How did the sale of claims get rolled into WS? .... and how did Maheu let this come down to "bad guys" holding up things? .... I say BS! BS is the correct answer.

Aren't all of the other payees chomping at the bit like we are? I'm talking about all of the other payees on the list of 20 that Al mentions. Please name one of these 20..

Great, this is what I wake up to. IMO's. You wouldn't have had to wake up to this if you had just stayed up all night! : ) You wouldn't have had to wake up to this if Al provided some EVIDENCE, as required. You wouldn't have had to wake up to this if it wasn't just confirmed that our chances of payment are exactly as slim as the chance that worldreports has been right all along. Under the circumstances, I think anyone here has the right to vent. Although, there was one good thing. I think we found a winner for Best Post in a Bad Situation. On page one. From DiamondsR4ever: "My brain just kicked me in the groin!"Yes we do have a right to vent. Hodges and the plaintiffs had us jacked up that this was all ending and payment was "immanent" Was Hodges knowingly feeding us a line? I see over on the RB board, Tuscan for quite some time now has been ranting that Hodges is doing this (suit) for less than honerable reasons. Like stalling while our interest gets sucked up. Who to believe? On one side Deltadon says this is all scripted and on the other side Bob H. says no, Hodges is fighting tooth and nail for us. Who's right? Both wrong? One thing is certian, shareholders once again are treated like crap. IMHO.

marbearcat,
No you don't have a right to vent! Was it your choice to get into this stock? Is it your choice to read the boards everyday? Remember you made the decision to invest in cmkx and it is you who spends time on the boards reading both the negative and the positive posts. If you can't stand the heat then you should have never invested in a penny stock. Most of us realize this was a lottery ticket and were willing to take that chance, as soon as you do the same you will be better off!

While ultimately we are all responsible for our decision to buy, venting is actually an important step in order to move on. And, while it appears to be directed at certain individuals at the moment, most are just frustrated with themselves. Oh, IMO.

I remain very optimistic for the long term
Not me. This sucks big time. Hodges sounds like a guy who has nothing more than opinions. And reading this is like listening to ... gulp ... Tramp!
Ya think?

Over the course of our lives each of us has been conditioned to believe certain things. It is inherent in our upbringing. When we were young we thought a million dollars was a lot of money (at least when you are my age) but today not so much. Who would of thought we would propel men into space and land on a big rock of nothing just to say we did it.
If you look at all the programs globally that have been funded over the course of time, how much money has been spent and lost to feed someone's ego? I would say probably in the trillions. So when I believe growing up that a million was a lot and see how far we have come in our progress as a world community (and much more work to be done). It it just not hard for me to believe that there could be 3.87 trillion sitting somewhere. In today's world that just does not seem like a lot of money.
We continue to be conditioned to believe certain things. As much as we may not want to believe it we are still being conditioned. This is how those who control the purse strings control society. If you want to accept less than what you may be entitled then you have been conditioned to believe that is what you are worth. If you want to beat those elitist then don't let them know you value yourself less than what you know you are worth. If you do then their conditioning is working. You must always portray to them that no matter what they think or not, your value isn't the pennies that they believe you are worth but the millions you deserve.
We are the little guy; one does not have much leverage but as a group could wield a mighty hammer. We all know our situation. We all know each other's point of view. The energy in the room is strong. Maybe some other good ideas to help this process along could come out of the intellectual base we have here. I believe you all have value. I was conditioned to believe that.
IMHO
