Interesting..was CMKM contracted by the DoD? This is a bit convoluted to follow, but worth the attention..
www.dhs.gov/xlibrary/assets/foia/US-VISIT_PrimeContract_Vol4-E.pdf
This is a DoD document..Defense Homeland Security..SBA (Small Business Association..didn‘t Robert Maheu start up the SBA 50 years ago?)
Do a search on CMKM..notice it goes to page 13, name CMKM pops up momentarily then disappears. And the word “period” pops up replacing CMKM. Difficult to see? Don't be concerned with seeing it..it is meant to disappear...part of sanatizing? Hold the thought. Notice the document is blacked out in some information boxes. Also note the year on the date is Oct 1 2003 (2003, the year reporting to the SEC stopped).
Do a search on CIM, goes page 12 (hey..the next page has CMKM…coincidence?) and page 25..note the location of the pointer. Note on page 25 bottom right side is Department of Interior Minerals Management.
Now view the same document as HTML format and the boxes are filled. On page 13 it shows CMKM, page 12 is CIM, page 25 is CIM (when it searches CIM it goes to page 25 and not 12...scroll to page 12 same location as in 25 and there is CIM.

(If the links do not work..do a search using google for omb no "90004)007" this will bring up links the document in PDF File and HTML)
Note: The contract goes through Accenture Reston VA. ( “A” company??)
Search on Accenture..guess what, they are in the Asset Mining Business. www.accenture.com/Global/Research_and_Insights/By_Industry/Metals_and_Mining/default.htm )
Hmmmm…This could get intereSTING.
All the best,
