ezra Merkin and Victor Teicher sealed from public viewing. The court granted FBN’s motion. FOX Business Network (FBN) is a financial news channel delivering real-time information across all platforms that impact both Main Street and Wall Street. Headquartered in New York—the business capital of the world—FBN launched in October 2007 and is available in nearly 50 million homes in major markets across the United States. Owned by News Corp, the network has bureaus in Chicago, Los Angeles, Washington, DC and London. On the web at www.foxbusiness.com. FOX Business Caley Cronin, 212-301-3972 caley.cronin@foxbusiness.com
