I received something last Friday from Chris in detail, that which I will not post or comment on, but to say what follows is real of what is going on behind the scenes~• SEC to be sued for aiding and abetting the counterfeiting of traded stocks. Note: Colossal RICO litigation is on the brink of being launched against the US Securities and Exchange Commission in connection with the rank corruption allegedly surrounding the assets of the CMKX creditors. Oops, they missed it again: SEC had chance to nab Rajaratnam in 1998www.dailyfinance.com/2009/12/04/sec-had-chance-to-nab-rajaratnam-in-1998/Peter Cohan Dec 4th 2009 at 10:30AM The Wall Street Journal has done a public service by getting its hands on court records in the case of Galleon Holdings founder Raj Rajaratnam, who is currently walking around on $100 million bail. He's no Bernie Madoff, who stole $60 billion from his investors in a Ponzi scheme. Rajaratnam allegedly paid for inside information and traded on it -- a far more subtle form of stealing. But in the cases of both Madoff and Rajaratnam, the Securities and Exchange Commission knew about their alleged nefarious acts for at least a decade before charging them. Bruce Watson posted on Madoff's long history of evading the SEC's weak efforts to stop him. And the Journal's reporting on how Intel (INTC) caught its employee, Roomy Khan, calling and faxing sales reports into Rajaratnam is revealing. Going back to 1996, Intel claims it suspected that an Intel insider was leaking sales data to Rajaratnam. One reason is that in 1997, an anonymous source said that Khan told another Intel employee that she had access to important data on chip sales, and "that if you sell this information, you can get real money for it." So Intel began analyzing who was calling Rajaratnam and discovered that Khan enjoyed calling and faxing him. Then Intel installed a camera to film her at the fax machine -- catching her on March 6,1998, faxing first quarter 1998 chip pricing and volume statistics to Rajaratnam. Those statistics take much of the guess work out of forecasting quarterly sales because all you have to do is multiply the price and quantity figures to get a precise calculation of the sales numbers. Trading on that information becomes quite simple -- if analysts expect sales to top your number, you short the stock, and if they expect sales below your number, you buy. For some reason, that film was not enough evidence to arrest Rajaratnam. The Journal reported that in 2002, government prosecutors wrote: "After an exhaustive analysis of the labyrinth of accounts associated with Galleon, however, the SEC/FBI has not been able to show that any Galleon trade resulted from Rajaratnam's possession of the information stolen for him by Kahn [sic] from Intel." The good news is that in exchange for a light sentence -- Khan spent six months in home detention -- she agreed to record conversations with Rajaratnam which appear to have contributed sufficient evidence to indict him. This situation raises many questions: Why was it so difficult for the SEC to bring Rajaratnam to justice after obtaining that videotape? How much did Rajaratnam's alleged insider trading cost investors? Who else beside Rajaratnam has been trading on insider information? What kind of punishment for Rajaratnam and what sort of regulatory enforcement structure would it take to end insider trading for good? I hope SEC Chairwoman Mary Schapiro has some good answers. Peter Cohan is a management consultant, Babson professor and author of nine books, including Capital Rising (due in June 2010). Follow him on Twitter. He has no financial interest in the securities mentioned.

For those who have nothing better to do than bash and nay say it would be helpful for all to ignore them.
Pointing out news items and opinion pieces regarding out situation is the best way to get word out. If the writer is correct or not at this point does not matter much. We need all the publicity about our situation that we can get. Noise gets noticed. Quiet is deadly.
Often wondered how much bashers get paid. Is it by the post? Or is it an on going payment situation? With multi billions in the crook's "honey pot" there much be ample payment available.

