Al Hodges is a GOOD man. He is NOT what most lawyers aspire to be though. Most lawyers are looking for the quickest way to get rich. They know their degrees offer them a life of taking advantage of the system, manipulating the system, using the system to their own advantage and making money off of all of it.
I have many times asked Al Hodges about things about CMKX and never once has he asked me for ONE DIME. He has NEVER once just answered any question off the top of his head either. He has always replied with, "Let me see what I can find and get back to you". Sure enough a few days later I get my answer. I KNOW he will NEVER charge me ONE CENT for anything I ask of him. He WOULDN'T take even if I sent to him (which is why I've stopped asking questions). He would just send it back believe me. Other lawyers I know say things like "Send me $25"... oh wait sorry, that was $50 and they NEVER come across with ANYTHING but something for themself and their cohorts. And, at whose detriment I might add? Ours, that's who.
Al Hodges is a GOOD man. He Has integrity. He IS honest. He will NEVER screw us. He HAS MORALS. He HAS values. He UNDERSTANDS right from wrong. He is the shining light that even the Black Hole of ambulance chasing, quick buck, scum bag lawyers couldn't suck down to their level. He will share what he knows when the time is right. On top of ALL that, he is paired up with Bob Hollenegg. I don't have enough skin on my fingers to list all of his virtues here.
Then on top of all that, we HAVE, not had the Master himself here with us Bob Maheu. His influence is STILL being felt and will prevail in the end.
We ARE in GOOD hands...
Mike IMHO...

Dizardos,
I did get alittle nervous when Dreamweaver said the information came from her husbands patient. I sorta wondered if he was a psychiatrist. Yikes!
But regardless, I do believe shareholders will win in the end. This was a sting. I was told this could take down wallstreet and the brokerages and banks and it did- so I guess I can wait alittle longer. GLTA

Who told you that? TIA.

One2few- It was a trader-( very knowledgable_ who told me this 3-4 years ago. He had connections at ameritrade. I was also told that there would be a huge exodus at the SEC and sure enough a few yrs back there was and the media really played it down as no big deal. BTW- I was never given an amount or time frame to be paid just to hold on to the certs and wait no matter how long it took.
I think alot of posters have found information from alot of different sources but never in my trading yrs have a seen a stock ( sub- penny) hold on for so long with supposedly no $$.
IMO- it is quite possible that our own government has now backed off on paying us. GLTA

Jump to msg. # This week hundreds of CMKX 40k plus SHAREHOLDERS will join other Americans protesting at Tea Parties across the nation. They will kick off their media blitz aimed at the SEC. CMKX Shareholders are taking public little known facts about how the SEC has a history of letting companies be naked shorted. This is NOT short selling that congress is working on with the uptick rule..during the next 60 days. Think of buying an automobile and told you will get the title later on...NEVER to recieve it...that is fraud.. Naked Shorting is selling a stock never to deliver the actual shares to your account... that is fraud.. This process puts excessive shares into the market diluting the value of the company and legitimate shares. In the case of CMKM DIAMONDS (symbol cmkx ) over 3 TRILLION shares were sold to non suspecting shareholders. CEO, Urban Casavant asked shareholders to requests physical certificates... proof of ownership from the transfer agent in 2005. The single largest certificate pull in the history of the stock market to date.. CMKM DIAMONDS made history by being the first company to successfully pull all of the companies certs, and then some. Shareholders say they have started a blitz campaign to bring to the publics attention about what is going on at the SEC. While hundreds join Tea Parties this week wearing their CMKX shirts, future events are lined up. Also this week, letters are being sent to all state representatives around the US organized by CMKX State Coordinators. More letters and emails will be sent to Congressmen this week. CMKX shareholder Brad Bassman said this is really starting a two year movement of shareholders working with potential new Congressmen to get representation that will enforce the SEC laws on the books. CMKX Shareholder groups can be found at PALTALK.COM under business and finance and then investments. We encourage anyone who has invested in stocks and would like to help promote our cause to join us. Look for future promotions and activities to get involved in on the net and in your local area.

The company cannot trade again. The company has no business plan. And yet here you sit acting like the company is gonna come thru for you.
There was a time when I thought the shareholders had a chance. I was wrong. But the company is not entitled either to collect.

If he stays on the course of does the company have the legal right under the by-laws to be operating without the stockholders meeting and voting then this will be a good plan. Tyler is violating many of the by-laws that are in place based on my research.
Since there is no clear accounting at this point who the majority are Tyler can get away with anything unless they are held accountable by the shareholders.
Can Tyler negotiate without a shareholder vote?
Did they have the legal right to move the corporation from Nevada to Texas without a shareholder vote?
Did Tyler have the right to bring in advisory board without a shareholder vote?
Can Tyler sell a asset without a shareholder vote?
Kind of funny to see the people now protecting Tyler.
Who is really fueling the rumors on the board today?

Now will the company register them? Why should they?
The company can say that you need to contact a lawyer.
So that leaves the difference. So what are the chances the officers of the current company with Frizzell are holding registered securities?
I say slim to none.
That leave probably the only shareholders that are holding registered securities are from 2001 (when they came over with the shell), 2002 and 2003.
