This will be a long process. It will result in truth and will be a message to the world how corrupt our government is. After the discovery process will come RICO suits. I think they should have played ball while they had the chance. I wonder if all these people at the sec know yet.
All imo.

Hello all fellow cmkx shareholders this is my first post... I have been following all posts have not participated until now. Im tired of all the waiting just as everyone else is and am glad some action has finally been made. BUT...... How can we think that this is going to do anything?? We are having a trial set in the most corrupt state and who is to say that the gov't isnt just going to pay a couple people off, put a couple big faces in jail and just slide this under the rug? They have known what is coming against them for a very long time so why wouldn't they have settled unless they know that they are going to get away with this??? I hope im just playing devil's advocate here but with the current situation with our country, if the gov't had there hands on the money i agree they used this for bailout money leaving us SOL! If this gets publicized like it should i don't see how they can get away with it but i have seen a lot crazier things and this corrupt gov't judicial system of ours is not something we can trust in. I just don't see the filing as a good thing for us. I hope all is indeed well but i have more serious doubts with us needing to file even after the SEC has supposedly just asked for a couple more days.
God Bless

Hello all fellow cmkx shareholders this is my first post... I have been following all posts have not participated until now. Im tired of all the waiting just as everyone else is and am glad some action has finally been made. BUT...... How can we think that this is going to do anything?? We are having a trial set in the most corrupt state and who is to say that the gov't isnt just going to pay a couple people off, put a couple big faces in jail and just slide this under the rug? They have known what is coming against them for a very long time so why wouldn't they have settled unless they know that they are going to get away with this??? I hope im just playing devil's advocate here but with the current situation with our country, if the gov't had there hands on the money imho they used this for bailout money leaving us SOL! If this gets publicized like it should i don't see how they can get away with it but i have seen a lot crazier things in my young life and this corrupt gov't judicial system of ours is not something we can trust in. I just don't see the filing as a good thing for us shareholders. I hope all is indeed well but i have more serious doubts with us needing to file even after the SEC has supposedly just asked for a couple more days. I just don't know what to believe anymore and just hope more light will be shed upon this by Hodges but im sure we won't hear anything for a while. I hope this gets made public is all i can say. God Bless First of all, how can anyone say for sure what happens if we do nothing but take measurements of windows and doorways? How much tonnage in value is lost to buy even an ounce of regret for not squeezing through the most difficult entranceways to a future being held like a carrot in front of us? Sometimes the analysis we do in preparation becomes so bundled in fears of defeat or rejection that we fail to act within available windows of opportunity that cannot be underestimated for potential. We are at that critical rallying point and may as well consider our battle as always beginning ; forget the years gone by, with event comparisons and predictions based on expectations of probable effects. We are moving forward in a developing action that tests the limitations governing the event and adventure peculiar to our specialized set of unknowns. In the same way, see it as a collective awareness bubble that finally expanded, reaching a critical level of surface tension that affects everything. This issue is now too big to flush, and impossible to minimize unless we remain stationary with clay feet in a box of doubt and confusion. And as far as trust in institutional government power or imagining faith in a corrupt system, trust in yourself, be true to yourself; establishing doubt at that level will make the world an impossible challenge at every step, which indeed it is not.
How can we think this is going to do anything? That question begs another: How can success ever be ours in a world of power overwhelmingly structured to defeat us, to the effect that even our individual minds are made unable to imagine a reasonable possibility of victory? How can we not think doing something will do anything, indeed it is the only thing that ever has.
The second step follows the first into new possibilities that tend to occur with surprise at times when we need it most. That is what makes it essential to move forward without the baggage of doubt dragging our feet, with eyes looking ahead at the glow of the horizon. One step at a time to reach the next checkpoint for progress is all we are ever doing. I like the present change in stride. Sometimes we don't know what to believe anymore, especially when the sudden success of a big win blows our mind. The real challenge to winning is finding ourselves, inside the vast jungle of nonsense we collectively accept and believe to be reality.
Okay, now let's get this thing the public exposure it deserves; we need a sticky with HOT links to the required relevant information best suited to PR through the outlets of mass media and popular hosted programs that can serve this entrée. Sources like Worldreports.org and cerebral sensations like The O'Reilly Factor are not exactly what I have in mind. Well, perhaps O'Reilly could be valuable as another fuse in this instance. We must think to go beyond the boundaries of national coverage through mainstream news networks that are cesspools of failed jounalism with an ownership that continues to yellow it. Thank goodness for the instantaneous [though monitored] freeflow of information on the internet.

Not exactly what I call a "good read" with my morning coffee. Oh well. I guess I'll check back in 2012, if the world hasn't ended yet.
One glimpse of hope remains. Back in October, BobH wrote:
Attorney Hodges and his firm studied numerous cases which they narrowed down to be used as a set precedence to quickly win the lawsuit.
Well, time will tell.

How are we supposed to get $3.87 TRILLION from 10 INDIVIDUALS??? Or is this just the first lawsuit? Does Al have to win this "declaratory judgment" before he can sue the SEC? A declaratory judgment, sometimes called declaratory relief, is conclusive and legally binding as to the present and future rights of the parties involved. The parties involved in a declaratory judgment may not later seek another court resolution of the same legal issue unless they appeal the judgment. legal-dictionary.thefreedictionary.com/declaratory+judgment

Heck, if they are going to screw us over and over again at least we can put some sort of heat on them and make them spend money instead of just listening to empty promises. Either way we might never be paid but at least we will be in the ring fighting..We need to send this to all the business outlets (Fox business, MSNBC and Beck and O'Reily). I am proud of AH's courage even if it doesn't amount to anything. Maybe this is all part of the script?

Re-reading this again I am struck by the amount of energy and time this had to take to create. It's an amazing history of the events that took place. Thank you to the Al Hodges' team for this incredible summary of events.

CMKX Litigation Update This office represents seven of CMKX’s larger shareholders who collectively hold more than 3.5 Billion shares. We have prepared a Bivens based class action lawsuit seeking release of all the funds that have been collected for the benefit of CMKX shareholders, or for damages in an amount in excess of $3,780,000,000,000. This suit alleges that the SEC commissioners have violated the Fifth Amendment Constitutional property rights of the shareholders by withholding consent to the release of such funds, for years, which amounts to a taking without due process of law. ... office 2010, mothers day poem, Iron Man 2 Full text of update at... cmkxtrek.blogspot.com/2009/12/this-just-in-from-hodges-camp.html... In an attempt to avoid protracted litigation we have seen to it that several attorneys at the SEC Office of General Counsel have a copy of the draft; we are further advised that the current SEC Commissioners are also aware [at least] of the pending filing. Our expectation was [and still partially remains] that the individually named Commissioners will not want to answer our lawsuit, thus leaving themselves open to the discovery process. The draft has been in SEC hands for approximately two weeks, and so far we have not received any response, meaningful or otherwise. They could well continue to stonewall, and force us to initiate the litigation. If nothing of significance occurs in the next two weeks the complaint will be filed on January 4, 2010.