I own about 20 times the average number shares of CMKX share holders (17 million shares) and yet you choose to ignore my previous contribution, if you need proof of my holdings PM me with your email and phone number, here is my previous contribution with an addendum:
Bush himself did not take our money, it was his clone that was created by the same UFO Aliens who cloned Hank Paulson, so please get your stories factually correct before you post them.... I would also like to add that I expect 40 dollars a share + whatever the aliens are willing to contribute in exotic metals and minerals

So if I question anything CMKX related in a view that is perceived as negative I am a basher? and maybe being paid to state such, I am sure you would put me in that camp.
I never understand people that don't like a different view point I don't get it...is it because I am not drinking the kool aid as much as others? I am respectful of others but I am also curious about the truth.
Debate is healthy regarding any issue its when debate is requested to not be heard that one has to ask questions. I have always stated that I wanted people to get paid but in my world all the rumors and gossip don't cut it as a way to make a rational decision as to just what actually happened here.
This is sounding more like the Health Care debte in WA DC, if you don't like our plan then be quiet...not the America way in any way, shape or form.
I have a good idea of what happened and I have to go with the facts I have in front of me not heresay and rumors that are now passed off as fact from years of being told over and over. What I do know is that the investment I spent a years salary on issued 800 billion unregistered shares and I now supposed to look at the company with glowing eyes in that they did their job when in fact they could not even file the required SEC regs on time at any point in this company's illegimate history. That fact alone makes this very suspicious to me.
But I still want a happy ending by I am not having the warm fuzzies as some do but thats me and its just an opinion but a well thought out at that using facts that I know not the "in the shadows" and silly conspiracy theories that hold zero credibility.

ty bikinipro.... gusjarvis King of Diamonds update out soon as to further action « Thread Started Today at 1:54pm »we are not waiting much longer and there will be a further filing in canada very soon. It will include brokers, and will include other companies who aided in stealing our land, and will likely have to include the og, as on the surface of things they have been negligent in their duties to their clients and on the surface have in fact aided in this fraud. My feeling are this was a sting, omega's feeling are it was a scam, and the beauty of this coalition is it doesn't matter what you think, you can still join. All we want is truth, and if the truth proves either one of us were right then it does, we are demanding answers, we all deserve that no matter what your view on this is. I do feel we could be close to hearing something of true substance soon, but am not holding my breath and not waiting, and we will fight until we get our check and some justice! cheers ty Alberta... tramp2.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=general&action=display&thread=10644 gusjarvis today 11:52am---------- and we do have amazing land my friend and the next suit will try and freeze that and will directly sue some of the players who aided urban move our land to star, we have the transcripts of the court case, it shows emerson and urban purposely moved valuable land to partners. Jump to msg. # cartitas yes there is evidence it is in the star
shore transcripts, emerson koch helped urban move very valuable land into star by ensuring rick was first line to get our land. That land is partly ours, their actions show fraud. Emerson was urban's partner, urban also appointed kevin and now kevin works with emerson on the land we have left.
Well the land we have left is not good enough but does show value and shows the sec lied in their actions and that cmkx has value. That is important. Given the sec aided this fraud and allowed our money to get stolen apparently they are responsible for any land we lost do to lack of funds along with the insiders of cmkx and in fact bill frizzell.
This was a sting or bill will be a defendant soon along with the sec and the brokers.
I do believe this was a sting but enough is enough, and again the beauty of this coalition is if you feel the management screwed us and it wasn't a sting you can still join and demand answers. If this wasn't a sting bill is guilty, kevin is guilty, the sec is guilty, urban is guilty, emerson is guilty, roger is guilty, bob and don are guilty, and the rest. If it was a sting we are trying to force out answers and if there is money we are trying to pressure its release.
You can tell a person is a fake poster when they bash our efforts as they should be first in line to join and demand answers, they mock us because they are a fraud, ie weary and other fake posters.
I personally hope and feel something might be up right now, but we will fight until we get a check

Rambo,
You're right.
ROCK ON, GUS!
We appreciate your hard work and tenacity in seeking some form of closure, compensation, or justice for 50,000 people who have been lied to since the day they first heard about this stock (by seemingly everyone involved -- Starting with the company and our two lovely IR guys who have {so far} proven to be totally and completely FOS; all the way to the government and their dis-assistance in this disaster; and all the shills, pseudo-experts, I-heard-from-a-friend-of-a-friend BS artists' looking for their 15-minutes of fame, and the rest of the lame, two-bit gurus in-between).
