LOL, been away a couple of days and just read the article.
So the doctor is critical of CMKX shareholders and then a bunch of CMKXers accuse him of being in kahoots with the SEC reinforcing everything he just wrote. Too Funny!!
Many of you act like you called him from your Bentley chastising him for his inaccurate piece of work. The doctor has valid points that I see every day on the message boards. I am not saying that it applies to every CMKX shareholder, but I would venture to say it applies to many.

First it was a bus we were waiting for, then we were on the hill looking down to see the end. Now we are betting on a horse. This sounds like acca reincanated. Just give us our money already.

My recent note to Dennis highlights similar sentiment Pennypauly....I did not hear back from Scott yet.
Hello Dennis, I spoke with Tracey Sheak Investor Liaison Scott&Scott this am re: her companies brief listing of CMKM on their website under "Case Investigations". Please see the info. below.
Scott's receptionist told me prior to my call to Tracey that she received an internal "alert" re: communication to/from CMKM investors and that more info. was to come later. She stated that they pulled CMKM off the website to make a correction to what was posted. It is clear that they proactively prepared for this short-lived announcement.
Tracey told me that she would have David Scott phone. She wanted no part of my call and wanted it passed up the food chain. She was very pleasant and most professional. However, something is up...big time.
Do you and/or Al know what is going on here?
Jim

He probably wouldn't give much anyways but you never know. Thank you Single for keeping us updated on this board at all times. You are on top of everything and I really don't need to check other boards for info!! So the kudos goes back to you. i'd have to concur with "plausible denial" since i have the copy of the screenprint showing 1160 CMKM Diamonds, Inc case between CKE and Coca-Cola locked away for safekeeping fwiw...and in sequence of case #'s fwiw....
they have since denied they are taking the case....
RIGHT! that happens with a firm of their reputation, no? a company that does extensive internal due dilligence "prior to" taking clients....
not in my lifetime...
we are surrounded by plausible deniabilty...
CHEERS! to "the good outcome"
