If the SEC (or leaders of it) were responsible for allowing the NS of CMKX then possibly THEY (the Gov) had to PAY off the BANKS for allowing them to issue the NSS...that COULD be why the TARP had to be used to prop them up after THEY had to PAY...and they used a well known HARVESTING technique to get their money back using TARP funds...a WIN WIN WIN situation for US...the BANKS...and the CROOKS...just a thought no one has the TRUTH yet IMO...Flying Moose(cmkxunofficial)

Gotta love it!
The evidence is coming to the surface!

BioTech claims Wells Fargo provided John M. Edwards of Nevada, (who is also under criminal indictment and been incarcerated in England awaiting extradition), and Helen G. Bagley of 1st Global Stock Transfer with the authority and ability to accomplish their illegal acts by guaranteeing Edwards' authority to sign stock powers and other similar documents even though Edwards had neither the legal capacity nor authority to do so

When the DTCC or the SEC cites this case as "national security issues", then full discovery won't be allowed. That's their ace in the hole. That one phrase alone will cause delays until we are all blue in the face.
Now watch the pumps continue about "soon" by our favorite posters. They'll be running the air conditioners this summer and we'll be reading "soon" once again.

I can understand the what if's of life, it's natural, considering the time frame that we've been involved with cmkm.
Al said there is money for us and he has the goods to nail them to the wall. I believe him. Why would he file something that he knows has nothing to back it? He wouldn't! He has the goods. Should your scenario about court come to fruition, which I can't see happening, prior to a judge making a decision, there must be a dicovery process....where I personally would love to see all the names of those involved, the companies, government departments, etc and what I want to see and want the world to see is exactly what they can't afford to let the world/markets/brokerages/bankers/government agencies...to see. So........they can pay us now or go to jail, ruin the markets, take down the foundation of trust, hurt the government, etc. I'd say the odds are in our favour.......plus Al has said the money is there for us. It's just a matter of time.......and the Biven's (thank God) is ticking away on our behalf. Waiting sucks but we're in exciting times

There has been some chatter on the different boards, discussing if the defendants have/had been served or served correctly...... Much different to what some were claiming... It Seems it has been verified ...... Thanks nufced 23 Apr 2010, 12:30 PM EDT Rating: Msg. 927960 of 927993 klono....
I contacted a government individual this morning, and asked if the defendants had been served. LOL..not a very friendly guy either. When I tried to ask a follow up question, his reply was Mam, they have been served...click
you know goodolboy...unlike "others" who run paltalk rooms, I have to learn to verify through REAL sources. DOJ, SEC, OIG, etc. And while I thought that Hodges had not served the defendants, at least I try and post the truth.
I don't sit on my laurels and wait for joe blow to FEED me garbage that I then spew to my minions.
