Not sure about anyone else here, but if $3.87 trillion dollars is on the line, which accounts for what roughly $6 a share and we are supposedly entitiled to this money. Can someone get in contact with Al and tell him to make a deal for less if it will get this deal done. I'm pretty sure most people here would take .50 to a $1 dollar per share and if that means the government can keep the rest, hell let them. I would be very happy with .50 cent per share. Any other takers. SO AL LETS MAKE A DEAL......BOB PASS THE MESSAGE ALONG!!!!

Just to understand
Say i stole your giant bag of M&Ms and to make it right with you I give you one piece back and you are happy with that.
Why should the government get anything

ADP:
Your analogy is appropriate and your logic would stand the acid test... as far as theory.
But, in real time and space, the government is an awfully big Goliath - and I am no David.
For that reason, I am leaning heavy toward the bird in hand vs. two in the bush adage.

What part of We have set forth in the complaint what the shareholders are entitled to receive; compromise is not anything that the shareholders want, desire, or would tolerate or accept.

There is no room for negotiation. These doe-doe's will pay us what is "OURS" and has been earmarked for "CMKM Shareholders". All the sufferings, pain, stress we shareholders and our loved ones experience each day equates to 3.87 trillion and more. These doe-does will go down !!!!!!! Al Hodges will get us there. Stay United>GodSpeed

Id take that deal....some is better then none. And as far as the M&M theory I would normally totally agree but in this instance the M&M's where never in my posession to begin with....as far as I'm concerned these are free M&M's and I still keep my certs...win win

I thought long and hard about this very question and I decided that yes, I would take a deal to get this done now. I figure I would take $5.50ps min. They can have the $.50.

The truth of the matter is the govt has the power to stall this play until most of us are dead or old enough to buy a room in an assisted living facility...all I encourage you to do is talk it over with loved ones and see how they feel....if it comes to that...but I suspected some months ago that the govt was playing with us to the point of where we stand today...frustrated and divided...as one shareholder posted...a bird in the hand is worth 3.7 t in the bush.....imho....
