As you notice this is getting out more and more, SLOWLY, that is the key, they are not ready to move this forward just yet, I've been saying for quite some time that we have a little ways to go.
As time moves on, I believe these type things getting out will be a indicator of how close we are to the end, I'm guessing you will see the exposure increase over time and as the plan unfolds we will see an increase (in time frame and the amount of coverage) from the media.
I'm not so sure this will be totally swept under the rug, we may just see this being put out to the public, not all of it of course, but just enough so the SEC and this administration can look good and show that he cleaned up Wall St. and the banks and only then will we see restitution.
Mr. Obama is not going to pass up a opportunity to shine in the voting publics eye. He wants to accomplish what FDR couldn't. With that all being said, they're obviously not ready for the delivery of funds or for this to be out in the publics view.
The ending will be with a bang or we would have been paid already and out of their hair, I believe we still are part of the plan, it's just not time yet.
If this was going to be totally swept under the rug, we wouldn't have seen anything out on what Mr. Hodges is doing. THEY WOULD STOP IT ALL, they have that power.
Of course I do have to say this is just my opinion.
Don IMHO!

From Paltalk Scroll (FWIW):
grophia: (8:19 PM) jacbert: wyatt11_11: Latest I heard was that we are all good and just waiting for that final phone call IMO (8:19 PM) jacbert: wyatt11_11: IMO we have our money on the best horse in the race. We will be celebrating at the finish line soon IMO.
do i have vertigo? ah, just some deja vu. same ol' same ol'. No, not the same. By providing a triple dose of 'IMO' he effectively stops the spin. Perhaps a 'script' from the good Dr. Hodges, to minimize undesirable side-effects? IMO.

We don't who those folks are, and for that matter don't really care. A lot of law firms catalog class actions; sounds like they may have been considering doing that but for some reason decided against it. harvscorvette DIAMOND DIGGER RBC refusing 2 issue CIM Certs « Thread Started Today at 9:51am »
I called RBC Direct CIM, are in "legal limbo", so we cannot get paper certificates right now. RBC wants to clear the account of CIM because they have no book value.

sounds to like Mr. Kaufman needs to be informed about us, or maybe he already knows and is just pretending to care, like the rest of them!

He said "not relevant", but it was relevant earlier. What might this mean? Were we to use this firm for pressure, to distribute? Something happened to make this no longer "relevant". I'm guessing the pressure was not needed.

wasn't going to post anymore about the subject, but Mr Scott personally called me due to my e-mail and stated emphatically and respectfully they are not "taking the case". when i requested an answer to when that decision was made i was told emphatically that it was "not relevent"....when i explained the information i received earlier he again stated, "it isn't relevent". let's let it play out, because it is playing out event by event.....
there is nothing negative about this post as i feel as confident as ever that we're close....this doesn't happen in the real world...only our beautiful saga know as ..

Wyatt said nothing except his usual "Everything's coming up roses..." (Sorry... I just had an Ethel Merman moment...) He said nothing, as usual... and it means nothing, except that he continues to be optimistic about "SoOn"... If it excites you, read it... If it annoys you, don't read it... ...else John will call you names ...
